[00:00:00]They did research, but um the research shows that all these developers that go into these forests, which is where development's happening, uh the forest it the interior of the forest, the trees have never been exposed to wind or conditions cuz they're hidden by the other trees. So, then you you start developing and you cut part of the forest, you've left that wall of trees that might be 100, 150 ft tall. The problem is their cambium, their outside layers of their of their their genetics uh was built for an interior purpose.
