The report exposes the hypocrisy of elite activists who use humanitarianism as a cover for illegal political agendas. It serves as a necessary reality check that ideological zealotry does not grant immunity from national security laws.

🚨BREAKING: Communists Subpoenaed, Paxton Beats Cornyn in Texas, New Jersey Senator Clashes w/ ICEAdded:
Good evening and welcome to the Tony Kitcast here on the daily signal nationally syndicated first on 93 WIBC.
We have plenty of news to cover this evening of course from some of the stuff in Iran and New Jersey bizarrely enough all the way over to some election results that are going to be coming in less than an hour from Texas. The runoff that is going to change the very makeup of the Senate and then James Talerico being well you know James. So we've got all of this and more to cover. Let's get right into it. So first and foremost in a major development, Iran's president uh Pekkian Pekkstan Pez dispenser, he has announced that the country's internet access to the worldwide web should be reinstated. Uh so this was uh early this morning uh that Masoud Pzekian issued the order to reopen international internet access. It's the longest internet access blackout uh in world history. And some of the things that we are already getting from the country that's trying to push past some of the sensors here and there aren't looking too good, Bob. And I don't mean for the United States. What we are seeing from the inside of the regime right now appears to be two to three factions of the IRGC that have no idea whatsoever what the other factions are doing. The parliamentary offices are not in communication with the president's office.
Nobody knows where he is. Nobody's seen from him. Nobody's heard from him. They tried issuing a recorded audio statement from him once to not do that because they couldn't re uh they couldn't reproduce the same voice for a second recording. Uh Iran then said that the uh United States violated the ceasefire after the US started targeting several mine laying boats in the straight of Warmuz over the weekend. So, a couple of those Iranian longboats got out and started dropping off a bunch of mines, which it's estimated between 10 days and 100 days. I don't trust the analyst that said 100 days. He has no idea what he's talking about. It could take about uh 10 days to sweep all of the mines from the straight of Wormuz right now. And the Iranians said, "Hey, right after we said we're promised we're not going to do that anymore. Let's throw in a couple more." And the Navy said, "Hey, free target practice." All right. And so then they did. And uh that game of battleship um well it sunk them pretty quick. So the Iranians got really upset about this um and as different Iranian state media outlets found out about it. It was it was bizarre watching them update some of the details. And there's an interesting Reuters article on this is to be quite clear. They say quote US forces conducted strikes in southern Iran overnight. There were a couple of islands along the straight of Wormuz that felt a little love from our wonderful naval artillery um against targets including boats attempting to lay mines and missile sites. Uh now the Iranian revolutionary guards according to Reuters said they reserved the right to retaliate.
Um but they didn't. They have there's been a lot of claims and I I got to I got to put up a couple of you know hang on there homies here on this one claiming that they have shot down an MQ9 Reaper drone. Now, first of all, the MQ9 Reaper is not exactly the fastest drone that Mother turned out of the kitchen.
Um, and while I dearly love the MQ9, it is pretty easy to hit some of these drones that are not just flown by the United States Navy. They are not just flown uh by the US Air Force or the Army. They are flown in part by several contracting groups. Several other countries operate them in the region. I happen to know that the UAE was recently leased a couple of MQ9s as kind of a goodwill gesture from a certain company that was paid very handsomely to rent them.
There is supposedly this amazing breaking ultra footage showing an MQ9 Reaper drone getting downed. So there you see the drone, which by the way, the tail shape is incorrect for an MQ9. Not important.
There you go. Exciting exciting stuff.
They're they're very thrilled about it.
Uh now, as for kind of the broader side of things, uh the United States, does it appear to be getting closer to a deal?
No. The reason I'm saying it doesn't actually appear to be getting close to a deal is that the final diplomatic offer, which is we're not letting up until you turn over the nuclear material, was crossed over the weekend. and Iran said no immediately. And so that was pretty much it. So everyone and your brother took to Twitter, took to the various social media platforms and said, "Hey, look at all the details of this deal. We have leaks, leaks, and more leaks."
Again, look at all these leaks. And apparently Obama dressed up as Donald Trump and delivered JCPOA 3.0, the JCPOA inning, and they were going to give Iran all of the billions and trillions of dollars. and Donald Trump was going to put on a turban and dance around and it was going to be a terrible deal. And then the other leak said that Iran had agreed to carve itself up into 38 pieces, pay homage to the United Nations, to the League of Nations, and to the gunboat that told Japan to open the country. That was going to be amazing. None of that was true. None of it was true. The Iranians have realized they have no monies. And if they have no monies, they cannot pay not just the IRGC, but they cannot continue to power all of their various buildings and resources and whatnot. They don't have the capacity to do so. And patience is wearing a little bit thin. So what does this mean? Where are we going? Well, the United States Navy has through central command um announced that there is going to be some movement from the uh trade side of some ships through the straight of Hormuz to various non-Iranian ports that may or may not be given certain naval escorts. Iran is claiming that they are escorting a bunch of ships through the straight of Ormuz, but um >> nope.
>> Yeah, we have this stuff called satellite footage and transponders that are supposed to blink very brightly.
Hey, I am this guy. And um yeah, no, there haven't been Iranian ships moving through the blockade like Han Solo.
That's that's absolutely not happening here. What can you expect? Well, I'll tell you what you can expect right up front. The Pakistanis are really shooting themselves in the foot Barney 5 style and there's not going to be Andy to pull them out of it. The Pakistani foreign defense minister announced that they're not going to be part of any joint agreement if the Israelis are part of the joint agreement. But the Iranians are saying they're not going to be part of any joint agreement unless Israel stops beating the ever living out of the Hezbollah terrorists in southern Lebanon. So Pakistan doesn't want Israel in it at all. According to their defense minister, Iran wants Israel a part of the agreement. What does this mean? At some point, there's going to have to be a coalition that goes in and seizes the Straight of Hormuz. Now, as an American, seizing waterways is very to me um and I love watching the United States Navy um get into a little landscaping and flatten any mountain range along the coastline, but it will have to come soon. Now, that brings us over to the Cuba and New Jersey nonsense because there's also a lot of fighting that's going on outside of Delaney Hall. You may remember Delaney Hall as in Immigration Customs Enforcement Facility where Representative Lam Monica Macyver impersonated the Kool-Aid Man.
You can see her in the bright red suit, you know, just just a little bit short of Oh yeah. bodys slamming her way through federal law enforcement. Um that would be assault by the way.
>> Yeah, good exciting things. Well, over the weekend, the according to the World Socialist website, again, very, very, very exciting left-wing news sources here, um, Immigration Customs Enforcement was arresting and dragging protesters and beating them and and they're starving. This is America. God bleep it. Um, yeah, I I I I got to I got to be quite clear with you. when the international network footage of the protest outside of Delaney Hall is some skinny dude digging up part of the street to build himself a little cinder block wall, which anytime the left starts building a wall, I get a good I get, you know, I get a good chuckle out of that one. But alas, anyway, here's uh here's um Bob the Builder.
Stunning, brave, digging up Lovely little lovely little landscaping edge blocks there. Why? Cuz he's going to go build a little super duper stone barrier marks his little Minecraft player to try to prevent individuals from entering and leaving the complex. Now, lest you get antsy here, um I'm excited to tell you that it got knocked over in about five and a half seconds. And the reason it got knocked over in about 5 and a half seconds is because um ICE decided that it was time to introduce everyone to a little seasoning, by which I mean pepper spray. Now, this wasn't before Senator Andy Kim decided he had not been on camera enough. I know, poor guy. He he does his root and toot and best. Senator Andy Kim, of course, a Democrat. He gets out there and he he tries to to talk to all of the people and he says, "Everyone stop blocking traffic because you're going to get messed up." And all of the leftist protesters promptly said, "No."
Radio crew, we're going to send you over to the commercial. I'm going to play some of this. It's really great timing because now Allison doesn't have to dump all of the bad words. It's on FCC air.
It's the Tony Kenned. We'll pick you guys up on the live stream in a minute.
Okay. Viewer discretion is advised. Some of these um unemployed individuals have rather salty sailor mouths.
>> So I just ask that we can be able to work to be able to open up a path here FOR THESE VEHICLES. I ask that you do not engage with the vehicles. I will go back here and visual ID each and every one of them.
>> Oh, great. I love it. I love it so much already. So here we have Andy Kim. Um the not angry eyes Cory Booker. So he's a Democrat from New Jersey. He gets out there and goes, "Attention everyone. Um, I'm here from corporate." And I said, "Can we please um form an a single file line to go marching one by one? I will stand here and I will check the ID." As though ICE is going to stand there and go, "Hold on, guys. Senator Andy Kim is the bouncer for this event. We got to we got to get out of the way. We got to give them our IDs so we can hold the UV light up to him or something." Incredible.
>> Windows down.
>> Windows down. But I just I'm asking you.
I'm trusting you. Do not engage. Do not pro. Do not engage in that type of way.
That will just make matters worse. We have an >> I love the way that these senators talk to these protesters. There's only one or two ways they talk to him. Number or I guess three. There's the third option that we're not going to mention beyond this is they just ignore them and pretend they don't exist. So like Chuck Schumer just la all the way to the car.
Number two, you have this goober who talks to them as though they're watching Miss Rachel, the other Marxist like toddler time programming gal. Um, and this is the letter R for riot and everyone's just amazed and that kind of stuff, you know, that kind of a thing.
And then the third way is that they're one of the actual riers themselves, like L Monica. Oh yeah, Macgyver. Um, so he he gives him the whole, you know, pitch here and the crowd says, "No, they're there to riot. They're not going to stop rioting because some dude in a suit starts reenacting an HR scene from the office >> opportunity here." Okay.
