[00:01:41]Differences in perception and the friction do arise between nations.

[00:01:47]What is needed at such time is not a repetition of unfounded claims in the other side's absence.

[00:01:55]What is needed is direct and candid dialogue.

[00:01:59]And in fact, Japan's door to dialogue is always open.
