This video examines a controversial incident where a 17-year-old was killed during a traffic stop, highlighting concerns about police conduct, human rights violations, and the need for accountability through body camera systems. Medical professionals criticize the improper handling of the injured person, while the presenter argues that police should follow established protocols and that citizens should remain calm during police encounters. The video emphasizes that such tragedies could have been avoided with better judgment and adherence to proper procedures.

[ __ ] driving that. That's how we take the blood yellow bus kill off with the R. Realize that. Take the [ __ ] yellow bus them [ __ ] kill off realize that.
>> Welcome to true Jamaica Buzz News and entertainment with Buzz.
First thing that is popping in the news, buzzing topic all over social media, that controversial takeaway of a lady in a Granville St. museums known as some people are saying that the officer was in fear of his life. Some person are saying that point blank it is cold bloodooded murder. That officer went with an intention. He had an ulterior motive and this is based on an incident that took place in which a 17year-old was taken out and even the counselor said that that lady was targeted. So therefore the police had their intentions. they went to go and do a job and people I cannot verify or validate what the counselor other persons are saying what I can speak about is a clear violation of human rights now people if you listen to people there is mixed reviews some persons are saying that there's no controversy a lot of person are saying that it is controversial at best coldblooded the human rights violation that I saw is the fact that when that lady was conned up, she was not treated like a human being. She was dragged out of the vehicle, held by two feet, two hand, two hands, swing and flinging of the truck.
The typical that we see whenever the police go and pick up anybody. So everybody have their opinions, everybody have their views as to what is right or as to what is wrong. And most person's views and opinion is based on how they think based on how they pre based on if they have sensitivity based on if they know the law as it pertains the person's human rights. So people I am going to let an actual medical doctor a man that is a head of an organization in a Jamaica I want you to listen his views as it perines of how that body was handled or how any other body human being is supposed to be handled by the police in the eventuality there is something like this and I am sure that we will see it again very very soon I want you to take a listen take a look to exactly what he has to say and then I'll give my peace Concern is being raised about the manner in which police transport people wounded during reported confrontations with lawmen. Members of the medical fraternity argue that the practice of placing injured persons in the back of police pickup trucks without proper medical support could worsen their injuries and reduce their chances of survival. It follows the fatal shooting of Latoya Bulggin in Granville St. James over the weekend. President of the Medical Association of Jamaica, MAJ, Professor Marvin Reed, says video of her handling after being shot is disturbing.
>> First, there was no attempt at first aid that I could see on the video. As doctors, all lives for us are important.
Everyone is valuable and therefore it doesn't matter what the presumed circumstances of the individual is. We think that an initial attempt at some degree of first aid would have been useful. We recognize that under law the policemen are not entitled or empowered to pronounce anyone. So the presumption should be that there's life available.
The second part is the the movement or the transfer of the person from the vehicle into the van. Typically what you would want to do in any incident you know if you came across an accident or anything like that is to try to ensure that in that movement you cause no further harm or injury to the individual.
>> Professor Reed says the police should consider careful handling and immediate stabilization when an individual is wounded. In this particular instance, if first aid was being done, then you do what we call your ABC airway breathing and circulations and and address that.
But certainly in trying to move the individual, you're trying to ensure that there are no further damage to the nerve. So in essence, you need to support the neck and the back to make sure there no further nerve damage. And so taking someone and placing them in the vehicle in the manner in which to place meant that if there were any injuries to the spine those would have been further exacerbated made worse and therefore caused a more permanent injury should the person be alive. Subsequent to that, we are not aware of the transport how quickly they moved to the hospital except that the only bit of information that I had was that the person was pronounced at hospital >> president of the medical association of Jamaica MJ. Professor Marvin Reed.
>> So people, you heard what the medical doctor had to say. He does not have a horse in the race. Well, he has a horse in his in the race because that is his duty to make sure that Jamaicans are kept safe and who have a possibility of living actually lives and that living or possibility of living usually are sometimes is determined by the action that is taken after an injury such as a gunshot wound. The danger that that person faces, how that person could live or die dependent on how they are treated. Obviously in this case we saw that they were treated in the worstest case possible.