>> I know. I know. I'm trying. Yeah. Okay.
Okay, everyone.
>> She's saying it doesn't matter, you know, >> and no one cares at So what happened? Um he stood there with them valiantly. Uh and after their hunger and labor strike just again I like that it's a labor strike as though um anyone was missing them from their place of employment to begin with. But any they also had a hunger strike because again also that'll show them someone who doesn't like you is going to stand outside and not eat.
Judging by the physical description of a few of these individuals, I'd say not really a bad thing, Steve. But anyway, after he, you know, Captain Bullhorn uh stands out there yelling for a while, he eventually gets acquainted with pepper spray and and pepper balls really. So, um paintballs filled with a little uh Fort Benning seasoning uh get thrown onto the ground because again, people start doing really stupid things like, you know, crashing into the police. Here was the Fox report on that, by the way.
Here's where they were getting a little rough and tussle tumble with the cops.
>> McAdams, she's live right now outside Delaney Hall in New York, New Jersey where those protesters there, uh, Alexis, have been facing off with some of the ICE agents. What's happening?
>> That's right. Well, it has been going on for a few days and then it happened again this morning and it's happening again throughout the afternoon. So, we're just going to move in on a little bit and show you what's going on out here. You can see that they've got the protesters that >> got the the uh the the kafia as well, you know, in case the protesting isn't um halal enough.
>> Are sitting here and I thought it was important to point out a lot of them actually had their faces kind of covered, but the big deal here right in uh New Jersey is that these people don't think ICE agents should be able to cover their faces. So that's one thing. But they're facing off with these uh ICE officers who are trying to do their job, Sandra, because they believe that this detention facility here, Delaney Hall in Newark, New Jersey, should be shut down.
They say >> exciting stuff. Exciting, good times.
Um, here is uh right after Andy Kim got pepper- sprayed. You can see just the the crowds of poor man. Oh, quick spray.
Get the water in there. Oh, it's so sad.
>> Oh, I love the the ch someone again bringing your children to these things. Don't be an idiot. You want to get out and protest, make fool out of yourself.
Cool. Go ahead. Whatever. Have a ball.
But don't bring your children to these thing with a sign says stay safe. Hey, if someone's going to do riotous things, maybe your kids don't need to be there, you know, and just um your kids can stay home, do other things.
>> I understand, but he's a senator.
>> Respectfully, still got the pictures over there. This is his >> I love that. I I love respectfully this and that. All right, we're going to bring the radio crew back out from commercial. Don't go anywhere. Tons more to cover tonight. It's a big news day.
It's the Tony Kitt here on the Daily Signal.
This is the Tony Kennet Cast on 93 WIBC.
>> Welcome back to the Tony Kennet Cast here on the Daily Signal nationally syndicated first on 93 WIBC. U more from the New Jersey. One other clip actually because Jake Tapper, host of the lead on CNN, did bring on um Andy Kim to tell his harrowing tale of uh smelling something a little spicy in the air after again standing in the middle of vehicles uh standing in the middle of the way so that vehicles could not leave from the ICE facilities. Um, and so here's uh here's that interview. I believe from today, if not uh I don't think it was from yesterday, but here's Jake Tapper and and Andy Kim.
>> Were you directly pepper sprayed? Were you directly hit by any pepper spray projectiles? What exactly happened?
>> Yeah. So, I I tried my best to to get between the ICE agents and the crowd.
>> He did. For the record, he absolutely did get in the way. And then when they said, "Hey, move out of the way." He stood there like a He's like, "Hey guys, let's not fight. Let's um I'm going to check IDs." And then the cops are like, "Get out of the way." Now, keyword being now standing in the road being illegal. They didn't. And it turns out that when you don't follow law enforcement instructions, especially when someone is breaking the law, you find yourself in the general area of some problems >> as uh the ICE convoy decided to just go ahead and and plow through the crowd with >> plow through. What are they supposed to do? Uh, in in what rule book is it written that as long as someone is blocking the road, you break out the lazy boys and just chill until they decide to labor and hunger themselves to death? Actually, might not be too bad of an idea, >> which was just uh absolutely so dangerous of an action that they were doing. Um, so I remember, you know, the the pepper balls starting to get shot towards my feet and and past me. I did not get hit directly by a pepper ball, but certainly between the the pepper balls and then the pepper spray that was happening, I certainly had, you know, irritation and and and burning sensation in my eyes and my throat.
>> Wow, that's so brave. Now, read us your uh uh your name and your pay number. Um and and quit being a child about it. All right, over to some the other news sides of things. The Supreme Court of the United States is getting spicy. Not as spicy as the pepper balls to be fair. Um but the Supreme Court is getting spicier and it's not going to calm down. So first and foremost, uh the Supreme Court reversed a fourth circuit decision over immigration judges speech restrictions.
So uh in in this case, the fourth circuit ruled uh I want to make sure I get this clear here. Um the fourth circuit had suggested that that uh immigration judges had a series of of speech restrictions that are that are kind of are kind of in the way and the Trump administration kind of disagreed on on the whole term here. I'm I'm pulling up the actual details here because the judge's name is giving me just a bit of pause.
But the Supreme Court several cases today, they did in fact decline to hear Florida's lawsuit accusing California and Washington of issuing commercial truck licenses to undocumented immigrants. Um, Justice Clarence Thomas desented, joined by Samuel Alo, that's a very big deal. We're going to talk about that in a second because if someone is going to get out there and make a couple of, you know, a couple of decisions regarding state lawsuits, the Supreme Court really is supposed to be the institution that hears them. All right, over to this case. Um, so this is um Margolan versus the director of the executive office for immigration review versus the National Association of Immigration Judges. So a 2021 policy from the Executive Office of Immigration Review. I hear you going to sleep out there. Don't. Trust me, this gets interesting. Required immigration judges to get approval before giving public speeches or statements on topics related to their official duties. So the idea was that you as a judge are not allowed to get out there and tell everyone about why you're being super political with your office. So for example, Chuck Schumer getting out there and saying, "Hey, we're going to institute all of these political judges." So a lot of lower courts dismissed the lawsuit. They said, "You look, you know, we're not going to really get in on this." But the Fourth Circuit Appeals Court agreed that the claims were channeled and then did something unusual on its own without either side asking for it. The Fourth Circuit questioned whether or not the system of reporting whether judges said something wrong was even working the way that Congress intended it to work back in 1978. So you have this fourth circuit court that's overseeing this judge speaking out in public rule. There's a specific thing being asked for by the by the um prosecuting party and then the fourth circuit court of appeals just decides just random magical rainbow moment. They're going to start ruling on completely different stuff because they want to. You can't do that. Federal judges are not lawmakers. Federal judges are not supposed to define what the executive should and shouldn't be doing.
And federal judges are not supposed to say what they really wish the Constitution would be about or federal law. That's not the purpose. That's not the point. But the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals here decided that they were going to do this anyway. And the Supreme Court said, um, you guys can't do this.
you violated what's called the party represent or excuse me the party presentation principle which means courts are supposed to decide what the bleep is in front of them. You can't just be out here saying, "Oh, you mentioned immigration. I therefore declare everyone's legal." You can't do that. And this is a major ruling that is going to come into play in about every single case from now until I'd say they get through all of this 14th amendment stuff. The Supreme Court's making it clear they're not going to rule in favor of the Trump administration when it comes to the 14th amendment clause because what's being argued before the Supreme Court right now regarding the whole 14th amendment uh birthright citizenship thing is not the jurisdiction clause. So what is the whole point? Why do I make a big deal about this? The Supreme Court saying you can't just get in front of us and just rule whatever you want willy and or nilly. Now, on the flip side of that, you're also not supposed to just look at the Supreme Court after a major ruling and then flip everyone off. So, an Alabama court did exactly that. A federal court in Alabama blocked the state from using its brand new congressional map, ordering the state to use a court imposed map with two majority black seats for the 2026 elections.
So, a a panel of Alabama judges decided, this three judge panel stated, "Well, they're very likely to succeed on their section 2 claims that if we don't have racially segregated voting districts, then that's really bad."
But, as you know, the Supreme Court just ruled on Klay. They said, "Hey, you can't have racially segregated voting districts." And the the three judge panel essentially said, um, we don't care. and ruled in favor of forcing Alabama again right before some primaries. So, they have to get this moving, guys. You can't just do a primary and then an election two months out before November. So, this has already been appealed by the state of Alabama to the Supreme Court and it's it's going to get slapped down very very hard very very quickly. As a quick note, the reason I I did pause there and kind of do some of these cases out of order, I really want to make sure that when we're covering certain cases like these that I have the right stuff in front of me because I really don't want to give you guys um incomplete information. So that's why I took a couple of seconds there. Now, last but not least on the Supreme Court side, before we get really, really spicy, like Justice Thomas pimp slapping the Supreme Court over what I'm about to tell you, the Supreme Court declined to hear a lawsuit from Florida, which accuses California and Washington of illegally issuing commercial truck licenses, CDLs, to undocumented immigrants, which is true.
California and Washington and also Pennsylvania have just decided that if you live in their state and you have a first and a last name, maybe they're going to get out the rubber stamp and presto, you now get a CDL. Even if you can't read or speak English, even if you have no idea what you're doing, and even if you're working for a shell company that has more safety violations than a red-headed nerdy kid in an 80s movie has acne.
So, I I mean, it seems like a very interesting case that should be argued before the Supreme Court. and they declined to hear it. It was a 7 to2 decision. We're going to get into this on the live stream radio crew. The FCC is going to find me if I don't let you go to commercial break. We'll catch you on the back end of it. It's the Tony Kindcast here on the Daily Signal.
