Ukraine has formally requested additional Patriot missile systems and interceptor missiles from the United States to counter Russian missile attacks, emphasizing that current deliveries do not match the real level of threat Ukraine faces, with Russia launching over 50 cruise missiles, 30 ballistic missiles, and three Zirkon hypersonic missiles in a single day.

ZELENSKYY’S ULTIMATUM TO TRUMP! Ukraine demands deadly missiles to stop Putin’s terror!Added:
Odessa has endured an enemy drone attack. At least 11 people were injured, including two boys aged 11 and 12. Eight of the injured were hospitalized. Three of them are in serious condition. The Russians struck shops, a post office branch, and a pet store. In broad daylight, they directed a Shahed drone at a busy street. Our correspondent Si Osachuk visited the site of the strike and is ready to tell you more details.
>> The air raid siren sounded in Oda at noon. Two attack drones approached from the sea. One shahad was shot down immediately while the other circled over the city and struck one of the districts. People say they heard a loud noise in the sky and then an explosion followed right after. I heard it flying, descending a bit and then there was such a blast somewhere that even the children's windows shattered. People ran outside. Everyone saw the commotion.
There were screams. There were people, there were victims. Then the fire trucks arrived and everything started. Everyone was very frightened.
>> In broad daylight, we saw that there was a Nova Poshta and a pet store there. We always buy food for our dog there. There is nothing here, no industrial facilities, nothing at all. In at the moment of the strike, there were people inside the building, says the seller of Ladislav. He and his coworker were lucky. As soon as they ran outside, they saw a wounded man, one who had been hit by shrapnel.
>> We were very lucky. The girl was with the cart. She wasn't hit by shrapnel.
And I was working at the checkout. I just saw the ceiling falling in that moment. 2 seconds and we were already running out. Right by the store, the injured man was already lying there. I started giving first aid as best as I could. I took off my shirt and started bandaging him. Drivers who were passing along this road at the moment of the explosion were also injured. Cars hit by shrapnel remained right there on the roadway. Wo. Because of the spilled fuel, a powerful fire broke out immediately. The fire quickly engulfed the store and the pet shop where a dog died. Firefighters tried to extinguish the flames. Despite the air raid alert, >> during the firefighting efforts, another air raid siren sounded. However, there was information that people might be trapped under the rubble. Therefore, it was decided that the rescuers would continue their work, which is actually very dangerous for our lives.
>> Victims continued to seek medical help for several hours after the strike. The seriously injured were taken away by ambulance. Psychologists worked with those who were in shock.
Despite the fact that the war has been going on for 5 years now, people are still in shock. Moreover, as you can see, we have very nice weather right now. People seem to be looking forward to this summer. But then in broad daylight, it really is a shock because unfortunately people can't always make it to the shelters and that's also, you know, a negative factor. When the rescuers put out the flames, the owners of the damaged shop were allowed inside to collect whatever was left intact while emergency and utility services began cleaning up the aftermath. By the end of the day, the street where the explosion occurred was completely closed to traffic.
The enemy also attacked the Churnihiv region. At a farm, a woman was killed by a Russian drone and a man was seriously injured. Two more people were injured at a cemetery in Snowsk. The drone destroyed headstones and a car there.
Enemy drones also damaged houses in Chernith. The region's transport and critical infrastructure were also hit in Donetsk region. Russian strikes on Mikoliffka claimed the lives of five residents. Two more people were injured.
Three apartment buildings, private houses, and administrative buildings were damaged. In Sunumi region, an enemy drone exploded near a woman and a police officer. Both were injured. Over the course of the day, the Russians shelled two dozen settlements. The strike hit houses, an administrative building, a cafe, a tire service, and many cars were also damaged. The Russians attacked two cars with drones in Kersonen and Chonobka. The drivers suffered blessed injuries, and in Bilzera, a motorcyclist was injured by drones. There was also a strike on an apartment building in the center of Kersonen. There is a victim there. Two more people were injured in Kishani and Zelanfka.
Kev's Lucianka district is recovering after Sunday's shelling. Vendors at the market surrounded by burnedout Russian rockets are returning to work because their longtime customers need homemade products. Public transport is also resuming. TSN correspondent Natalyia Nahorna and our special correspondent from Luca already know whether people have been allowed into the damaged buildings. More details from her coming up.
>> The market was burned down, but they keep coming back anyway. Today, vendors from the Lukanifa market have already returned to work. However, these are just a few individuals who really miss their workplace, but they say they simply couldn't stay away. The market burned down. Everything is gone. We have nowhere else to go.
