[00:01:28]So, this is part two of a hybrid fraudster who calls himself Agent Sebastian, uh, but is known by everyone as the Cart Narc.

[00:01:37]Now, he disappeared from social media for a while, but seems to have crawled back out of his gutter.

[00:01:44]An encounter with a mysterious man in a parking lot soon escalated into an argument that was filmed and posted on the internet with thousands of views.

[00:01:55]So, what was the disagreement about?

[00:01:57]Well, you'll be surprised.

[00:02:01]We're talking about, yeah, a shopping cart.

[00:02:06]So, here's a a typical Cart Narc interaction that wasn't shown yesterday's video. So, but today I'm I'm also going to attempt to answer the question is does the Cart Narc's act break any laws?

[00:05:00]You you say you're not doing this to antagonize. Which videos get the most views?

[00:05:06]>> Well, they are the ones where people flip out the most. Uh you understand that right now we have the highest incidence of depression, uh anxiety, and stress levels that we've that we've that we've ever seen right now. So So, people are on edge and probably the best way to deal with that and nurture those people is not to throw a camera in their face and antagonize them.

[00:05:34]>> See, this is the problem, and this is what we hear. We always hear a thousand different reasons other than I just didn't I just didn't want to pick up after myself. I You need to >> you could do that. You could do it that way, but then you wouldn't get the clickbait that you have on your channel if they weren't chasing you down with pepper spray. Right. And again, we didn't I didn't start out doing this knowing what these reactions would be. This people bring that up, too. Like, "Oh, you're just doing it for the views or whatever." Started with zero views and zero subscribers, but it's the again the the message is something that people resonate with.

[00:06:17]There was one woman that said she had one knee and you said, "I don't believe that cuz I saw you go in the store." I mean, can you look at someone and tell where they've had a total >> and see what they've what they did the 5 minutes before I talked to them. Well, here's that clip.

[00:06:38]All we want is there for to be lazybones no more. And Oh, it's not doing it. What is she just rolling away, huh?

And then what happened magically when I called her out, she walked the cart back all the way. People will lie to your face about and they'll try to throw up these things like medical issues or whatever and but I see them with my own two eyes and we just saw her take her cart back. And they'll lie to your face like tell somebody that they're a trained authorized agent and and that they're in violation.

[00:07:58]What is it like coming face to face with Sebastian in a parking lot and having the whole ordeal shared on the internet for the world to see? Well, my next guest knows exactly what it feels like and Put the cart narc and charged with disorderly conduct.

[00:09:41]>> Well, it's your cart. Not my cart. What he did was he put the shopping cart behind my truck, which was preventing me from [music] leaving. I felt that this guy was trying to entrap me. I was like, "Man, come on, dude. I don't have time for this."

[00:09:53]So, this uh particular action uh by Agent Sebastian could be a felony, unlawful detainment.

[00:09:59]He also walks a fine line with his uh Kevlar vest and wand.

[00:10:04]People automatically assume he's either a cop or a security guard, and that is also a crime because he rarely clarifies his role.

All this guy is doing is trying to provoke reaction from people for likes. I want to confront Sebastian to I want to confront Sebastian to let him know it's not good antagonizing people you don't [music] even know. This guy has to be really careful what he's doing cuz he's going to meet the wrong person, and this can get real ugly real quick.