So the 7 to2 opinion just argued in essence that Florida doesn't have a right to just go full in and bring a case to the Supreme Court over two laws in kind of the interstate commerce. It was a very very lukewarm milktoast decision and it was a 7 to2 again and it was Alto and Thomas dissenting. uh John Roberts, Elena Kagan uh made the case that Florida didn't have a a strong enough argument that at least right now what California and Washington were doing directly impacted the citizens of Florida based on that entire policy.
Now, it's very weakly argued. So, they didn't actually shut any doors. They just said, "We're not going to hear this right now." And it was Justice Thomas and again, Samuel Alo, the two powerhouses, the sons of thunder for your gospel shout out there, who made the case, if a state sues another state, guys, we have to get involved. Why? We fought a whole freaking war about this, whether it is in fact the states or the federal government who hold supremacy in deciding certain arguments, fist fights, and and patty cake slap offs between different states. So, Justice Thomas argued uh and and let me let me pull up the actual the actual quote here.
Justice Thomas uh said, "The state of Florida moved for leave to file a complaint against Washington and California for defying federal law by providing commercial drivers licenses to illegal aliens who cannot read English.
The result of this practice, Florida alleges, is the disturbing phenomenon of illegal alien truck drivers causing fatal accidents on the road. I respectfully descent from the court's denial of Florida's motion because we cannot refuse to hear suits between states. He's correct because if the Supreme Court is not hearing lawsuits from states, who's hearing these lawsuits, what is are are the two or three states going to pick some third, you know, Supreme Court of a different state to hear this lawsuit? I don't know the answer here. Precedent's not entirely clear. There are supposed to be a series of constitutional provisions that prevent states from harming other states based on their policy. And for a long time, this wasn't an issue because there were a series of common sense understandings that we had where you don't give drivers licenses a big fastmoving vehicles to people who don't speak the language.
But Florida and California decided to do so anyway. So, it's going to be interesting to see over the next couple of months how Florida probably rewrites this lawsuit to make something more specific along the lines of damages. I don't think this is over in any way, shape, or form. Um Thomas, joined by Alto said, "Floridward has nowhere else to bring its case."
There you go. I I don't believe um that Florida can actually argue the case anywhere else. And I didn't see anything. Again, you know, Justice Amy Coney Barrett of her many flaws believes that constitutional provisions can change over time, but also didn't believe that perhaps the Supreme Court needs to intervene in this case because the technology and the actionable damages one state can cause on another could in fact change over time. It's an interesting question of like the jurisdiction of a state and its Supreme Court on its own state constitution and laws that we're going to have to hit here pretty soon. Now, this brings us over to kind of the last big thing here is the radio crews almost coming back in. This all has to do with a major look from the Trump administration on fraud.
And not just on fraud, but on the Treasury Department looking at fraud on behalf of other countries or just directly intervening on behalf of enemy powers against the United States. And the best part about this next segment is that the idiots who decided to make these decisions did so in my personally favorite way, which is they wrote it all down and recorded it on video. So don't go anywhere. We have a lot more to cover tonight. It's the Tony Kenned here on the Daily Signal.
It's the Tony Kennet Cast on 93 WIPC.
>> Welcome back to the Tony Kinncast here on the Daily Signal. So, there is a whole crew that is getting hit with a beautiful list of subpoenas and investigation. It's not investigation from the Department of Justice. It's not investigation from an ethics committee or even your brother's marriage counselor. No, no, no. This is an ethics and uh a an official inquiry series of requests from the Treasury Department, which means Scott Bessant is out there grinding an axe. And here is for whom this particular bell tolls. So the noeva America convoy de wonderfulness whatever that the code pink and communist sympathizers organized to sail to Cuba. Remember we covered this last month made the decision to bring not only food stuffs and a a series of medical supplies but also left a couple of things on an undisclosed manifest that were then delivered directly to the Cuban regime. And I made the case that it was rather strange how of the solar panels that you could see being loaded into vehicles in Central America once they actually got to Cuba, they didn't actually show up on any hospitals roofs. Remember those hospitals that were running out of power? Yeah. They didn't show up anywhere. Isn't that strange? And not only is that, you know, rather bizarre. Um, but it gets a little bit worse for him. Uh, see, we actually have from their very own mouths, the individuals saying they worked with the Cuban government to thwart the United States and bypass sanctions and blockades and other constitutionally preient and upholding measures that are supposed to keep you from committing treason in the United States or abroad. So, this brings us to the people who are in very, very, very big trouble. So, Hassan um, who's terrible person, left-wing streamer, uh, a guy who's not only, you know, shocked his dog, but just openly praises Mao and Castro and all other kinds of terrible things. Now, he's a fat little rich boy, uh, who grew up in the lap of luxury, just like all of the communists and their sympathizers. Shout out to Zor and Maldani. Um, but he made a little bit of a boo boo before this even got started.
>> I want to go to Cuba. Would you be down?
>> I love Cuba.
>> Oh, yeah. you'd be down.
>> Yeah, I filmed there.
>> Um, they the Cuban government actually uh hit my contact from the embassy.
>> Here we go. The Treasury Department is looking into saying, "Hey, did you um do any foreign requests against the United States? Did a foreign government reach out to you and say, "Hello, comrade.
Please be bringing of the food stuffs and also all of these equipment and maybe weapon. Who knows? bring it to my comrades in the Havana, Cuba. And then then Hansan Piker's like, "Gee, okay, sure."
>> And told him that if the only thing stopping us all from coming to Cuba was the consistent internet access, we can make it happen.
>> Yeah, Cuba is sick.
>> Wait, like the government reached out to you.
>> So, yeah. Yeah, of course. It's uh Well, not reach out to me. There's like a there's a middleman.
>> It's too late >> there.
>> Oh, there's a middleman. Oh, that's even worse. My my man, you are violating what the kids would call laws.
>> I because I had a I had a doctor from Cuba. Cuba does this thing called medical missions. And they've been doing it since uh I believe like the the ' 70s and it's incredibly successful. They have a massive very robust like medical program cuz kind of they have to because they're under an incredible sanctions regime by the United States of America that the rest of the world thinks is abhorentt except for America and Israel that keep consistently vetoing it over and over again. Yeah. No, no, no, no, no. So, so first of all, this all comes down to the Cuban assets control regulations of your boy's favorite little acronym that I know I shared with you about a month ago, OFAC. That's the Office of Foreign Assets Control, the Treasury Department. In other words, how you as an American are really not allowed to act on behalf of America's enemies here at home and abroad. So, various statutes include the Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917, the Cuban Democracy Act of 1992, the Helms Burton Act, otherwise known as the Cuban Liberty and Democratic Solidarity Act of 1996, and various related provisions in Foreign Assistance Act. So if Assan per took a bunch of directions and instructions from Cuban middlemen. Oh, they didn't reach out to me directly.
They reached out to me by the embassy which is reaching out to you directly.
If the embassy of China contacts me here in the United States and it's an embassy of China's, that's their territory.
That's their government officials.
That's still China contacting me. Don't be dumb. When there were individuals from the Qatari government who invited me to come on an all expenses influencer trip of wonder. When I sent back a middle finger emoji, it was to the Qatari government. Isn't that a Isn't that cool? Kind of crazy. Neat stuff, huh? So, let's get into this a little bit more here. He he had another boo boo because these fools can never just shove their own foot in their mouth once. I think that ultimately the target is uh uh probably um Singum and his operation from PSL to answer coalition to co-pink like anything that he has ever financed.
And why does this matter? Well, our our dear pal Singum over here lives in China. He lives in China. He has been directly tied to and has admitted to in several places and times working for the Chinese Communist Party. And he funds a series of United States-based endeavors, including Code Pink. And of course, we've talked about that group repeatedly. The United States government is coming down on all of these various prop up organizations that are funded by individuals like Singum, who is a a Chinese front piece.
>> And it's not new. It's been it's been around for a while, but it's obviously uh it's held through regardless because like it's ridiculous, right? It's like totally >> uh incredible. Sorry about the the the bleep there, Allison. So he's very very very upset that the United States is, you know, going after some of these Chinese cutouts. The freakouts are the best though. The ch the freakouts are just supreme. So uh one of these individuals, Susan Medadia Benjamin, she's the head of Code Pink. She's just losing it because again, when they start asking questions here, Susan and Hassan are facing very, very serious, very real jail time. This is not an ethics committee investigation. This is not a little DOJ hop, skip, and a jump. This is the real deal. She knows it.
>> Keep sending food and medicines. And uh we've been sending every two weeks we've been sending uh uh uh thousands of pounds of medicines and and um and food and keep collecting donations from Cuba.
We have >> That's illegal. You can't collect donations from a foreign I I as a person here in the United States, let's say that I Well, actually, no. as a a here at the daily signal, we cannot accept donations without telling the IRS or the Treasury or the State Department from any foreign country at all. Period. And for example, there is is a a trip that I am very well considering heading over to Hungary here in the next couple of years to speak to a a group of conservatives over there. And if in in case and point that they offer to cover my flight over there, that will be publicly disclosed and reported to the State Department.
And by the way, they may suggest, "No, Tony, you should just pay this your own way yourself. It would be a lot better."
In which case, I'll say absolutely, "You got it." Because there should be no situation in which you are taking orders from a foreign power, especially a declared enemy under congressional law of the United States. And and what she's saying here matters because she has already made a significant um bad, stinky choice. another 2,500 pounds of food that we're sending next uh next Saturday. Um and uh we'll just keep doing that. And I think it's so important to um be sending whatever we can. It's also important to go there and spend money because as you said, people are earning $15$20 a month. So just going there and giving tips and buying meals and whatever you can spend uh is helping the economy as well as you know dot creating friendships and um uh and real ties with the Cuban people.
