According to the times it will say uh that the rising tide of mental ill health, anxiety, depression and neurodeiversity is a central driver of high economic activity among young people. Well, so when we look at like uh like parts of kids brains and how technology like that does develop them, it's kind of like it's this capitalist system of like sacrificing the well-being of kids. It's changing their sleeping patterns. It's you know there's evidence there is evidence of functional impairment changing their sleep patterns, concentration levels and it's having their ability to work. It's harming their ability to work, right?
It's having an impact on it. Now, I think that this is far more nuanced than just social media bad kids are changing because of social media.

And now the employee there's a cost of living crisis and everything. Everyone's trying to get work where they can. They're facing hardships that other people haven't had to look at for a very long time. This is capitalism.

They they it it's weird how we tend to react. we're reactive and not proactive in in sort of capitalist societies and we're reacting to the problem that we already have now which is that more than half of the UK's 9 946,000 neats uh have never worked and a quarter uh are classed as unable to work due to long-term sickness and disability.

Um where they, you know, basically go into this question of, you know, what what what is social media and and yeah, is it bad or good essentially.

They're also facing um the the uh the cost of living crisis, the highest rents ever. They're never going to own a house. Of course, this particular group are being quote unquote anxious.

It used the people that say that are the people whose parents were the post uh with the the guy who worked at the post office and he managed to hold down a job with just one job paid for a mortgage and he paid for a car and he had his his wife and his 2.6 six kids all doing great and they went to school and everything was fine and they had an NHS that worked relatively. It wasn't as advanced, sure, but it worked. You know what I mean?

The guidance does suggest it is feasible for clubs and associations to remain transincclusive by making themselves open to several protected characteristics at once. For example, women or men or trans people.
But in health care where mixed sex accommodation is not available, trans patients must be accommodated on the single sex ward that accords with their biological sex.
But the code also states it would not be proportionate to exclude a transman from obstetic obstetrics ob yeah and gynecology thank you and gynecology outpatient services based on the objections of female patients.
Okay.
The government's own equality impact assessment that accompanies the updated code acknowledges that the likely impact on transgender people is negative but highlights mitigating factors like the ability of services to create third space provision.
The guidance is clear that if a service provider admits a trans person to a service that aligns to their lived gender, that service can no longer be described as single sex and the provider is very likely to be at risk of legal challenge. Gee whiz. The chair of the EHRC Maryanne Stevenson said the Supreme Court was very clear. If you are providing separate toilets for women and men, that has to be on the basis of biological sex. Stevenson suggested that people had got caught up in a hyper in a hyperfocus on which toilets can trans women use. She said it would take a lot of the heat out and we might be able to provide some solutions if we could take a bigger step back and say lots of us have different needs in terms of accessing toilets.
She called for a wider conversation about how we make that work in practice, referring to services supporting women who are escaping violence, where a provider will often provide a variety accommodation, including communal space and self-contained accommodation, which it might offer to women who have teenage sons, for example, or to trans women.
So, um, the reason why I find this a bit of a sad story is because it kind of comes on the back of a lot of this like bullshit and rhetoric about, you know, like having, uh, how dangerous the toilet battlegrounds are now and, you know, scaring people into thinking that, you know, trans people and everything out. There's also a map that we're going to have a look at as well that's quite scary. Um, a rainbow map that you showed. In fact, if you don't mind, I don't mean to make you do stuff. Are you okay to link me that again in the private chat here so I can bring it up?

