In the 2024 Kentucky 4th Congressional District Republican primary, pro-Israel super PACs spent over $25 million to defeat Representative Thomas Massie, who had been releasing information about Jeffrey Epstein's connections, demonstrating how financial resources from aligned interest groups can significantly influence primary election outcomes and political accountability.

BREAKING: MASSIE DEFEATEDHinzugefügt:
[music] [music] >> And just before we leave you tonight, some breaking news. If you If you've been watching the primary coverage all on the networks, you'll know this, but if you haven't, let me share what is the big headline of the night. Tonight, Representative Thomas Massie lost the Republican primary in Kentucky's 4th Congressional District to Trump-endorsed Navy veteran Ed Gallrein.
After pro-Israel super PACs, mostly aligned outside groups who are aligned with the super PACs aligned with Israel, uh poured in more than $25 million into a single race in order to remove Massie.
I've already seen a million different pundits show up on TV tonight saying, "You this is an example of why Donald Trump has his base. This is why the uh GOP is Trump's party, and this is why everyone should be following what Donald Trump says to the T, because Donald Trump is still the leader and the trusted leader of the GOP." But of course, when you look at those numbers, when you look at exactly who poured in the money into this campaign, it's pretty obvious that it's not because of Donald Trump. It's not Donald Trump's money that's getting Massie um unelected in this primary. It is in fact Israel's money or in groups that are tied to Israel. If you just look at the breakdown here, as we have it on the screen, $19 million came in against Massie. And there was money on the other side, but $15 but probably less um that came in to uh endorse Massie. So in total, $34 million was spent on this campaign, making it the most expensive US uh House primary in American history. So Massie uh won't be there on the ballot when this race is finally tested against the general population. However, he still has 7 months in office and he can do a lot of things in those 7 months while he's in office and he might even expose even more Epstein names as he does that. So you have to get another look at this breakdown the total race spent 34 million outside super PACs 25.8 million in total Trump aligned network basically Miriam Adelson and some other very prominent Paul Singer is another one Jewish and Israeli aligned investors more than spending 20 million dollars there to unseat Massie and they succeeded. There was 4 million dollars as well from the Republican Jewish Coalition and um 2.6 million from AIPAC all lining up against Massie. Now he conceded the the seat and he's his candidacy this evening but I want you to I want you to take a listen to what he said about Miriam Adelson, what he said about the ballroom and what he's generally indicating about his future position in the remaining 7 months when he'll be a truly independent member of the house.
They're talking about this big ballroom they're going to build and it looks it looks like the Roman Empire architecture from the Roman Empire. I see a few analogies there and people are just trying to make ends meet but we were promised that Miriam Adelson would pay for that ballroom but she's >> [cheering] >> Hey.
They she spent so much money in this race they're going to have to reduce the footprint of that thing.
Uh But here's one thing I saw on Fox. They were saying, "Oh my goodness, you know, we're ready for war. There's about this we're about to restart this war. We We supposed to restart this war today but we can't restart this war today. The war can't start today. They said we got to wait a day.
And I then it it it like it occurred to me, where was the Secretary of War yesterday? He was here.
Listen.
>> [cheering] >> Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait.
No. Look on the Look on the bright side.
Guys, knock that off. You're going to make me feel good about losing.
That's uh Representative Massie uh speaking before his supporters, mostly a young crowd or a younger crowd when it comes to politics. And that's because he really had the younger vote. It was the older vote which uh was backed uh was backing Gulrain and also uh Donald Trump as well. He was backing Gulrain. So, the older vote in the GOP base might still be behind Donald Trump. It's unclear. Uh the younger vote is if they're um supporting Massie in the numbers that they have over there.
Um so, just to give you a final look then at what's going on here with the uh big uh primary in Where am I? Here I am. Um here I am.
Uh in Kentucky and other places, Massie's um you know, offenses, as it were, for the Republican Party at least, was betraying Donald Trump. That seems to be the thing that they are hanging this on, that his betrayal is is why he's been kicked out.
But, the other issues, of course, were the fact that he uh didn't support the war, that he has you know, opponents [clears throat] of big oil. But, more than that, it's this issue of the Epstein files. This Epstein files release was really Massie and Khanna's doing. It's the reason why we have all this transparency, and it is a good legacy that ultimately this very conservative guy, Thomas Massie who many of us will not agree with but who ultimately would did one principal thing that did is does reach agreement across the aisle and that is he was able to get the Epstein transparency act passed and that means we've gotten all this incredibly new information rich information about what Epstein was all about and for those of you who are still saying well you know was Epstein connected to Israel was he not and there's still lots of questioning out there.
You know you just have to look at the receipts here you've got 25 million dollars coming in from Israeli aligned PACs against Thomas Massie the guy who was revealing everything about Jeffrey Epstein so that equation alone tells you that it's certainly the Israelis or Israeli aligned groups that feel like they have the most to lose if Thomas Massie stays in office and if Thomas Massie continues his crusade for the Epstein files and on that note I will leave you tonight we'll be back tomorrow at 3:00 p.m. with the five stack with Dean Bundell and then at 5:00 I've got a really really special interview coming up it's all about the Zorro ranch of Jeffrey Epstein fantastic guest you you probably have heard of him cuz he's kind of a a national figure and tomorrow we'll be finding out what he knows about the Zorro ranch that's tomorrow at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time I hope you'll join me then until then have a great night this is narrative.