>> So allow me to make this clear. Going to another country and taking extra money for the purpose of stimulating a regime's economy is not allowed. That in and of itself is not allowed. But even if we take that aside, there's an issue.
She claims that there are all of these detailed manifests. We we this much food, this much medicine, only food and medicine, but hasn't released the manifests.
That's rather suspicious. Release the manifest. What is it exactly that that you were carrying over there that you don't want the public to see? Have you been dropping off cases of bow fang radio transceivers? Have you been dropping off cases of rechargeable NIKADS? Have you been dropping off military or pseudo military equipment?
Man, why were there certain solar panels just popping up on regime headquarter buildings after you left? Hm. That's rather curious. I am I'm just shocked.
>> OH, THERE'S A BIG SURPRISE.
>> INCREDIBLE. Incredible things. But the decisions don't get any better for them because SAN is now freaking out, too. He is. he's he's losing it because he knows he's not just like kind of guilty and oh no a lawsuit I'm going to have to settle this is um even better than mortgage fraud because as you guys know when it comes to covering these kind of crimes I make it clear if you are dumb enough to commit crimes first of all don't commit crimes but if you're going to get out there and commit like a white collar crime don't commit the kind of crimes that I can pull up on a series of documents so if I open up the filing cabinet and see that you violated the law in triplicate it's real easy to throw you in jail over it Here's Assan losing his McMarbles because he recognizes the writing is on the wall and also in those financial forms. And I'm not going to lie to you guys, it's it's not great. The news is not great. Okay?
Um, I mean it's but still not great that you know they're they're after your boy.
They're up my ass.
And I'll obviously get into it right now.
I'll tell you all about it, but let me blast off real quick.
We will free you, brother. Yeah, free me. Free me.
>> Oh. Oh, free me. Help. Help. Help. Radio crew will send you guys over to the commercial. Try not to violate basic US law while I'm gone. We're going to continue on the live stream. It's the Tony Kitt here on the Daily Signal.
All right, boys and girls, allow us to move on to a little bit of the other news while the radio crew is away. Um is a is a very quick uh live stream kind of question and answer thing here real quick. Uh over those in the live stream, um our standards are that you don't violate YouTube's terms and services. If you're here and you don't like the show and you want to, you know, complain a bunch in the comments, my friend, you are welcome to be here and tune in because that is great for our engagement on the algorithm. So, that stuff aside, let's keep on moving because there is more on the Kami Soshi front that is just not getting any better. Zoron Mandani has announced he's going to um lower the rent for some of the poorest New York New Yorkers. Well, how is he going to do this? The mayor announced today that New Yorkers who are considered extremely low income. Um in other words, if you're making below $50,880 for a family of four will now only pay a quarter of their income on rent, down from 30% on city subsidized apartments.
How is he going to do this? because there's not exactly a ton of city-owned apartments just ready to go. And it's not like building permits allow people in New York to just start building everywhere. In fact, New York City makes it wildly difficult to add homes that people can rent and buy. So, Zoran Mandami has announced he's got a brand new plan to just shift property ownership from the landlords to the community. That's right. Zoran Mandani through nonprofits.
>> Nope. is, you know, going to confiscate, buy out some going to take all of these things from landlords in the city. Oh boy. Through our new citywide campaign, Fix the City, we will focus on the worst landlords in New York City.
>> When necessary, we will take aggressive legal action to remove negligent owners and property managers.
And for buildings that have suffered chronic neglect, we will work to transfer ownership to responsible stewards.
>> Oh, we're going to confiscate property.
Are we? Wow. Get the Soviet choir warming up there. Oh, this always goes well.
>> Stewards that include community land trusts, nonprofits, community land trusts, nonprofits, nonprofits, or even the tenants themselves.
>> Oh, >> my comrade will seize the means of uh residential. It'll be great. It'll be amazing. It has never worked before in history, but this time Zur Mandab, look at him. He's very good. He wears the the communist, he wears out the buttons, the peacot, and he says, "Ah, hello, comrade. It's good to see you." Hey, I mean, just excellent, excellent decision, New York City. Stellar stellar stuff. Um, I mean truly if you were going to make a list of the worst decisions and play them out for the American people right before the midterm, this is the way to do it. Now, I did want to mention this story before. We didn't have a chance to. The Washington Post is losing it um over the Trump administration on a governmentwide non-disclosure agreement.
But before we get to some of that stuff and also Cuba's foreign minister losing it, and let's not forget that Texas election closing in 11 minutes, we're got to bring the radio crew back and we're going to bring on Scott Jennings because he has a lot to say about some of these things. Don't go anywhere. It's the Tony Kindcast.
This is the Tony Kinn cast on 93 WIBC.
>> Friend, always on the move, Scott Jennings. You know him from Salem. You know him from his excellent coverage on network TV. Scott, great to see you again.
>> Good to see you, Tony. Thanks for having me.
>> Always. Well, let's dive right in. The biggest story that uh maybe some of us in the broadcasting field of things might find uh very very interesting is uh the subpoenas sent over to the code pink lady to Hassan Uh a lot of things regarding this uh Cuba situation.
Give us your take just kind of on the 10,000 foot perspective.
>> Well, thank goodness. And it's about time is what I think. You have these people, this group Code Pink. First of all, I'm pretty sure we found out months ago they're bankrolled by the Communist Chinese. That's number one. And now you have them out here trying to subvert the will of the US government as it relates to our foreign enemy, Cuba, just 90 mi off of our coast. And this character, same thing. So, I think this is uh finally uh happening. Thank goodness. We're taking uh you know, people to task who were out here breaking US laws uh allegedly and trying to subvert the will of the US government. It's a it's a good thing that we're cracking down on this. You can't But by the way, these aren't the only people. I mean, we had Gyipol, that congresswoman the other day, saying she was working with foreign enemies to try to subvert US sanctions on Cuba. What are you going to do? Wait, wait.
>> And so why why do you have US citizens working with foreign hostile foreign adversaries to subvert US law and the will of US foreign policy? They they've I mean it it's crazy. So they need to be investigated and people like need to learn. Yes, there are consequences for your actions. I saw him on his stream uh the other day. He sounded a little freaked out to find out that yes, there are consequences to actions. And I think uh investigating this and getting to the bottom of it sends a message to people. You know, you you just can't run around and do anything you want to do when it comes to, you know, breaking US law and stuff like this.
I think there's a weird attitude that a lot in the the kind of streamer media have taken upon themselves and those who spend way too much time with streamer media where they think they can just get away with anything and act like any way they want because that's what gets social media clicks and it's really out of touch with the American voter. And we saw this of course in Kentucky obviously of course your stomping grounds um with the primary in Kucky's fourth but really in a lot of primaries across the country voters have seemed a little dissatisfied with the streamer focused style approach to things. What do you think?
>> Well I agree with you and I think it's possible in politics to spend too much time online. Of course we're all online.
and we're all using social media and X and everything else for our sort of news algorithms and stuff, but it is possible to spend too much time on there and to get lost in it and to forget that it is not the real world. Politicians find this out all the time. These streamers are now about to find it out. It's not the real world. And I think sometimes people get lost in there and they forget that the laws of gravity, the laws of politics, and the actual laws do in fact apply to you, too. Just because you don't think they apply inside these online bubbles, they actually apply out in the real world. There is gravity.
There is political gravity. And there are actual US codes that yes, you do have to follow. So you look, if you want to be the mayor of some online bubble, go ahead. That doesn't necessarily guarantee you're going to be US congressman or senator or mayor of anything else.
Although we do see more representatives and senators trying to do the uh hip streaming thing by assaulting federal law enforcement uh in New Jersey, whether it's Lam Monica Macyver or in New Jersey as a result of the senator getting pepper-sprayed over the weekend.
What's wrong with New Jersey, man? My goodness.
>> Yeah, I know. Well, the there's this uh I think the left and the Democratic party is afflicted with these people who have been captured by this performative politics. people who increasingly believe they have to do sort of crazy theater kid type antics in order to get the attention uh to be deemed a worthy or useful Democrat by the radical crowd.
I mean, it's it's all this performative stuff. You've seen it time and again.
Sitting members of Congress, candidates, the most performative radicals tend to get the most traction. I ultimately think this kind of stuff is going to limit them the the upside they might have in the midterms. If you think, well, historically, Democrats should do well. Well, that's true historically, but historically the party out of power hasn't been so crazy and so captured, you know, by such a radical uh, you know, base that the Democrats are. You see it manifesting itself in some of this performative uh, hy jinks. And so it may, you know, when we look back at November, I don't know who's going to win the midterms, but I know Democrats are going to have a problem because some of the people they're nominating spend more time doing crap like this online than they do talking to, you know, real people who don't live their lives online. They live their lives in the real world.
>> So speaking of this real world, obviously our job, again, your broadcasting job, my broadcasting job, at least most days of the week, is to try to take all of this festering political bathwater and translate it to real Americans who don't steep in it all day. And some are a little more out of touch in the broadcasting world than others. I wanted to get your take on this. I didn't even have this on my notes, but it came across my screen just now, and I'll regret not asking you.