So people remember I am speaking about protocols. Remember I am speaking about human rights. I am going to show you a protocol and this is based on conversation that I've had with persons whom are my friends in a law enforcement in a United States specifically Florida.
I am going to show you a comment that actually echoes the sentiments of what most persons that are in law enforcement have learned in our first world country, specifically America.
Based on the caption that you see on the screen, the first thing that we learn in the police academy in America, do not put ourselves in undue danger. Meaning, use your common sense the good Lord gave you. Do not stand in front of a 3,000 pound vehicle and expect anything good to come from that. If there's any justice in Jamaica, this cop will be charged with murder. Also, you can see that she was steering away from him. She wanted to if she wanted to hit him, she would have hit him. He would have been dead. Pretty much is what this person is saying. Now person, now people again conflict. Some people are going to say yes she should not have driven the car driven the car off and I agree with that. However, we don't know the circumstance. Some people person the van said that the van just moved. She did not actually intend to drive and lick him and obviously she turned away from him. The power opposite meaning that she turned the wheel to the right and she was going to go around him. He was there. She could have hit him. She could have intentionally hit him people. Not really know. What I do know is that you are trained and the protocol in which you are trained in the police officer school. It is a protocol that you should use and if you don't use that protocol that means that you are intentionally putting yourself in harm's way and we cannot deny that we've heard cases in a Jamaica in which persons taxi man busman average Joe RGN lit down the police police almost dead police showed people we've heard the different sides of exact what happens in circumstances like this so why would the police put themselves in harm way. Not going to say that it is intentional. However, common sense should have told him that listen, this is a situation that is heated. Me take away this car from this lady, this lady might want to use the car and hit me.
However, because I know that I have a gun and because I am daring this person and the worst thing that he expected happened, she tried to move the vehicle whether she intentionally wanted to hit him or she was trying to drive away and he fired a shot and that shot was fatal.
She lost her life. Now people, based on what I see in this situation, it tells you that there is mixed reviews. It tells you that there's a lot of criminal sympathizers. Meaning that criminal police, criminal politician, criminal everything. When you thought that dance all fans were the worst, the most biased, it seems as if politicians and persons that are pro police, pro- unjust police, meaning that you and I are pro police. Once you're a legal, law-abiding, taxpaying citizen, you are pro police. However, you are not pro human rights being violated, pro- rogue police. And what we see in this case is rogue by every sense or stretch of the imagination.
Now people like I said people don't feel any sorts of way until it hits home until it is directly because we've seen all the laws being passed. We've seen all the cases 2025 311 or so cases which are controversial saying that police took away persons under controversial means. We've never heard any sorts of politician come out with the exception of the opposition and saying that the police should implement the commissioner of police justice minister the prime minister should implement the body cameras. Well people, guess what? Like I said, the theme of this, nobody's going to do anything until it touches their doorstep. And we saw that the MP for the era, Malalu Malahu Fort, she came out and she is saying this one looks bad and the police should actually implement the body camera system. I want you to take a listen to take a look to exactly what she has to say and then I'll give my piece.
>> Mrs. Marlene Malahu for believes bodywn cameras could play a crucial role in improving transparency and accountability during police operations.
>> They expressed to me that you know throwing the things in the road was their way of relieving themselves of their anger that they didn't want to go and you know resort to any violence or nonviolence in this space.
um to explain to them that while I understand we still can't block the road and I continue to plead with them to ensure that their own actions do not invite any security measures in the space. Um this the piece is very fragile. The wounds are raw and open you know and only time will heal. So people, you heard what MP had to say. Everybody is silent. Nobody says anything until it touches touches their doorstep, reaches their doorstep, reaches their constituency. And this is exactly what we see. And this proves once again my point that I've always made. Jamaicans are always reactive instead of proactive. Somebody have to dead.
Somebody have to get injured before they decide that they are going to move.
before they see the obvious right or the obvious common sensical thing to do and in this case such is the case. Now people I also saw a video on social media and I thought that it is very important it is veryformational. I want you to take a listen take a look at exactly what this officer had to say whenever you're being pulled over by the police and then I'll give my piece.