>> Did you come from here from Venitzia region? We always trade here in the pavilions every Wednesday. It's the clients calling telling us to come to find somewhere to set up. Oh god, my heart stops. My hands are still shaking.
and I can't even set up my things. When I saw all this, it was horrifying.
I'm holding myself together, but deep inside it just feels crushing. Such a tragedy. If they hadn't made this mess, like with the meat, maybe we could have at least settled there somehow.
Customers started coming as early as 6:00 in the morning out of habit because they wanted to be the first to get the fresh products these people have been bringing them for many years. I always buy dairy products from this woman. Very high quality. There is a very big problem in our country. A very big one.
Milk, sour cream, cottage cheese, butter. They bring all of this. Come on, do a good interview. Support our people so they don't lose heart. Today we witnessed an artistic event. People's artist of Ukraine, soloist of the Verovka choir, Tetiana Pyroova. She is a resident of this district. She came here to the ruins to perform the song that was heard on Independence Square during the first months of the full-scale invasion. This song is Kievi, my Kiev.
And in her opinion, despite the fact that everything here is so badly destroyed, Kiev still deserves to be loved. We were at home, but unfortunately, we didn't make it to the shelter in time. And it was terrible. It was very loud. I can't say that we've gotten used to these attacks, but our long-suffering Lucianfka always seems to be the one that gets hit. Every time there's a heavy strike and I don't make it to the shelter, I have to run. All these tremors from the impacts. I felt every single sound, every vibration, that terrifying force. The vast emerald green sea shimmers under the soft light as the golden day is now quietly and peacefully fading away into the horizon.
The majestic rolling slopes of the ancient Nipro River have truly become incredibly dear and precious to my heart over all these passing years.
Sometimes in the gentle and radiant blossoming of lovers most cherished dreams when the world feels full of hope. How can one possibly not fall deeply in love with you, my beautiful and historic city of Kev?
As for the damaged buildings, people have already started being allowed into one of them. People were able to enter the day before to collect their most essential belongings. At the same time, one of the entrances to a building on the neighboring street remains closed to residents as it is still dangerous.
People hope that at least today they will be able to go inside.
And despite all this destruction and burning, Lucian is returning to its normal life. In the morning, we saw a lot of athletes running around the neighborhood and trams have also started operating again. And that was a special joy that public transport is running again.

He was wounded and treated himself in the destroyed village, but eventually when things got really bad, he finally asked to be evacuated. In Denipropovsk region, police evacuated a wounded man from Meova. It is under constant attack by the Russians. For the victim, this was the only chance to survive. During the evacuation, the police also removed the body of a local resident who had been killed and was lying right on the road. It was determined that the 73year-old man was killed while riding his bicycle.
All around are the consequences of destruction with cables torn down.
Russia may attack the Kiev Chop highway and supply routes from Poland, including railways from Bellarus. This was reported by the Institute for the Study of War. And the basis for this could be the daily statements from Minsk allegedly claiming that Ukrainian drones are entering Barucian airspace. In this way, Moscow may be preparing the ground to use the territory of its ally for its own military purposes. This would allow for more precise strikes and the targeting of moving objects. The Russians are already attacking the western regions of Ukraine, but they are doing so only from their own territory.
Earlier, President Zalinski reported that roads are being built towards Ukraine in the border areas with Bellarus and artillery positions are being set up. However, for now, there is not a large number of Russian forces on the territory of the neighboring state, according to the state border guard service. Nevertheless, the Kremlin is pressuring Lucenko to get more actively involved in the war against Ukraine.
And against the backdrop of previous threats of new attacks, the Russian ambassador was summoned in France. This is stated in the country's foreign ministry statement. The French embassy in Kiev is operating as usual, as are the embassies of Germany, the Baltic countries, and the EU. Due to Russian threats, the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs has also summoned the Russian ambassador. He was presented with Warsaw's position, namely a very firm demand for the immediate cessation of unjustified and illegal aggression as well as for compliance with international obligations and treaties.
The EU ambassador to Kev, Katarina Matanova, stated that Western diplomats will not leave the Ukrainian capital and called the Russian threats a masterpiece of hypocrisy. China also responded, calling on both sides to hold the escalation as soon as possible and to resume dialogue. And let me remind you, the Kremlin is once again threatening to attack decision-making centers and command posts in Kiev. At the same time, for four years now, the Russians have been striking civilian buildings, schools, shops, and hospitals. Dozens of UN countries have condemned the latest Russian threats. European countries, Japan and South Korea, issued a joint statement, and the UN Secretary General emphasized that now more than ever, it is important to avoid any escalation of the conflict.
