[00:00:46]>> Texans voted for stronger border enforcement, immigration enforcement this last November election, but in the wake of the Minnesota shooting, there have been calls for reforming ICE. Some even just getting rid of it at all.

[00:00:59]>> Where do you stand on that issue? What kind of changes need to be made if any at all?

[00:01:04]>> Yeah, Texans did not vote though for ICE to become an agent of terror. And that's what's going on right now. The unfortunate reality is that since September, nine persons have been killed by ICE. And that represents a pattern.

[00:01:20]That represents a trend as it were. And so ICE as it is right now cannot continue. And so as far as I'm concerned, I'm for the abolition of ICE in its present form. I believe that we can have safe borders without terrorizing those who live in the community.

[00:01:41]>> See, Hayes is not a moderate. He's not a big tent Democrat. He wants to abolish the agency responsible for removing criminal illegal aliens from communities in a Texas district using the tragic death of a US citizen to argue for less immigration enforcement, not more accountability.

[00:02:07]Is the ideological tail. Just just just look at that. To Haines, the problem is ICE, not the conditions that created the confrontation. So, Haines want to Haines wants to abolish ICE in Texas. Pastor Jackson, how do you win on that issue in November?

[00:02:30]Freddy Haines or Frederick Haines is not being honest. He is being deceitful in his premise when he speak of ICE. He speak of the nine Americans that were killed. What he didn't tell you is that those nine Americans were interfering with the lawful duties of ICE when they were apprehending criminal illegal immigrants. These Americans that were killed, they placed themselves in harm's way by threatening the lives and well-being of ICE agents. ICE did not seek out these Americans that were that they were killed. These Americans sought out ICE.

[00:03:07]ICE will be taking care of their illegal duties, apprehending illegal immigrants.

[00:03:12]Illegal immigrants, by the way, that are killing Americans. And these far left radicals, they come hunting for ICE. ICE agents have followed the rail. These far left liberals have created a system of whistleblowing. Meaning, whenever they see ICE agents, they all start blowing whistles to warn the illegal immigrants that ICE is here. So, you have far left radicals that are seeking out ICE agents. It's not the other way around.

[00:03:41]ICE isn't looking for Americans to shoot. No, it's these far left left Americans that seeking out ICE to put them in harm's way and to ridicule them.

[00:04:00]He wants to abolish abolish a segment of our national security that is also responsible at the Customs Border Protection and Patrol for making sure that human trafficking and drug smuggling does not come into our borders. That is ICE, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:04:22]ICE handles the federal investigations of drug smuggling, illegal merchandise, and human trafficking at our entry points here in America.

[00:04:33]>> Why wouldn't a black pastor be concerned about that, knowing the implications and the impact that drugs have had on the black community?

[00:04:43]>> Exactly. You would think he, of all people, would be advocating for that.

[00:04:47]Well, I'm going to tell you what has happened. It is not about the people with my opponent. It is about his position.

[00:04:54]And he has to say what he has to say to appease his white liberal masters. If he was to tell the truth, and let it be known that ICE is the only thing that stands between us and a surge of illicit drugs into our country, he would no longer be funded.

Policies will pollute our district and we're going to find ourselves in a far worse a far worse situation.

So, that falls up under policy, and that is horrible policy. That is policy against the the people of America. The people of America deserve to live in America and live without the constant threat and fear and terror of us having criminals from foreign nations. All you have to do is look AT THEIR NATION. LOOK AT WHAT THEY'VE DONE TO THEIR COUNTRY.

If you love America, if you love the American way of life, we must preserve it. We must keep people like Pastor Haynes out of office, and you must get people like Everett Jackson in that's going to keep America first, and your protection and your pursuit of happiness is my only purpose and goal.

[00:11:27]What's sad is these black politicians who have sold out to the liberal regime know that these criminals are going straight to our communities and we are on the chopping block for these criminals human trafficking fentanyl uh uh uh uh cocaine illegal guns. They are funneling all these things straight through the black community and and those of our Hispanic brothers and sisters who are here legally and been here for generations, they are funneling these things to our community. We are the most at risk with these illegals coming in. We are the black and brown population, but you have these black and brown leftists that care nothing about their constituents, care nothing about these black and brown populations and they don't mind saying, "Let them come. We don't want to control the flow of illegals." Why? Again, because they are using the illegals to replace you at the poll. You have states like California that does not require identification. Ladies and gentlemen, I'm going to say this again. The state of California does not require you to have identification to go and vote.