Disney has decided to declare that The View, the ladies of The View, that they consider it news, like in their their category of politainment, they say it's news to the FCC. Oh, please tell me you have something for this. Well, this is actually an important deal because if you claim to be what is called a bonafide news program, that is that is that that is a term of art. Bonafide news program, that gives you the license to basically interview anybody you want, including interview everybody from the Democratic party and nobody from the Republican party. That is why they are doing this. They're claiming to be news so they don't have to play fairly. And if you look at what the view does and you look at who they interview, same for late night, by the way, >> this is how they're able to get away with ignoring the Republican party and ignoring conservatives by saying, "Well, we're just covering the news and these people are all news makers." Does anybody watch The View and think they're getting the news? I mean, you're closer to being an insane asylum than you are getting the news from The View. But that's the reason they're doing this. It has to do with the fact that ABC is a broadcaster. This is an FCC issue. And I think Brendan Carr is right to actually just ask a question. Does anybody believe this is actually a bonafide news program? If it is, it is the poorest bonafide news program given the amount of time they have to correct themselves and say patently uh outrageous false things on the air.
>> Absolutely well put. And where you will never get outrageously false things on the air is on the Scott Jennings show.
It's on Salem 1 to 3:00 p.m. Eastern.
And then of course on CNN, the man, the myth, the legend. Scott, always love having you on.
>> Thanks, Tony. Good to talk to you, brother.
>> All right, radio crew. It is unfortunately that time of the evening.
We have a little bit of media news to cover. And then in just 3 minutes, the Texas primaries close and we get to see if John Cornin is going to squeak out a miracle. Ken Paxton, of course, we've got statements from James Terico. Radio crew, we love you. We'll see you guys tomorrow. It's the Tony Kindcast here on the Daily Signal first on 93 WIBC.
All right, they're now clear so we can continue unabated. Scott Jennings, you heard him mention the ladies of the view. I know a lot of you are not looking forward to endless ladies of the view shenanigans all the time. I understand it is according to Disney the news that a lot of the we're talking about the demographics there are different groups that pay attention to different sources. So for example uh on routinely mocked for I would say very little reason but the the elderly in the country which uh would would constitute those in the baby boomer generation also generation X they're routinely mocked some in generation X don't don't hurt me I I'm you can't really define a term like elderly those inexperienced of age whatever they they're constantly mocked for tuning in to often Fox News and I find that really bizarre because why would you mock a group for it is who they just tune in too. The media you consume is very very important, but just like going after in general, it's kind of weird. Ladies on the left, and that means ladies from the youngish, I'd say about 25 and up, maybe 30 and up, all the way to the older ladies on the left, routinely religiously consume the view as a primary news source. And so when they're making arguments, when they're they're making claims, after all, I want to hear some of this news. You know, maybe I'm wrong. Happy to admit so.
Let's hear some of this news. and see what it is we got. Maybe I've been wrong all this time. There's actually something really spicy and good from the ladies from Whoopy Goldberg, Sunonny Host, Joy Behar, and the other ones.
>> And And how about meeting the energy that the Republican party has? Because you know when >> Oh, yeah. Senator Chris Murphy of Connecticut, the most viewed lady of them all.
>> They go high. Oh, they go low, we should go high. It seems to me when they go low, we should go to the earth's crust.
I think it's a it's a a I think a lot of Democrats are um just they don't feel great about the sort of energy that they're seeing from the Democratic party because it seems like the Democratic Party is playing by a rule book.
>> Sweetheart, get to the point. Okay, so upfront and first, I love this because um as the science teacher, uh I would love to run out and point that uh the Earth's crust is the topmost lithospheric layer of the Earth. So of our physical layers, of course, there's all different kinds of layers of atmosphere. Um but uh of the lithospheric layers going all the way down to the crust, that's the the shallowest you can go there, hun. But anyway, um I mean, if you really want to count the biosphere, ah that's that's lame. that gets into academic argument that is for nerds and also other nerds.
Uh but starting off not exactly strong.
The Democrat party needs to be more radical. So I will remind you right now that Governor Abigail Spanberger of Virginia is being roasted alive because she is going around to different Democrats saying please please don't do any more redistricting stuff.
Why? It is a money drain. The Democrats wasted $70 million on the Virginia redistricting fight that they lost.
Democrats want to throw in even more money to that campaign. By the way, the polls in Texas are now closed. We're going to hit some of those numbers as they start to come in. Um, there are a lot of people who would say, even like Senator Andy Kim, who just had a nice lung full of um, spicy, that maybe getting radical and building little cement block walls and throwing those bricks like they do in Minneapolis or in, you know, LA, that's not what the party needs more of. Well, Chris Murphy's not going to say anything against that. That man has um the testosterone of a Ziploc bag >> that no longer >> Well, the other party is shameless, first of all.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah. I mean, I'll say two things about that.
>> Melissa calls it a race to the bottom.
>> I I understand that, but listen, like democracies die when the regime that's trying to convert a country to totalitarianism um breaks the rules and the opposition um follows follows those broken rules, right? So, you have to if you if you want to confront this threat, the opposition, the Democratic party has to break some norms as well. And I get that that makes people uncomfortable.
Here's >> Wait a minute. So he Oh gosh. Okay. So, did you catch it? He he says um democracies die when the authoritarian fascist Hitler whatever I you know not Graham Platner the Nazi from Maine. Um when the when the authoritarians they start breaking the norms and the rules and then the other side breaks the rules and the norms and he then follows that by saying so what we need to do is break the rules and the norms. I mean, you that's just real.
Good job, sweetie. That's Senator Chris Murphy of Connecticut, ladies and gentlemen.
>> The other thing, um, you know, he he tells a story, right, about who's screwing you, and it's a false story, right? He talks about immigrants >> and Muslims and gay kids, but there is a story, a true story about who is screwing the American people, right? And it's these technology companies that don't care about your kids, right?
>> Best of luck. Best of luck. I mean, again, after the Trump administration uh succeeded despite big tech, him turning around and then shoving big tech like they shoved independents into the arms of a lot of the right and shoving the Bill Clinton Democrats into the arms of the right, shoving big tech also into the arms of the right. That ain't going to go over so well. It's these massive corporations like Walmart that are emptying um out good jobs from our communities replacing them with part time.
>> The Supreme Court. So, let's tell a story.
>> Ah, the Supreme Court, the number one organization in corporation ever.
Incred. Best of luck with that, sweetie.
A real to you. Exciting. All right, let's get over to some of these exciting Texas results. We do have more than a few of them. Uh, as we are going into this evening, the runoff election, it is between none other than Ken Paxton and John Corner. You can see in the little right hand side of the screen. Yeah, that's right. Have a little live election ticker here there for you. 3% in. Ken Paxton is up 31598 to John Oh, excuse me. 7% in now. Ken Paxton is up 716 to John Cornin's 45898.
It does not I mean again already got to be careful because things can obviously change. That is not the kind of start that you are looking for if you are current incumbent Senator John Cornin facing off against Senator Ken Paxton or excuse me, Attorney General Ken Paxton.
Um, all right. Let's get into some of the details on these particular candidates because we're getting into the the the the signal, the sirens, the wee woo wee woo moments as they are. Um, Fox gave a pretty decent overview today. I don't say that was surprise. I mean, Fox does a pretty stellar overview on a lot of these things. Check it out. Uh, here we go. Cornin versus Paxton. And the reason why you have this runoff is because of what happened on the 3rd of March. All right. Here were the results. Really good race between the two men at the top, but neither achieved 50%. Cornin edged out Paxton by 26,000 votes. So, what is left? Representative Wes Hunt, good friend of the show, got 13.5%.
He came out and supported Ken Paxton afterward. Trump supported Ken Paxton afterward. It's going to be very, very, very difficult for John Cornin to get out there and win all of those votes.
Now, for a while, Donald Trump stayed out of it. He stayed out of it. He said, "Uh, I'm got a couple of guys there really wish that John Cornin would talk about the Save America Act. I think it's very good." And if he would only just be a little more than a worthless slump, then perhaps he would have a good opportunity to win an election. And instead, what we saw was um the goofy goober brigade come in from a lot of the technocrats and establishment in the party. And they did. You saw Bill Cassidy throw his toys on the ground after coming in third in Louisiana. Um just real struggle there. Uh now over to this election. John Cornin's making his case. He says that Ken Paxton has a lot of baggage and and he does. He he has some personal baggage. However, in this day and age, is that going to be enough?
Well, here's uh here's Cornin's pitch.
Anyway, >> Ken Paxton's flaws and the baggage she brings to the general election is going to be exploited to the fullest by James Terico and by Democrats, uh James Terico raised $27 million in just the first quarter of this year.
So he's he's making the case that because James Tarico exists and he's raised money, we've never seen a Democrat Senate candidate win like raise money before, certainly Bado or there was an article after article from the Associated Press from Reuters all the way over to MSNBC at the time to the Washington Post to the New York Times. Oh, he's raising so much money. And then Colin all read, "Oh, he's raising so much money." And then it didn't pan out on election day. Well, is this baggage of Ken Paxton's going to be enough? Well, let's actually dive into him because I'm going to list him to you here really quick before we decide if it's enough. So, he has a securities fraud indictment from 2015.
The case dragged on for 9 years and resolved in a 2024 pre-trial deal. No guilty plea or conviction.
So, charges dropped upon completion.
That's not going to stick. 2020 to 2025, a Nate Paul bribery or abuse of office scandal. So the suggestion aid of Paxton's top senior aids or whistleblowers accused him of misusing the attorney general's office to benefit wealthy Austin donor and real estate developer Nate Paul um by uh intervening in Paul's legal and financial troubles and delaying foreclosures.
I'm not really seeing anything here that is just nail him to the board. Got him.
He's the You get maybe a negative campaign ad about it, maybe two. It's not going to stick with people. And then 2023 impeachment. The Texas House GOP impeached him 121 to23 on 16 to 20 articles back in the day. The tenant the Texas Senate acquitted him on all counts after a two-week trial. His wife, Senator Angela Paxton, didn't vote. So, is this going to be enough to sink him?