The president of Ukraine has sent a letter to Donald Trump and the US Congress requesting additional Patriot missiles, PAC 3, and the systems themselves for Ukraine in the face of Russian terror. This was reported to TSN by the adviser to the head of state, Dimitro Litin. In the letter to Trump, Vladimir Zilinski emphasizes that Ukraine is ready to purchase the necessary number of Patriot systems and interceptor missiles. For its part, Ukraine has already proposed joint production of these systems and their missiles together with European allies under the supervision of the United States as the owner of this technology.
But currently, Ukraine is almost entirely dependent on Washington when it comes to protection against ballistic threats while Russia is preparing to intensify its campaign of terror. That is why President Zalinski is asking for help and an increase in missile supplies. He expressed gratitude for the previously provided equipment under the Pearl program, but explains that these deliveries currently do not match the real level of threat Ukraine is facing.
On May 24th alone, as the head of state informs partners, the enemy attacked with more than 50 cruise missiles, 30 ballistic missiles, and three Zirkon hypersonic missiles. And for the first time, Zilinski confirmed that the enemy used two Orreshnic systems against Ukraine at once. One of these medium-range ballistic missiles struck in the Kief region while the other fell on the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk. In the letter, Zilinski also thanks the United States for the Bradley tanks, ATACM, F-16s, and Javelins already provided. And he says that Donald Trump's decision in 2018 to provide anti-tank missiles helped Ukrainians strengthen their defense at a critical moment at the start of the full-scale invasion. Zalinski sent this letter to the United States for Memorial Day, which Americans are observing this year on May 25th, the day after a Russian attack that took the lives of four Ukrainians and injured nearly 100 people.
Wild drones. The largest military sports competition among drone operators took place in the Lviv region. 19 teams participated in the tournament, including units from the Armed Forces, the National Guard, and training centers. Challenging courses with obstacles were prepared for the participants testing their speed, accuracy, and maneuverability. For military drone operators, this is not just a competition, but also an opportunity to exchange combat experience. They shared this with TSN correspondent Marisha Kujik.
The roar of engines, adrenaline, and speeds of over 70 km per hour. This is one of the courses that the drones have to conquer. There are many obstacles here. Various turns, tunnels, and high-speed sections. One wrong move and the drone crashes.
We crashed because our opponents caught up with us from behind. We had almost completely made it to the finish line.
Dah, and then we suddenly got slammed into from behind at incredibly high speeds.
>> A serviceman with the call sign meat is repairing the drone after the crash.
Literally between races.
>> We need to replace the tail. We need to replace the video pigtail because there will be more races soon and the drone needs to be restored.
>> During the competition, the operators are very focused. Every obstacle on the track is an extra point to complete the course without mistakes. Pilots have to literally feel their drone. Each person also works in tandem with a spotter who gives the operator tips and monitors the flight. Don't >> rush. Wait for the right moment. The servicemen >> with the call sign. Doori went to fight on the very first day of the full-scale invasion. He has been a drone operator for 2 years now. Today, he's wearing a magic hat.
>> We're wizards after all. We make sure the handle doesn't get lost in the Dawnbos fields. That's why we're wizards. We do magic.
>> For the military, these races are not just about competition. It's an opportunity to exchange experience and improve their work. After all, drones are used on the front lines every day.
in particular for reconnaissance or artillery adjustment.
>> Pilots, if they've been flying for a long time, the veteran pilots, they can already sense the drone's dimensions.
They feel the gusts of wind. They know when the drone isn't doing well, when there's something wrong with the battery. You use your fingers to guide it, either back home or further toward the target. At >> the competition, the latest Ukrainian developments were also presented. About a dozen and a half manufacturers showcased UAVs and drones of various types from tactical to longrange strike models. It operates at a range of 300 km with a warhead weighing 70 to 75 kg.
They have satellite communication and the guys are very satisfied. The hit rate is very high and the shootown rate is very low. The developers say that modern warfare is no longer about a single drone but about entire systems of unmanned aerial vehicles working together. The Desad drone competition is being held for the fourth time and every year the event gathers more and more military operators and manufacturers.
After all, drones are now one of the key technologies in modern warfare. And the fastest pilot in this year's competition was Monk, a soldier from the 71st Brigade.
