This video examines how political extremism manifests in democratic societies through the lens of Luigi Mangione's court hearing in New York City, where supporters with press passes made violent calls against the accused murderer. The analysis reveals systemic failures in press credentialing systems, where individuals without legitimate journalistic credentials obtained access to court proceedings. The video also highlights how political rhetoric from certain factions can normalize violence, as demonstrated by statements calling for 'breaking' political opponents and equating different groups with harmful ideologies. The content illustrates how institutional weaknesses in credential verification combined with extreme political discourse create conditions where violent rhetoric can be expressed in public spaces without accountability.

‘Fan girls’ hijack press passes at Luigi Mangione’s court hearingAdded:
All right, let's head over to New York City now where I am proud to be joined by Claremont Institute fellow Kelly Jane Torrance. Kelly, welcome back to the program here. Great to have you. Some more madness coming out of New York City where fan girls of the accused murderer Luigi Manonyi, he's the guy who shot that healthc care CEO, have shown up to his court hearing in Manhattan, flaunting cityissued press passes while spouting calls for violence. Have a look at this.
>> His children are better off without him.
They need to learn to not be like their dad. Brian Thompson was a terrorist. You should be on the graves of the people who can profit off killing me. I've been waiting for someone like this mysterious hero to appear.
He answered my prayers.
>> Hey, they seem nice. And when asked about this, Mayor Zoron Mine, the Democrat socialist, said they shouldn't have received those press passes, but stopped short of saying their credentials should be revoked. Uh, Kelly, what on earth is going on here?
Who are these people? Why have they got presses? And what is going on with this incredible pathology on the left where an alleged murderer is treated as a folk hero?
>> James, those are big questions. Uh, the first thing I can tell you is, you know, I've reported from tons of different cities. I've even reported uh for a month in from wartime Ukraine. And New York is the only city that I've lived in and and reported from that has such a bizarre press policy. Now, when I first moved here years ago, it was actually the NYPD that controlled pass press passes. I mean, imagine letting the cops decide who does and does not get a press pass. So, they changed that back in 2001 and now it goes through the city. But has New York ever been governed uh by a decent human being since Rudy Giuliani?
Not really. So, it's a crazy system for press passes. And you know what's even nuts is even crazier is that this these women said that they didn't even get presses showing previous work that they'd done. They showed notes that they taken during Luigi Manion's trial. So that's how easy it is apparently to get a press pass in New York City that allows you again to go into the courts and into other government buildings and and have some free reign there. So it's completely insane that this happened.
And even the press uh organization in New York City um not known for its uh hard-hitting uh you know worries is actually complaining about this. So that's when you know it's really bad.
>> Yeah. But I mean, it's the rhetoric too that's um pretty insane to me here that they're saying this guy's kids are better off without him. And this is this sort of pathology that we've seen on the left over and over again. um this sort of rhetoric. And I was struck also by this from Democrat House Majority Leader Hakee Jeff who was also on camera this week and he had this to say about Republicans. And I kind of feel like, you know, he's not too far off these ladies. Have a look.
>> Either MAGA extremists are going to break the country or we're going to break them. And our goal is to break them. we will defeat them.
[applause] We have to beat them electorally and then we have to break their spirit.
>> I mean, coming off of the back of assassination attempts and Democrat approvals of political violence, what's your reaction to this? Because again, this seems pretty weird and I sort of feel like in the current climate, this sort of thing over and over again, you're going to get people who are going to take this message and run with it in some pretty bizarre directions.
Well, James, remember every time somebody tries to kill President Trump, Democrats blame it on President Trump himself. They claim that it's his rhetoric that's leading to political violence against Donald Trump. Well, you know, we know that's not the case. And we know that Democrats are often the ones engaging in the most extreme rhetoric. again to say that uh they want to break the spirit. I mean that sounds like something that you would hear in communist Russia or communist New York City, not United States of America.
>> Yeah, but I mean it is something that we're sort of seeing all over the place.
