Iran warns retaliation if US resumes strikes; Trump gives Iran weekend deadline to make deal

[00:00:00]President Trump telling reporters today that he's giving Iran until this weekend to make a deal to end the war. Just yesterday, the president postponing a planned strike at the request of Gulf allies.

[00:00:30]Iran's military meantime now warning it would be open to new fronts against the US if it resumes attacks on that country. Vice President JD Vance today stressing again the US is willing to cut a deal if Iran commits to never obtaining a nuclear weapon. We are not going to have a deal that allows the Iranians to have a nuclear weapon. So, as the president just told me, we're locked and loaded. We don't want to go down that pathway, but the president is willing and able to go down that pathway if we have to.