>> People want to take note of that little tip. All right. Remember this and don't ever forget it. Okay? You see, when you are stopped by the police on the road, what you are supposed to do, you are supposed to sit down in your vehicle, keep your hands where the police can see them and you wait for instructions. Do not just go ahead and open the door and step out of the vehicle or go ahead and start searching for paperworks or or things like that because that will cause the police to become suspicious of you.
Remember we are living in a dangerous society. Once you are in the vehicle fidgeting and searching for things, the police cannot know that you are searching for documents. The police can interpret it that you are searching for a gun, that you are trying to hide a gun or something or you're trying to hide something, whatever the case may be. So whenever the police stop you, you have to just sit and wait for instructions.
Don't just go ahead because you know that you are clean and start searching for things because the police cannot know that. A lot of times the police don't even need to check your documents based on the situation under which you were stopped. Maybe you're traveling in a vehicle that fits the description of another vehicle that was involved in something wrong. So for the safest of encounter people, motors on the road, passengers, please whenever you are stopped just comply with the instruction that are given to you. Okay? Once it is born out that you are you are clean, you don't have anything offensive or illegal, you are free to go.
>> So people you saw that officer, that officer is an officer that is giving you instruction.
Sounds very professional. If in most case persons comply. Now we've seen the videos with all sorts of people claiming that they are trying to show and prove and that whenever the police pulls them over, they don't need to do any sorts of exchange of paperwork. show the police then a driver's license verify or validate whom they are. That is a very dangerous practice especially if you are pulled over especially if your vehicle fits the description of a vehicle which you did not know anything about and you try for buck shuffle you might end up losing your life. Now people, isn't this very sad when we are speaking about a story in which somebody actually lost their life, the 17 year old and of course controversial again. He had a toll and the police car him up. Whatever the circumstances are, I am not throwing any sorts of sympathy party for such an individual. He lost his life. So they went to go do a a peaceful protest for a action that was wrong. whether the action was wrong by the police or action was wrong by the youths and then a traffic pullover end up with somebody losing their life which could have easily in my eyes been avoided had better heads prevail had BJO actually stopped come out of the vehicle met the people them to the vehicle and she go about her business live to tell the tale we saw that she end up lose her life we saw that actions of the police is controversial All of this could have been easily avoided had better heads prevail. At the end of the day, this is very tragic.
Somebody actually lose their life.
Somebody that have family, have daughter, have mother, have father. And when I listen to these people that are out here, how insensitive, how cold they are. I hope for your sake that it don't reach your doorstep. Then you're going to say something else. But what I've come to realization is that it's either persons are pro police or they are against the police. Minority of people are the persons like myself that say listen we are going to call a spade as paid. Whatever we see we are going to call them out. Whenever the police do right we are going to give them the credits. Whenever the police do wrong as in this case in my opinion then we are also going to call them out and make sure that justice is given to the family. Make sure that the right thing is done. Make sure that all the protocols are followed. However, like I said, some people have an agenda and some of those persons are some of your favorite blogger. I want you to take a listen. Take a look to what an individual had to say when he is giving his piece to his blogger whomever he had some sorts of respect for. Take a listen. Take a look.
comment section suck your mama tell me right now me can't come Jamaican police dash bel crash and fly through the window my prerogative that right now me tell you that right bumb criminal empathizer we protect the police when they do the right but when [ __ ] boy >> now people when it comes to be stand up.
I have come to realize especially in this blogging thing, a lot of these bloggers are spineless.
A lot of these bloggers have an agenda.
A lot of these bloggers cannot tell the truth. A lot of these bloggers are actually police. A lot of these bloggers are in the same category of the ones like at Dr. Hes Chang. A lot of them act as if they don't have family. A lot of them act as if they don't see what is going on. My job is quite easy. All I do is speak the truth. All I do is call a speed a speed. At the end of the day, whenever I am finished blogging, I can know that if I hear somebody have the polar opposite stance as me, I know that maybe more than likely is misunderstanding. More than likely they want me to say what they want to say. I have come to realization long long time ago. If you tell the people what you want, you're going to be very very popular. However, at the end of the day, because my conscience is very strong, I cannot do that. I cannot do it for monetary reason. I always is going to take the side of right and justice. And that is my vow. If you want to do what you want to do to be popular, to make that monetary gain, that is up to you.