Is this really going to get No, it's not. And as you can see right now, 14% of the vote in, it is Ken Paxton 136840 to John Cornin's 936.
Here's why it's not going to be enough to sink Paxton. Number one, because everything's already baked into the cake. It is all of the scandal's already scandalized. And number two is because James Tallerico cannot keep it together and be normal. This is the real secret.
This is if you are running up against someone that has baggage. All you have to do is appear moderate and normal to have a chance. Did James Taller Rico do that? Absolutely not. Absolutely not.
And and again remember they ran him four out right in the front in front of the entire country as just like they ran Beta Oor just like they ran Colin just like they ran Pete Budajed as oh he's so wonderful and normal and amazing and moderate. He's so normal. Abigail Spanberger is such a moderate. Zoran Mdani is such a moderate. Wow. Look how amazing they are. Here's the problem.
James Terico, who originally they trotted out as just a little Baptist independent preacher boy except Democrat and completely in disagreement with everything in the Bible. Um, it turns out that he was awful. I mean, he's he's getting worse. So, not just old clips, but some pretty new clips as well. Um, do not show him in a very good light.
So, I should mention very quickly, Gwendalyn Catz gave a very, very kind $50 super chat. You guys do not have to do that at all.
not out uh at at all.
Um but I I will I will say I will say this um as well just very very kind super chat. Also one other individual very kind uh while life is rough gave a $5 super chat um on on the matter of Cuba and we'll get back to those things later because I don't want to leave that down but thank you very much. That's very kind. Um on the matter of of James Terico, the dude's just yikes yikes. It's It's not uh It's not very uh not very good. Here he is bragging about how easy it's going to be here and now.
>> You know, I'm an eighth generation Texan. I've been eating barbecue since before Ken Paxton's first indictment.
>> I will remind you this is a man is a vegan.
>> And if all they have on me is lying about me being a vegan, I feel pretty good.
>> Uh-huh. Again, he's he's made his own case. The dude's a vegan. He's said that before. Now, if he wants to go back on it again, hey, there's a whole there's a whole King of the Hill episode where Bobby he he goes vegan and then the girl breaks his heart and then Bobby goes and eats a steak in front of a crowd and it's incredible. Um, that was far better than than whatever this is >> about our chances uh this November. And you're absolutely right. You know, so many of my family members, my my friends, my neighbors who voted for Donald Trump in 2024, they voted for him because they thought he was going to lower costs. They thought he was going to end the forever wars. They thought he was going to release the Epstein files and drain the swamp. But just one year later, they've seen how he's done the exact opposite. Through his crazy tariffs, he's made everything more expensive. Uh he has uh started even more uh conflicts around the war. around the world, including this new forever war in Iran. So, there you go. James Terico, very bland, baseless, whatever nonsense. Now, at this point, I I've seen I've seen enough already. And I'm serious already. I've seen enough. Uh, now the Associated Press is not calling this yet. Uh, but the decision desk has it. I'm looking at the, uh, map here again. You're seeing on the screen the little check mark pop up. Here's what I'm looking at right here. It's just the the AP screen and the map. Um, I have now seen enough of Texas to weigh in.
Uh, Tarant County, sorry if I'm not pronouncing that right. Denton County really needed to come out for Cornin.
Um, I also also I needed to see Galveastston as well come out for Cornin in order for this to be a fight. I don't think so. Ken Paxton, he wins. I don't think there's there's a chance here uh that Cornin is going to catch up to him.
I agree with the decision desk's call right there. Um, looking at the attorney general map real quick because some of you guys are asking uh how some of these things are going so far. Um, Maize Middleton is currently up 155,000 to Chip Roy 121,000. Now, I'll be quite honest with you, we don't have the election ticker up for them and rotating because we just didn't get the ticker like to rotate in time. that's going to be coming for a lot more of our election coverage. We're trying to build and add some new stuff to the show just for you to make it a little bit better because so many of you have very kindly started tuning into this as your nightly news source. Um, and the best we can do for you very poor and fortunate souls stuck with me is at least try to make it a little more visually appealing for you.
So, uh, yeah, it looks as though Maize Middleton um, right now with 17% of the vote in is up 155 to Chip Royy's 121. I mean, it really does appear the president of the United States is carrying through on his endorsements. It does. It absolutely does. And Chip Roya is not incredibly disliked around the rest of the country. But that brings us to the Terico problem. Taler Rico is not running in the rest of the country.
Wait a minute. DHQ has not called it yet.
Producer Daniel, you you you strike my heart. You strike my heart. We'll find out if I'm right or not. I guess we've thrown the check mark up. I'm not going to rescend it.
We'll uh we'll keep an eye on it. I I still think that at this point I don't see any way that 18% he's he's down what I what is that about 63,000 votes. No, I'm not I'm not seeing it. I'm not seeing him make up that gap. I Austin would have to come in pretty heavy for him. I just don't see it yet. Well, we'll keep it we'll keep an eye on it for sure. Now, I'm really stuck here because we've thrown the check mark on it.
It's still correct though.
So, as I was saying, Telerico, he is absolutely not running on a national stage. This is the issue. And Scott Jennings and I talked about this after the the interview had ended a little bit. The case regarding Taler Rico or Bado AOR or Colin all red, they think he's running in Los Angeles and New York in Northern Virginia. He's not. He's running in Texas. So, when you get out and you say that you're super proabortion and you think Jesus is trans and you think all this other stuff, that is a huge no. No. Absolutely absolutely not kind of a situation. I I don't I don't see anyone in the Texas side of things going with that at all. And here's Terico again. Blaze is uh reporting this doing the exact thing. I trust Texas women to make decisions about their own bodies to shape their own destinies in consultation with their family members, their doctors, their faith leaders. I don't believe that's a place for government. I don't believe it's a place for politicians. I don't believe it's a place for the state. And that is that's a belief I hold not despite my faith, but because of my faith. Um Jesus never talks about abortion. The Bible is silent on abortion. It's not. By the way, again, the book of Jeremiah, several other passages make it clear that the Lord believes you are a person far before you come out of your mother's birth canal.
Before you were before you were knitted together in the womb, I knew you, as the book of Jeremiah puts it. So, no, again, when Jesus and John the Baptist uh in the womb, like the the gospels make it clear, there was a lot of kicking involved in in being around the other one when the two mothers pregnant were near each other. So, no, it's very clear you're you're a person before you're out of the womb. He's just wrong. You in saying this kind of stuff.
>> And when that happens with a social issue as important as abortion, >> we Christians have to take scripture as a whole and we've got to try to make some kind of ethical determination.
Right now in Texas, we have the most extreme abortion ban in the country.
>> No exception for rape.
>> No exception for incest.
We have girls as young as 10 years old who are assaulted, who are raped, who are victims of incest, and who can't access um basic reproductive care, who aren't able to make the decision about whether or not they are going to create.
And again, just my personal belief is that that um that we have to >> Okay, so this kind of stuff from him, very consistent all the time, all that nonsense. And there there are clip upon clip upon clip upon clip where you can see him just saying the wildest stuff and they just want to pretend this guy's a moderate. I don't I don't see it.
Did they teach you in Sunday school that Jesus Christ himself was a radical feminist? The American flag is such a complicated symbol for most of us. God is non-binary.
>> You can't call yourself a Christian and reject the stranger seeking asylum at our southern border. Our trans community needs abortion care, too.
>> Modern science obviously recognizes that there are many more than two biological sexes. In fact, there are six.
>> Prophetic voices like Jesus have helped me reckon with my own whiteness. Our southern border should be like our front porch. There should be a giant welcome mat out front.
>> We are trying to fundamentally change the politics in this state and in this country.
>> No need to sit and cry over, you know, your whiteness or your masculinity.
>> Yeah. I I I really I really don't recommend that. So again, is is what Paxton is doing here am I seeing anything that's that's just going to be super duper, you know, oh, it's really out there? No, what I do believe is going to happen is that I believe that you're going to watch Ken Martin get suckered into spending a ton of money, and I just mean a ton of money into this election. I do that. That's that's what I'm seeing. Now, at this point, uh 20% of the vote in Ken Paxton 205 to John Cornin's 129. Now 212 to John Cornin's 135 21% in. Guys, it's not getting any It's It's not getting any easier. It's not it's not going to get any easier of a road. Now, on the attorney general election side, um, real quick here, uh, with 21% of the votes counted, it's Maize Middleton at 188 to Chip Royy's 149. So, again, we'll see. Rather bizarre, strange stuff there. We're going to pivot out, go to an interview with Steven Kent here on the Tony Kcast.
We'll be back and get into some of the other postelection stuff. Uh, don't go anywhere. We go over to Steven Kent of Geeky Stoics and the Consumer Choice Center. Great to see you. It's been a while. You've been gallivanting around the European continent and getting involved in all other kinds of shenanigans I've seen.
>> Yes, sir. You know how I roll.
>> Well, let's uh ask if you've rolled through uh for a little what you watch and tell me about this Mandalorian movie, Mandalorian and Grou, whatever.
Is it good? Is it garbage? Have you seen it? What's the take? Well, it's been a while since you and I have had a what you watching conversation and and talked a little pop culture. So, you know, I'll get you up to speed. Uh, the war on quality content continues a pace out of Hollywood.
>> Uh, so the thing about The Mandalorian and Grou, Tony, you and I are both big Star Wars fans.
>> That's true.
>> Is that it's not really a movie that you can raise strong objections to. It's not a heresy and it's not a horrible movie.
