This video discusses how weak municipal leadership and lack of consequences for violent behavior contribute to urban youth violence, using the Chicago teen takeover incident where an 18-year-old was charged with attempted murder of five police officers as a case study. The content argues that effective leadership requires clear accountability measures, parental involvement, and meaningful consequences to prevent such incidents.

Breaking! Chicao police officer almost killed in Ghetto Teen Takeover! Weak Mayor has no answers!追加:
Teenager [music] from Planefield is has been charged with attempted murder of five Chicago police officers. [music] 18-year-old Rashad Johnson is accused of striking them with a vehicle. Johnson was arrested early Sunday morning during a teen takeover on the south side. It started at 13th in Troop, eventually shut down Roosevelt Road between Troop and Lumis. Witnesses say the crowd was large and chaotic in Little Italy well past 3:00 a.m. Mayor Brandon Johnson reiterated his message that parents need to know where their kids are and what they're doing.
>> Chicago Brandon Johnson's weak leadership, his weak beta male response to this incident is the reason why these Looney Tunes, these lunatics, these Yianns, these nigites feel in Bolton to do what they're doing.
Chicago go awan. Welcome to the channel.

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, good night. We knew this was going to happen. School is getting out. all that good stuff. [snorts] And now there's been this trending thing where there's going to be teen takeovers. And unfortunately, we knew, I'm just keeping it real, that it was going to be happening in a whole lot of chocolate cities.
I mean, chocolate city. What's a chocolate city? We're nicotis, folks. Just just call it what it is. A lot of them are doing this and it's becoming a trending thing. And honestly, if you want to see if the police force is under uh what's the word I'm looking for?
Under employment, they are undermployment there. If you want to know about the police them not have enough help and work, it definitely is there because all these teenagers have to do is do something like this. And you will see how overwhelmed the police force is being h being police having to be distracted and going to these events like this to try to keep the crowd control, keep people from getting hurt, killed, run over, yada yada peanut butter, it takes them away from real cause that's going on. You know what's what's sad about this is that if these young people can have a teen take over and do all this destruction and things like imagine if they can do all this destruction and you know what just hold on listen to this weak response.
So, chaos erupted in Chicago over the holiday weekend with hundreds of teens gathering for a takeover style event, resulting into one teen striking five officers with his car after driving the wrong way down the street. Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson posted on X, quote, "Unauthorized large gatherings can quickly become dangerous." And early this morning, after curfew hours, we saw that firsthand. I continue to call on parents and guardians to know where their children are and to help ensure they are safe and accounted for. There also must be accountability for the individuals who participated in the violent and reckless behavior. But he also says charging parents is not the answer. Let's bring in Chicago Alderman Raymond Lopez. Uh Raymond, we we've been talking about these kids for years now.
I've been on the ground with you and you just can't talk about it. You have to administer consequences and this mayor doesn't seem to be for that. Right.
>> 100 100%. Lawrence, Mayor Johnson does not know what the meaning of the word consequences and and despite his rhetoric, despite his postings on acts and other social media platforms, he has no intention of ever holding either these teens, these young adults, or their parents accountable for their actions, even when they try to kill five officers using a car, as we saw this weekend. Sadly, what we know is this is that the mayor has espoused that law that law enforcement is a sickness. He has said you can never arrest your way out of of of issues in neighborhoods to solve crimes. And that message reverberates with these teens who are now erupting in neighborhoods all across Chicago trying to become social media famous at the behest of the mayor who supports their antics.
>> It's so true. Right. And here's the mayor talking about whether the parents should be charged or not. Let's watch it.
>> If we believe that we can arrest our way towards safety, we're wrong. We ask police officers to do too much. At some point, adults have to work hard to help raise their children, >> and that's what we're calling for in this moment.
>> But you got to put some muscle behind it.
>> Absolutely. You know, to say that you you have to have adults stepping up when you have an entire generation without family values shows just how disconnected you are from reality. And what we need to do is to wake up parents. And yes, we can cite them for the actions of their children if they are contributing to their delinquency.
We can force them to get family counseling to learn how to be better parents because ultimately that should be our goal. Because we cannot rely on sacrificing our law enforcement officers simply because our children do not have any sense of values. They're being told that this is their culture. This is not their culture. This isn't the culture of our city.
>> We are better than this. And yet the mayor and police leadership continue to talk tough while doing absolutely nothing about it. You know, Raymond, um I would say, you know, the car is a deadly weapon and those officers could have died as a result of this injury, but we see every weekend these kids dying and there's zero response almost.
