[00:00:07]This month, we've been slowing down a bit to talk about mental health. And that doesn't have to feel heavy. It just means slowing down long enough to remember everyone comes in carrying something.

[00:00:19]>> And that includes you, too. You don't have to carry that by yourself. That's part of what the house is, a safe place where we learn to carry things together.

[00:00:29]So, let's walk through a couple of things happening this month.

[00:00:31]>> Yes, ma'am. Sometimes the shift doesn't start with fixing everything. It starts with simply creating the space for wellness. We're committed to engaging in [music] that conversation and we'll focus our next e-church virtual mixer on faith and mental health. Nationally recognized mental health expert Dr. Jazz Barnett will join us to help us navigate our emotional and spiritual health in real and practical ways. So, if you've been carrying something, this is a space you can step into.

[00:01:02]And if you've been feeling like it's time to go deeper in your faith, there's just 2 weeks left to enroll in Faisant Summer Intensives. Over 6 weeks, Dr. Sabrina Ellis, Elder Jan Franklin, and Pastor Cora Jakes will carry you through subjects like spiritual formation, the end times, and intercessory prayer.
