[00:00:19]I am primase, laying down a short RNA primer. I am DNA polymerase 3, initiating the new strand. I am beta clamp. I hold polymerase firmly onto DNA.

[00:00:33]I am DNA polymerase 1. I remove RNA primers and replace them with DNA. I am DNA ligase. I seal gaps between DNA fragments.

[00:00:45]I'm replication fork. This is where all the copying happens. It is quite a busy place with all of my friends working hard on the DNA strand today.