Yeah. You got community, you got council members like you and alderman like you that have been talking about this for years, but typically it's just another headline.
>> Sadly, it's a a headline that'll get forgotten by next weekend. You know, lost in all of this is that we had over two dozen people shot in the city of Chicago this Memorial Day weekend despite spending hundreds of millions of dollars on antiviolence measures and having a safe summer program touted on Friday. You know, leadership is failing in this city right now to keep people safe. And voters need to wake up. Voters need to say they've had enough of this and stop making excuses. Stop allowing politicians to pander while doing nothing because I can't be the only one giving issuing the car clarion call for action. Parents need to wake up.
Communities need to stop having their money funneled to these organizations that are actually fueling the violence as opposed to stopping it. What was that? See, that's what I'm saying. That that that weak leadership beta male bull crap. Unauthorizing large gatherings can quickly become dangerous. No crap, Sherlock.
Really? Oh, nothing rise. Large gatherings could quickly become dangerous and early morning after curfew hours. We saw that firsthand. Duh. We didn't need you to explain that to us.
We didn't need you to say, you know, when you go outside, if there's no clouds around, the sky is actually going to be blue and the sun is going to be shining. We know that. And then, look, y'all, did y'all catch the other part?
He said, "I continue to call on parents and guardians to know where your children are and to help ensure that they are safe and accounted for." No.
No, [ __ ] No. What you should say, I I demand parents and guardians to tell your children, do not go to these teen gatherings at all. and tell them if they get caught down there and you did not give them permission to go there, we will be arresting them and putting them in handcuffs and putting them in juvie or whatever. Kind of dumb response is that if I continue parents guard know where their children are to help ensure that they're safe and accounted for. Oh, so you just want them to call baby, where you at? Oh, hey, I'm over with some friends. Okay, baby. Long as you at your friend's house.
What is that going to do? Knowing where they are is what going to do what? Even if they tell them some of these kids, y'all come on, let's keep it real. A lot of these young men, especially young brothers. I'm just keeping it real. The mas can't do nothing with them and mothers can't do nothing with the daughters when they get to a certain age. If they by themselves, if the mother is single by herself without the father being there, a real authorative father and involved father, this wouldn't be a conversation.
There also must be accountability for individuals who participated in the violent and reckless behavior bull crap.
They all know you're not going to do now. like the dad and like the parent that warns their children of things that you're going to do. You better not or you're going to be accountable. You're going to be in big big trouble, mister.
You're going to get in trouble. Look, one you that's strike one. Strike two.
Now you're coming upon strike three.
Don't make me count. One and a half. One and 3/4. Two. Look, I'm I'm eight away from 10th. Nobody going to care about you and your little threats. It doesn't scare them because they know that you're not going to do anything.
That's what I'm talking about y'all.
This this just goes to show you this is why these kids feel embodened and enable to continuously do things like this because they know there is not going to be any consequences. There's not going to be any consequences. Now, what I was going to say, can you imagine if these young kids were really, really educated and they were to do large gatherings like that to fight for better school infrastructure. if they came together saying we gather in our city because we demand that the government and that that our city our city leaders that they pay attention to our schools that have teachers that may not like us and don't even teach us that we have messed up AC systems and things like that. Can you imagine if they gathered in large crowds like that demanded especially knowing they going to overwhelm the police and they really fought for something that would be revolutionary wouldn't it? But all we all out here for booty shaking we out here to show our booties and our coochis and stuff like that. That's what we out here for. Yeah, man. I'm up here just to sack my pants, man. So, everybody I got on those stuff.
Everybody can see my draws, man. I got that grill, too, man. I'm out here looking for the Wait, where the hoes at?
Where the hoes at, man? Where they Where they at, man? Hey, I'm out here just gooning, bro. I'm out here trying to goons, but I'm on, man. I'm out. We be twerking on the police's cars and doing us. Yeah, us. Y'all thought Freak Nick was something that Freaknick ain't got nothing on this. They they freak niggan every weekend. Anyway, y'all, I'm done with this. Nothing's going to be done about this at all because nobody's falling for the freaking fake threats.
They're just nothing. Blowing smoke in the air is all it is. Vapor. Let me know what y'all think about this by putting it in in the comments below this video.
Do this right here because it greatly helps my channel. Next video I'm doing after this one will be right here.