At the end of the day, anything that you do, you sacrifice something. You sacrifice your credibility. And if your credibility don't mean anything to you, well, keep doing what you're doing. It is quite obvious what is wrong and what is right. So therefore, not because you are very popular mean that what you do makes you right. It means that you don't do what you're supposed to do. Your obligation to be a human being, human don't be a piece of ish. And I've come to the understanding that that is your intentions. Point blank. And period. So people since this the battle of the police unjustice injustice that was taking place between the police and BJO we saw that a whole bunch of persons internationally locally on social media is lashing out at the police and one of those person is a bounty killer a standup person a person that is always going to give his views and he's asking the burning question so hold on a minute when are they going to implement this camera system. Politicians don't see what is going on. What if this was not captured on video CCTV, not by the camera? You could just imagine the amount of lies. This would not have happened in a naruk or cherry garden.
Somebody in a one of those expensive foreign whip meaning uptown person. This person was actually dragged, shot, dragged, flinging at the jeep. And this was done by a black man to a black lady.
So people, like I've said before, when we look at this video and the situation or circumstance that could have easily been avoided, doesn't this remind you of America back in the RACID days? Doesn't this remind you of apartheid South Africa? Doesn't this remind you of back the slavery days when black people were treated by as is? The worst thing now is that this is 2026 and this is Jamaica. Black on black. Black man meaning the police is taking away his black brothers and people. This is my disclaimer. If you are a criminal element and you lose your life, however, nobody is supposed to lose their life just in a traffic infraction. It makes absolutely no sorts of sense. It could have easily been avoided. However, with sister hot versus hotaded, one of them was supposed to be professional. One of them had some sort of ulterior motive or was carrying feelings. And this is exactly what happens in cases like this.
This is a perfect example that we need to learn from point blank and period.
So the next thing that is popping in the news is based on a viral video that has been making it round on social media where a big fight broke out at one of our international airport. It looks more like Sansa's international airports.
Now people that fight was going on for a couple of minutes maybe 3 to 5 minutes.
And what we saw that was obviously missing was no security, no police, none at all. This fight was between a lady and a man. The lady kind of looked more bigger, more strapped in than the man, and she was pretty much in an argument with him. He was trying to avoid her on many, many occasions. A couple of people strive to step in and part the fight, but she was very persistent. Not going to show because of YouTube's policy against violence. But the question that I have to ask is this. Where is our priorities?
SAS International Airport. International by the name of the airport. No sorts of police, no sorts of security. That means that somebody can't get robbed. Somebody can't get beaten. Somebody can lose them life. What makes it worse is that the police station is actually on the property of Sanga's International Airport. However, they could not put a couple of police or security guard to be posted there. Don't know where the security were or what they were doing.
However, this thing took place for a couple of minutes, which is more than enough time for somebody to lose their life or even get hurt. As in this case, this man was pounced upon by this lady.
More than likely, they know each other.
More than likely, this is some sort of relationship that went wrong. But what went wrong is what we see. Jamaica needs to fix themsel. Jamaica needs to get their ducks in order, get their priorities straight. International Airport, we should do better. Point blank. And period. The next thing that is popping in the news is based on a video that has been making it round on social media where a shootout was seen in live and in living color. On one side of the gangs, there were about three persons. The shootout started. Those three persons ran into enemy territory.
However, it seems as if they were trapped. So therefore, they have to run back out the same way. However, when they were entering was different from when they were exiting. When they were exiting, at least eight members of the opposite gang had gun and they fire they were firing them at them. While they try to run, hide, mask, skip, and jump and do all sorts of halalu. It did not turn out too well for one individual. He was blazed up a couple of times. I am sure because of close proximity that the other person also lost his life or was badly injured. Again, like I said, because of YouTube's policy against graphic nature nature, I cannot show.
However, if you want any sorts of video like that, you can WhatsApp me. The WhatsApp number 18768942711.
Say that you want to see the video of the shooting. Do not video call me. Do not call me. Leave a simple text. If you want to join the group, give your name.