It's not a good movie. It's not a great movie. It's just a movie. It's content.
It is The Mandalorian, which is a character that we love. Uh it's Grou, which is a perfectly fine character.
Kids love him. Parents tend to as well.
And they are on an adventure to rescue Roa the Hut and I guess stop some Imperial bad guys. And that's it. It's three episodes of The Mandalorian crammed together into a movie and put in theaters and it's just kind of ridiculous.
>> Didn't they Wait, didn't they do the whole like Star Wars movie that's kind of like a belist knockoff and the two main characters go to rescue one of the huts before? Haven't we done this in animated fashion before? There was an episode of the animated Clone Wars series in which Roa the Hut was kidnapped. And this is Roa the Hut, meaning Jabba's little baby son. Uh, and he was kidnapped by mobsters and rescued by the Jedi during the Clone Wars when Roa the Hut was an infant. And so what we have now is Roa was taken by traffickers or you know like uh people who who who pirate you know other creatures for putting them in fighting rings and Road of the Hut is raised to be a combat fighter a gladatorial combat fighter. And here's the thing, Tony.
It's voiced by Jeremy Allen White, who, if you're not familiar with, Jeremy Allen White, plays the lead in a show called The Bear, a cooking show. It's really, really good. Jeremy Allen White is a fantastic actor.
>> And they had him voice of the Hut, and they didn't alter the voice. It just sounds like a guy from Ohio. A white guy from Ohio coming out of the body of a hut. A giant slug. Jabba the Huts family. They don't even have him speaking Hatise. Tony, they have him speaking Galactic Basic in an Ohio accent.
I the pain. I mean, just unnecessary. I I wanted to I wanted to juxtapose it with this because it's getting the same kind of ratings online. It's just it exists, right? Like it just it's a movie. It's there. It's kind of slop, but like it's refined slop. It's It's slop with a nice coat of polish maybe over it. I saw the same thing about the the second Super Mario Brothers movie, and we went to go and see that, and I was just so unimpressed. Some of the things, the little bits and details, the little keyjangling moments >> were okay, but just the overall plot of the movie was non-existent. It was just >> Yeah.
>> content. And I'm I'm embarrassed that I spent money on it. And it sounds like Grou and the Mandalorian or The Mandalorian and Grou Electric Bugaloo.
It's the same thing.
>> It's the same thing. Uh, you know, again, it's not a heresy and it's not necessarily a bad movie. You can take your toddlers to it and they will enjoy it. And if you are somebody who just likes to see Star Wars characters running around in crudely animated 3D uh, and CGI environments, then I think you'll enjoy this movie. Again, it doesn't break any major rules of Star Wars. It's just slop. And it's kind of sad because this is so far, you know, it's breaking that 100 million dollar threshold of a successful movie by Hollywood standards. It's going to make back its budget because this was one of the smallest budget Star Wars films to date, but this is the worst box office weekend for a Star Wars movie ever. So, what they have done is tried to frame this as a success because it made back its money. But Star Wars has never seen as as you know such a low energy weekend coming back. I will say I went and saw it with my daughter because my daughter and I have watched every Star Wars movie that has come out since The Force Awakens in theaters together and it was a fine family experience, but we're both going to forget everything about this movie within a couple of weeks and so will your audience. I mean, I feel a lot of the same that we we, you know, with the family going to see the Mario movie, it was more about the family than it was about the movie, which is good. I mean, that's that's a good thing. Do we see any kind of independent content or or something kind of off the beaten track that's captivating people right now? Are we kind of in that spring into summer lull? Well, I I'll tell you, I am most excited coming out in theaters about this movie called Pressure. So, there is a Brendan Frasier film that drops on May 29th. Boy, >> in which Brendan Frasier will be playing Dwight Eisenhower during the D-Day invasion in the leadup to June 6th, 1944.
And this movie, for all those not aware of it, is not just another D-Day movie.
It is specifically focused on the weather forecasting element that went into making D-Day a success and the incredible roll of the dice that the Allied command was making on the weather cooperating on that day. And so I happened to be going on an anniversary trip with my wife on May 29th who is a meteorologist and atmospheric scientist and I'm a World War II guy and this movie was practically made in a lab for both of us to enjoy.
That sounds awesome. I mean, I'm excited for The Mummy Four. I mean, obviously I I've I've been I've been a big Brendan Frasier fan for a while. After all, he's a Hooser.
>> Uh he's great. He he w he waved the green flag at the 500.
>> So, um excellent stuff there. Well, all right. There you go. That's a that's a pretty good uh that's a pretty good little suggestion there. Stephen Kent, Geeky Stoics, also Consumer Choice Center. Thanks for dropping by for um a little what you're watching. Hopefully things get a bit sunnier for the movie sphere.
>> Always great to see you, Tony.
All right, so let's talk very briefly here about some of the other updates on the Texas stuff. So Ken Paxton, 364,475 uh to John Cornin's 222,361 uh 36% of the vote is in. Again, kind of looking at the map here, I am not seeing uh what I needed. It seems the only county so far that is turning out heavily in favor of incumbent Senator John Cornin is Dallas County. Now again, there are a few other places that still need to weigh in before this is, I'd say, officially called on the AP or the decision desk side. Again, here at the Tony Kenned, we're doing something a little on the strange side. Um, and I'm I'm there's no way I think that he can climb up this over 100 and currently 142,000 vote deficit. Uh, oh yeah, Dallas County is not heavily in favor of of corn and even even I mean and I I needed really needed to see uh Dallas Fort Worth. You needed to see Austin, you needed to see a couple of the counties uh I would argue closer um to kind of the Texarana area. Um, you need to see Harris, Fort Bend, and Brazoria counties really come in favor out for corn in here. And we just didn't see it. Dallas County so far with 50% of the votes counted in Dallas County, it's John Cornin at 23,122 to Ken Paxton's 22490.
Yesesh, it is not going Cornin's way.
The miracle that needed to be, I just don't see it. Um, now on the attorney general's side for the state, because we're also keeping track of that one, and then we'll read some of the other kind of updates here while we're following this one for the official AP and DDHQ calls. Um, on the attorney general primary for Republicans, Maize Middleton, she has 334,000 votes to Chip Royy's 247,000 votes. So, it's a slightly closer election there, but it's not it's it's not doing her too many favors. I mean, it's almost a 200,000 vote lead at this point for Ken Paxton over John Corn and 414,000 to 248,000.
It's not getting any better. That's 62.5% to 37 12%.
It's uh it's it's not going well at 40% of the vote counted for the Cornin team.
Now, here's a little bit from Paxton uh going in so far. Here he was yesterday kind of weighing in on the election over uh on the media side.
>> Did they actually pull up the the the right clip there and not just James uh Taler Rico? I think we should have this one ready to load. I've been asking every voter whether it's one voter or thousands. What has John accomplished that's good for the state of Texas or the country? And you know what? No one's ever had an answer. Instead, we have to look to some of the bad things where he fought Trump on the border wall. He did not want the border wall. Now, supposedly in his new campaign, he's for it. But for 40 for the last couple of decades, he's been against it. He's pushed amnesty. He helped Joe Biden basically passed the most restrictive Second Amendment bill in maybe decades.
So, >> not not wrong. Now, sorry. I do I do want to make a quick correction there, Mace Middleton. Um, that that that's a dude. Sorry about that. I don't know why my brain decided to shut off and then turn back on for a second. And I apologize. Um, and again, to be clear, again, you don't see the the counter for those candidates. I don't usually follow state attorney general elections very closely, just to be very very upfront with you there. But yes, Mace Middleton, dude, sorry, not not I apologize. Um, but not a bad argument from Paxton.
Again, not crazy, not out there, not throwing a lot of, you know, fisticuffs, that kind of a thing. I'm not seeing anything so far that suggests that Paxton is going to be, you know, a ton of of of crazy unelectableness.
I'm not seeing that going forward. I'm not I I really am not seeing anything that's keeping him away. Harry Anton's got kind of a different view on the polling and the numbers. I I'll go ahead and and show uh this polling clip here.
Although choice for Texas Senate, you got Taler Rico here at 44%. And then look at here.
Ken Paxton, a Republican, a Republican in Texas, the best he can do at this point is averaging 40% of the vote. I mean, I was looking at all the polling I could find. This is the best that a Democrat for Senate has been polling since like 2002.
That is a very long time ago when you have to go all the way back since I was in middle school. You know that the Democrat in this particular case is polling well in Texas.
>> Okay. So I again just to you know be be clear up front here. I think that what we've seen over the last couple of years is a Senate candidate when they get in the primary no one really cares. once they get into the general election cycle. I just don't see Terico surging ahead. Just don't see it. Again, Terico has to not be crazy and not say insane things that are not, you know, against those in Texas, the the lone star state's values. He can't do it. Terrio is going to get out there and endorse abortion. He's going to get out there and endorse trans. He's going to get out there and try to tell you Jesus is in support of a bunch of really stupid things that people in Texas don't agree with.
and and I think that's likely to fool kind of the the Ken Martin crew at the DNC to spending a ton of money. Now, again, a lot of you are asking me to weigh in on whether I prefer um the um you know, the Mace the Mace Middleton uh versus, you know, Chip Roy election.
