[00:00:10]I said, "Do you trust Congress as a highly functional organization to get this done?" And of course, when the laughter died down, the answer was clear, right? Not one person raised their hand. I think that's the challenge we have right now with instability and chaos and turbulence. And we're at a high turbulence level across all sectors, but certainly public sector leaderships, they feel that all the current researchers, they feel like we may be in a more turbulent time.