Easy as 1 2 3 point blank and period.
Now people, not as if the situation as it pertains to BJU did not teach us or remind us that Jamaica is a very cold, insensitive, inhumane place. Just imagine living in one of those garrison.
Just imagine having some sorts of mental issue. This applies to a family member that is seeking justice for a family member that lost his life. Based on the fact that he was mob, beaten, juke up, stab up, stampon, brick flinging, I'm head all sorts of the fact that it is said that he was walking. I guess there was some sorts of verbal confrontation with a lady. She decided to be aggressive, fling a stone off him, pick up back that stone and fling it back after her. it apparently lip on the wall and kind of clash her or graze her in our face. She then went to her man which happens to be a gangster or somebody that is more popular in the community.
The mob decided they were going to cl him. I want you to take a listen take a look to exactly what the family members had to say as it pertains to that looking for justice. Take a listen. Take a look.
46-year-old Merta Burton, otherwise called Chungi, who was well known in Gold Street, was said to have battled mental illness for years. Relatives say despite his condition, he was generally peaceful and would interact well with residents when he was stable. However, they explained that there were times when his behavior would change due to his mental state. Reports indicate that on Monday morning, the man was walking behind a woman he often spoke to in the community. It is alleged that the woman picked up a stone and hit him. Residents say the man retaliated by throwing or using a stone to hit her back. That incident quickly escalated when a group of residents turned onto him, beating him mercilessly.
My brother run a lot of people behind him. I said, "Hold him. pull him. Then my neighbor right there come out and grab him.
Take him inside and lock the gate and go bad. Let him out. Let him out.
Anyway, somebody was over there waiting for him.
steel knife but knife steel rocket something big street like this like beat him beating him in head beat him and just sitting there not doing nothing at all.
Family members say he was chased, beaten, and pounded repeatedly as the angry mob turned the community into a scene of horror. They alleged that bricks were broken in his head and a piece of steel was pushed into his head during the attack. Say like make up night and she bring a stone and bring back on the wall and catch her over and then she must call her big father and her big father and friend them and her like her sister and her hus.
The man was rushed to the Kingston public hospital in critical condition where he later died from his injuries.
>> Now people, if there's one thing that we realize is that Jamaicans are very reactive instead of proactive.
So many times we've heard instances in which the average Joe RG and get hurt are taken out by people of unound mind.
So many time we hear the police get hurt. So many time hear the police take away persons of unound mind. In this case, this man obviously him have mental issue. But based on what the members of the community are saying, he is not violent. However, if you attack somebody and they retaliate even if that p person has mental issue, of course, you know, Jamaica is going to go on the side of the person that is more famous. So therefore, this man got a clotting, got a killing that he actually did not deserve because somebody initiated it and somebody some sort of lady got in her feelings. Now people situations like this is what happens in a lot of garrison persons are wrong and they are going to be strong but because they are popular and because that person has some sorts of mental issue he is always going to get the shi tty end of the stick and he is going to lose his life as in the case of this case very wrong point blank and period. So the next thing that is popping in the news is based on a video that has been making this round on social media in which some individuals in a car was drifting. They were not drifting a safe space. They were drifting on the regular road with a whole bunch of persons cheering them on.
I want you to take a listen take a look to the edited version of that video and then I'll give my piece.
Got him.
>> So people like I said that was the edited version. You saw the drifting and you saw persons were cheering him and saw persons were excited elated.
However, we've seen cases in which it start out good like the saying goes, chicken mary heart the near. Whenever you feel like it is peace and safety, it is sudden destruction. Luckily, in this case, that did not happen. And luckily, the police came by because that joy could have turned to sorrow. So, people let me know what you think in the comment section. Do you think that this is a very dangerous thing that people are doing in the actual road? Do you think that these people even realize how endangered their life is and anything can happen? any sort of mishap, misfortune and people end up getting hurt or even worser lose them life point blank and period. So anyways people thanks once again for checking out my video. If you appreciate videos like these please to show your appreciation by liking, commenting, sharing and subscribing to my channel. That is how YouTube promotes videos like these to like-minded sensible persons like yourself. Mess up.