Um, the core issue that I have here is that there is no credible evidence that letting trans women into using women's bathrooms or whatever is is increasing assaults or, you know, making things less safe. Um, or, you know, doing uh, there's no, you know, like terrible safety incidents. In fact, I'm looking now and like uh there's this major study looking at jurisdictions with transexclusive broom protections found no increase in public safety incidents in bathrooms or changing rooms after those protections were introduced. Um this Yeah, it's Yeah. And there's also like this common argument of well if someone pretends to be a trans person to enter women's space but like people can already go into women's spaces like that. There are laws against harassment, assault, voyerism and abuse. already exist regardless of like bathroom policies and stuff. Um, and there's no evidence that trans-inclusive positive uh policies have ever caused any sort of measurable uh rise in any of those sort of crimes and instances. A service provider is not obliged to exclude uh trans people from its services and can include them without breaking the law.
Service providers should seek legal advice around this as navigating this area of law has become trickier than following the following judgment. So if they've only got um a male and a female bathroom and there isn't yet you know a trans bathroom as is being asked by um the uh equalities um uh people that made the ruling um they will you will be able to use you know if the service provider allows you to do it you can do that.
They're not obliged to exclude trans people from those services and from those bathrooms and things like that.
Um, so it's up to them >> if it's legally possible for them to do the bare minimum by excluding uh service providers will do the the easy get out if that's still it's technically still legally possible for them to do that which sucks >> but yeah still have human rights essentially but whether it gets implemented or not h IRL is entirely up to the service provider who Maybe.

And so this here, I think, is a dangerous move obviously for lots of different reasons. But as as is being listed out here, um you know, it's there are upsides, not upsides still, but there are I'm trying to frame it in a way that's positive is what I'm saying that there are you are still protected from discrimination and service providers are not obliged to exclude trans people from certain services and you know, single sex spaces and things.
Moving on to point five though here um single sex bases can exclude trans people uh if they can make the case that it is proportionate and uh the least restrictive measure to achieve a justifiable aim. So what that is saying is that if there is only a toilet and it's not like a transonly toilet that a service provider can't just say no you cannot do that and then you piss yourself. It's not going to work like that um based on the fact that you're trans and there isn't a trans option per se. So, not only our service providers, it's mostly up to, it's kind of up to their judgment, but since the the high court ruling judgment, um or the Supreme Court ruling, sorry. Um it is going to be more difficult for them, but it's they can't just exclude you if there is no other option or anything like that, which is another thing. So, your safety and dignity and privacy are important.
You are not obliged to disclose that you are trans to anyone. Uh and your GRC, if you have one, is confidential.
And the EA2 2010, that's the Equalities Act 2010, still protects trans people from harassment and discrimination in the workplace.
So there you go. And just uh and again, I'm not trying to worry anyone or anything like that, but I also think that it's quite important. Um Specs, could you you possibly explain this a lot better than I can? I'm just Yeah.

Also, employers do have a right to not have racist employees because they also have other employees that may be of different backgrounds and things like that that shouldn't be subject to having to work with racist people. They might have customers that don't want to have to be working with, you know, I mean, with racist people like it's a bank as well, so a lot of people don't really have much of a choice. It's your money and stuff, you know what I mean?
You're having to deal with it like and if you're expressing this stuff publicly, which is what they've done.

But with this type of invasive uh uh activism that they're doing where they're constantly berating these officers because like this this one here now, these people that work in these offices, they're security guards, right?
Security guards have long been the victim of auditors and that guy came out with his face covered because obviously, you know, he's coming in there with his camera. I'm not saying at all that I can donate or anything like that, but with their particular type of invasive activism, I say that it's likely that this is going to happen and it's going to continue to happen. Like I don't know. Do you think these guys are not not asking for it in that sort of aggressive Oh, you're just asking for it. You are in that sort of like abusive sense. And I'm not saying that he has done anything specifically to, you know, incur violence here. even if he is like invading the actual buses and stuff and if his overall content is framed in a certain type of people to be a certain type of way based on their profile or demograph whichever it is or isn't um you know they certainly don't deserve violence but it's happening at a much much higher rate. We're going to come over to uh let's have a look at Sploosh Audits. He's got some of the aftermath that we were looking at earlier. um of what you know and how it is. So the camera cut off there and we don't know exactly what happened >> but we do know this >> and they said >> we do see this.

And I think from about four minutes onwards actually that's when he starts to to discuss what's been happening and things. But yeah, he's uh he's been attacked. I'm not again this is what hap this is the whole point of being like a stochcastic uh auditor. Are you guys familiar with the stocastic auditing theory from concern?

