[00:00:02]NBI director Melvin Matibag denies they deployed operatives to the Senate.

[00:00:07]Matibag made the statement following reports that alleged [music] NBI personnel entered the Senate premises to arrest Senator Ronald "Bato" dela Rosa.

[00:00:16]Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano meanwhile was able to talk with President Marcos and Defense Secretary Gilbert Teodoro.

[00:00:23]Uh Secretary Teodoro called us and uh President Marcos called us assuring us it wasn't government and uh uh ano takbo ng mga uh kung kung kamusta kung nandito na si Sec John Vic and uh to make sure the investigation is uh independent.