Guys, I'm sorry. I just don't I don't necessarily care a whole ton about either of them. I don't I don't think that Chip Roy is a super duper Rhino. I think that he's picked some okay fights and some silly fights. I know absolutely nothing about Mace Middleton. I'm saying there was an interview he did, I guess, with Benny Johnson. Go check out that interview. I not not one of mine. State attorneys general are not my big priority for coverage and a lot of state elections. Um, and and again, for for those of you who are looking for that, I'm I'm sorry. I I I can't offer you something that, you know, I'm I'm not, you know, allin for on that kind of a thing. And I agree with one of the comments there from, of course, Texas Honey. You can't pull something that hasn't happened. I agree. All of those, well, this person would be more likely to pull well against this person would be more likely to pull well against until the primary is done and everyone is like, "All right, this is who we're going for." I just don't see the polls there being rock solid. I I don't see that kind of stuff there. Um, so anyway, that side of things, we'll do just a little bit of the old mail.
>> Mel time mail.
on the Tony Kennet Cast.
>> All right, so a couple of of things here. Again, if you are in the mood to get a little bit of a mail time uh question in, kind of throw something our way. You don't have to give to super chat stuff. Instead, uh you can of course head down to our description.
There's a Discord link. You can throw things our way over in the mail time channel there. That's the best place to get those to us. Uh so that said, I do want to dive into a couple of these mail time questions. So from Wildlife is Rough again. a very kind $5 super chat said, "Remember when to the remember when the squad went to Cuba, including AOC and other women?" Yes, I I do remember that. Um, and I think that you're going to see a lot of investigations into Congresswoman over the next couple of years. The Cuban foreign minister is very mad at Rubio and the United States. I just doubt that's going to play very well over the next couple of months. I I don't know what it is. the Democas really think they're going to achieve with this. But anyway, here's the Cuban foreign minister. He's very grumpy.
>> Secretary Rubio uh made a video last week where he spoke to the Cuban people directly and he said the reason the real reason for your suffering right now is because the Cuban regime has plundered all of your country's resources. What's your response to that?
The Secretary of State is one of the main masterminds behind the military threat against Cuba, the energy blockade, I mean the complete blockade on uh fuel supplies to Cuba.
He was one of the authors of the extreme tightening of the blockade against my country in all areas. However, he lies.
He lies on and on. He continuously intend to uh deceive the public opinion in the US, the US Congress and the international community.
I have heard him say very often that the blockade that is the energy uh blockade does not exist. His message has been incorporated as an unfortunate act. Okay. So the Cubans are very mad and well excuse me the Cuban regime is very very mad at the Department of State if Scott Bessant goes kind of around back and cleans up a lot of activities here on the home front. Um and again whether we look at ethics committee violations and things uh over on the House side or whether we're looking at again the uh uh office of foreign asset uh when we're looking at some of the individuals who took uh resources to the Cuban regime on behalf of the Cuban government. Yeah. I mean, I I'm I'm not seeing anything so far that suggests uh that that that's not going to be an easily accomplished thing um in the next couple of again in the next couple of uh in the next couple of months. Um on the election side of things, it it's just not slowing down. I mean, Ken Paxton is just winning and winning handily. Uh, so, uh, right now 43% of the vote in, it's Ken Paxton at 441,000 to John Cornin's 262,000.
I mean, when you're up just almost 200,000 votes on your opponent in this kind of a primary, I'm I'm not seeing a huge path forward.
I'm also not seeing anything that suggests if it was super duper ultra extremely close, I'm not seeing something that's going to suggest a bunch of Texans aren't going to come out to prevent James Tarico from getting into office. people from Texas, from the Lone Star State are absolutely not going to um you know, put up with the weird silly transgendery nonsense of James Terico. Um now, Maize uh Mace Middleton uh is almost at 400,000 votes. He's at 398. That's 57% of the vote compared to Chip Roy at 298,000.
That's a little closer. Again, I just don't see the momentum being made up.
When you're down 100,000 votes and 42% of the vote is in, you're going to need a serious Maricopa County in the middle of the night kind of a situation. I'm just not seeing it. I'm just not seeing it for either of them. Um now, um I there are a couple of other comments that I wanted to address, you know, very quickly. We are still obviously waiting on El Paso. Um but on this particular uh matter of some of the um mail time questions, one from Sandy uh asking me to kind of keep an eye on like Disney Cruise Lines. Very kind $20 super chat, by the way. Um saying that the FBI had pulled 27 um for, you know, operating in regard to child pornography. There are a couple of things that I've been told from the inside of the Department of Justice to be looking for on a series of indictments related to child abuse, but I don't want to get too into the weeds on those yet before we actually have some of those indictments um like on an organizational level. Uh so that said and aside, Tony, what is it going to take you to start taking the the betting markets seriously?
betting markets can be tipped very very quickly and I I think that often they don't do as good a job at predicting as they are are projected or they're bragged to do. I'm just not seeing anything like things start going a certain way on call sheet and that's just the end all beall. I don't think so. I I think that's a little bit silly and can get some people in kind of a kind of a rough spot. So there's my my answer to you to you there. Um, again, kind of another another state election question here. What do you think about um um you know, as far as um as far as you know, Indiana? Uh Diego Morales, uh what do I think about, you know, what do I think about that guy in in the Indiana Secretary of State race?
Do I think he's going to win in convention? No. Um, I think that Secretary of State Diego Morales has quite a few issues and he thought that no one would care if he got involved in some of those issues and he dug his own grave for that and it's his own darn fault.
There there's really not much else to be said there. I I don't have an endorsement. I just don't think that's again I I really wish that I could give you guys oh so much excitement on like statewide races. You guys, there's a lot of local great media out there that you can probably tune into to get far better on that than your your friendly national hooser pundit. Did you enjoy the Indy500? I only watched Bits and Pieces.
I'm sorry. I know that's an anathema here in the Hooser State. Um, but I didn't really have a lot of time. We don't get a lot of time off here on the Tony Kennedcast. um you know so I try to to spend you know a lot of time off when I when I have the opportunity with uh with my family. So do I think that Graham Platner has a chance against Susan Collins? Yes, I do.
I think that he has a pretty decent chance um if enough money is spent and if Susan Collins is just the most milktoast oatmeal candidate in all of history. But the way that Graham Platner stuff is currently going, the dude's a nutcase and he's not doing very well, at least in some of the updated main polls that I've been seeing. Uh, for Mary Rose, I've been hearing about liberal judges that give violent criminals short sentences and the criminals reoffend. I have five judges in my district and I need to vote for four in the circuit court circuit court. How do I find out the records of these judges so that I can vote for the least offensive? I live in Maryland, not much hope of a conservative judge. Uh, so the answer to that question, um, is to to do kind of a broader search kind of on I would start on the social media scope. Past that, you're really going to have to look through major cases of violent criminals. There's not like a database that I'm aware of. There might be a nonprofit or a think tank that keeps track of certain things like that. Um, I I do know that the the Alliance Defending Freedom does a pretty good job of of going after certain decisions and and keeping track of some judges and things that they've done. Um, I know the Heritage Foundation has tracked some things like that. I can't point you to a specific database and that is a significant issue. Um, which reminds me for our our particular stream, we are thrilled to be sponsored uh by the Alliance Defending Freedom. They do phenomenal work over there. Uh, so again, what would you say if you found out that some of America's biggest companies, the ones that you use and support, are paying for gender transition drugs and surgeries for kids?
This kind of stuff is really happening.
Guys like James Telerico, they're defending it consistently. Our friends at the Alliance Defending Freedom are doing something about it. Companies like American Express and Home Depot appear to cover irreversible experimental gender transition procedures for minors in their employee healthcare plans, which means that kids can get puberty blockers, cross- sex hormones, and lifealtering surgeries. and the companies you support foot the bill.
This has to stop and you can do something about it. Sign the Alliance Defending Freedoms petition telling corporate America to stop covering these kinds of procedures. Your voice will be heard by leaders at these major companies whose decision to end coverage for these procedures could impact other companies across the country. Join adf.com/tonony.
Go to ad, excuse me. Go to join adf.com/tonony and sign that petition today. All right.
kind of on a followup here. See if we are finally ready for any of the the heavy crews.
Why would we want to put some credence in betting markets? What does that demonstrate? There's a lot of people that just really like things that go a certain way and track public sentiment.
It's a populist ideal. I don't necessarily care for it. Sorry. And I I say that as someone who who works with a lot in kind of the populist space. I just really don't, you know, I'm just really not seeing anything that's, you know, I'm not seeing anything that suggests that their views, oh, they're voting with their money. Again, I know a lot of you guys really support I I just, it's not for me. I I think there are better ways to kind of track sentiment.
It's a useful thing, but is it like the beall endall? Ah, probably not.
All right, last little update. And I'm sorry. I know that that AP hasn't called it. I know the decision desk hasn't officially called. I'm calling it. I'm sorry. I'm calling it. I'm just the odds that we're gonna see El Paso come out really heavily for John Cornin.
>> Nope.
>> I mean, it would have to be pretty substantial. It would have to be wildly substantial. Uh Ken Paxton with 44% of the vote counted right now. Um it's 451,000 to John Cornin's 267,000.
That's with 44% of that vote counted in.
I ain't seeing it. And and by the way, again, I'm not seeing anything for Mace uh Mace Middleton at 405,000 votes, 57% to the Chip Roy. He's over 100,000 102,000 vote lead. I'm not seeing that either, although that is a little closer. So there you go. Take it for what it is that you will. I'm not necessarily being a very good boy and waiting for the two standards for calling the election. I just I just don't see it for Cornin at this point. And if I'm wrong, I absolutely will come back and say, "Hey, I was wrong and I'm so sorry." But this runoff is not going in John Cornin's direction at all. So that said, we'll be back tomorrow, 7:00 p.m. Eastern. If you like the show, like and subscribe would be super duper. We will see you then.
It's the Tony Kenned here on the Daily Signal, nationally syndicated, and first on 93 WIBC. Take care.
Hey, hey, hey.
Hey. Hey. Hey.