And just on this thread here, let's go down to San Antonio, Texas, where Democrat congressional candidate Moren Galindo, she's under fire over comments she made about Zionists when she pledged to send American Zionists to, and doesn't this sound pleasant, interament camps. Now, after receiving some backlash online, she doubled down. Have a look at this charmer. So, why am I getting a whole bunch of death threats and MAGA insults? Which actually makes sense? I realize like MAGA and Jewish Zionist apparently are the exact same people. Um, they talk the exact same way. And that's because MAGA is the developing Christian Zionism. That's how they want to create a religion state.
>> Okay. I mean, this is so bonkers to me.
But I mean, you've actually got people talking about people who are Zionists, i.e. fans of the state of Israel being put in camps of some variety. Um, if this was somebody on the right who was saying anything remotely like this, I kind of feel like there'd be more of what we like to call a national conversation.
>> You're right, James. And I have to say, this woman gives uh women who like the color pink a bad name. Uh but [laughter] she's >> we won't hold it against you.
>> Thank you. You know, even um you know, the person who came in third in the primary uh and actually endorsed her. He finally pulled his endorsement. Uh I mean, but how crazy is this woman?
Clearly, she's been spouting stuff like this for a while and just nobody's been paying attention until she became close to uh getting uh the chance to become a congresswoman. It's incredible. She's a family and marriage counselor by the way. I would love to see how she deals with her patients. But I will say she's done this um you know Alexandria Oasis Cortez who you know always says you know Z you know being anti-ionist isn't anti being anti-semitic. Even she's condemned this woman and that's how uh crazy her rhetoric is and uh it's a wakeup call I guess even for people like AOC. But again, we're only hearing about this now because of how close she's becoming uh to being a candidate for, you know, national being in the Congress. Uh I'm sure she's been acting crazy for years and uh you know, >> that's what it is in Texas, I guess. You know, the Democrats in Texas tend to be a pretty odd lot on the whole.
>> Well, yeah, you can imagine that. I mean, and I'd love the idea of her, you know, doing the marriage counseling thing. Oh, what? He didn't do the dishes. Well, put him in an interament camp there for that. Um, you know, but hey, finally, uh, also we started with a bit of New York. We got to end with a bit of New York here in particularly our friend Zoron mom Donnie. Now, I thought this was pretty incredible. This came out just a few hours ago. This is, I think, Zoron mom Donnie just doing total socialist economics in one little video.
Check it out.
>> What can $50 get you in New York City?
25 cups of street car coffee, 10 months of hard-hitting journalism, still a classic, infinite rides on the Staten Island Ferry, and for a thousand lucky New Yorkers, a ticket to the World Cup.
That's right. Last year, we said we'd fight for cheaper tickets for New Yorkers. And today, I'm proud to announce just like Arsenal, we got it done. This is classic sort of Soviet economics here. It's uh the city gets a bunch of tickets to the World Cup soccer, sells them away at way under market value to a few connected people.
I guess the people who get them then get to sell them on at vastly inflated prices and everybody else is left with nothing. Um is this mom daddy nomics in one little cutesy video?
>> I think it is, James. Uh I mean it, you know, I'm almost speechless, but you know, not really. No, >> it's it's amazing because, you know, he says he's going to fight for lower ticket prices for New Yorkers. Well, he got 50 New Yorkers, a very tiny percentage of the population somehow.
And these people are likely to be mommy voters because, let's face it, uh, Democrats and people on the left are a lot more interested in the World Cup than, you know, your your sort of red-blooded Americans. And so, you know, 50 people who probably voted for Mandani are going to be getting these coveted tickets while the rest of the city just has to suffer through all the traffic snarls, uh, higher prices and everything else that we're seeing as a result of hosting these games. Uh, basically a small elite number of New Yorkers are getting from Mamani and the rest of us, we can just go stuff it.
>> That is perfect nomenclature.
And you're absolutely right about soccer. I think redb blooded Americans like their uh their football and their baseball.