Uh it did full circle coming right back to it.
So uh it's really important as well. I sort of vaguely spoke about it kind of last time. Um this is a document that I have uh uh viewed a lot. I've talked about it a lot. There's case studies on there that are relevant to the sort of ecosystem I operate in. And I've been accused of being the author or co-author at least uh a dozen times over. um which of course I am not but you know it won't stop him. So it goes into you know what is auditing um and like myself it talks about like the the good things that auditing does. It goes right back to like uh the Rodney King beating being caught on tape and how that you know sort of awoke uh a whole bunch of people um into you know filming the police and things like and how video could be uh account how video could be used to hold people account and then how you know YouTube it's really in depth and I recommend that people really you know want to if they want to understand auditing and everything else and they really get into it but this is the most relevant part. So, um, stochcastic instigation. The short answer is that a stocastic, and we're just going to deal with the short answer for now, though, as well, cuz they've conveniently done that as well. But, um, the short answer is that a stochastic instigator is a person who spreads propaganda and hate speech through that and through that messaging. They indirectly incite others to violence.
So, it's not in it's not inciting violence. It's not directly inciting violence. It's about that indirectly doing it and creating the environment whereby it's most it's going to happen.
you just you can't control where for a far more nuanced and comp uh complex answer than that um is exists here. Uh and then there's the stages of it. It goes through the pyramid of hate and everything else. Um uh and then we end up on to uh what is a stochcastic order.
So uh let me get into the short stochcastic order is a person who idolizes one or many stoastic instigators and actively works to amplify the hate speech and dangerous messaging that they share. They do not just amplify. They actively try to prove the stochastic instigators misinformation and exaggerated statistics as fact. which is why we're finding these people all across um hotels and things because people like Tommy Robinson who is the initial stocastic instigator has with his uh uh stochastic auditors managed to whip up all these people that go running into hotels and trying to prove that they're all criminals, they're all this, they're all violence, they're all and under that framing, under that hate speech and everything else, they have created an environment whereby violence is very very very likely to happen. If you guys haven't already, I thoroughly recommend that you read the stochcastic auditing theory. It's got some fantastic examples and case studies and things as well.
It's evidenced. It's credible. Take a look at it. I've put the um pardon me, I've put the uh link in the chat there, so go and check that out. Written by concern as in it's worth a read. Um but bringing that back over to this guy now and the reason why it's relevant is that this man didn't specifically do anything to instigate an attack on himself. But the castic orders broadly have been creating an environment whereby violence is much likely to happen. They are aggressive. They are instigators. They are in your face. They are dangerous.
They don't mind fighting. You know what I mean? And they don't mind uh being uber aggressive all of the time. And so naturally people are now responding to that and they're matching energy. And I don't think that this is right but this is what's happening now that their energy is being matched. People are giving them the same energy back and we're getting a feedback and our auditors are getting battered everywhere.

They were just workers on their way to work. Like the coach comes, picks them up, takes them to work, they go work, and they just followed this truck of random this coach load of random workers around for hours, hours and hours. These fucking auditors, man.
But these, you know what? I think I'm going to stop calling them auditors and just start appropriately appropriately titling them as just activists. They are just farright activists, most of them.
And they do exist on a spectrum.
There's, you know, no denying that.
There is, you know, some that exclusively focus on police. I don't know those guys, but apparently they exist and those guys are doing good work, you know. I get that. And original auditors completely agree with and stand together with, you know, but this isn't audit. And this is this is weird farright activism.
Yeah, they I tried to run out, but they they'd locked me in. So, I was in a situation where I'm locked in. And um yeah, like you know, I couldn't really fight back because I had about I had arms coming from everywhere. So my main priority here, let's move was just to try and avoid these B.

And usually citizen journalism is typically sort of happens when um when like you know like an event unfolds and someone just happens to have a camera and they break it out. But there's also like uh that's citizen journalism but you can also be like an independent journalist which is different from citizen journalism very much the same but when you're going out and seeking it where you're not employed by anyone. And then there's journalism, you know, the trade itself. There's lots of different If you try and explain the nuances to these people, they will look you in the face and say like, you know, like they just with a blank stare like a cow looking at a headlight coming towards it chewing grass.
