BREAKING: Trump is FUMING as Epstein News BLOWS UP Ahead of Critical MeetingAdded:
We have big news this afternoon. Donald Trump is reportedly fuming behind the scenes and stirring over the fact that Pam Bondi will be testifying tomorrow in front of the House Oversight Committee related to the Department of Justice's handling of the Epstein files. And ahead of her testimony, she has just been slapped with a damning new ethics complaint from the bar in Florida where she may face legal trouble. Now, Epstein survivors don't expect too much out of tomorrow's testimony because Pam Bondi will not be under oath, but Donald Trump does not want the Epstein files in the news. And so, he's unhappy that Bondi is even going to Capitol Hill to testify during a transcribed interview that could last however long. We'll see. I'll be there covering it live for you tomorrow. Make sure to like, comment, share, and if you can, subscribe to my Substack link below to support my work today. Here is Ma Melanie Stanbury. She is making clear that tomorrow the oversight committee is holding a transcribed interview with Pam Bondi on her involvement with the Epstein files.
But let's be clear, we subpoenaed Bondi for a deposition and she should testify under oath, says Stansbury. Why isn't she? Well, because the Republican chairman decided to do a closed door interview. We know it's not. Pam Bondi must testify under oath on camera for the public to see. We demand transparency and accountability for Bondi and Blanch. And well, right now, based on what I understand, the White House is not really happy that Bondi is even doing a transcribed interview because Bondi knows a lot. She essentially knows where the skeletons are hidden in this Department of Justice. Now, is she going to speak? Who knows? Will she plead the fifth?
Potentially.
Here's the thing. She lies to Congress.
That's a crime. Whether it's under oath or not, lying to Congress is a federal crime. And so she can't lie to Congress tomorrow. She will go there. She will testify. We'll have to see what she says. But ultimately, I'm not holding my breath. But the fact that it's even in the news has allegedly upset folks inside the White House. And this morning, Pam Bondi was hit with a major uh ethics complaint related to the Florida Bar, saying, quote, "Miss Bondi's misleading communications with third parties, including her statements on Fox News made in the course representing the government were inconsistent with rule 4-4.1A and 4-8.4 C, including her statement saying that she had the Epstein list on her desk. This was a clear misrepresentation of the facts by making statements that were demonstrabably false to third parties with the apparent intent of deceiving the public as to her access to information related to Mr. Epstein, Miss Bondi violated rule 4-4.1A.
Moreover, given the unique position of the attorney general as a chief law enforcement officer for the nation and the reliance that the public places on the Department of Justice to be a fair arbiter of justice, it seems obvious that a large segment of the public would have reasonably relied on her statements, saying that she violated the trust of the American public. Here is Congressman Maxwell Frost talking directly with an Epstein survivor ahead of tomorrow's critical interview.
>> Thank you so much for your very powerful testimony. Why did you why did you come to the United States?
>> I was a model. I came here thinking that my modeling career is going to be continued here. When I was able to escape the ring of Jeffrey Epstein, I was a successful model afterwards, but only after during it, I couldn't. You're an immigrant and we know that Epstein and his network also manipulated and threatened women using their visas or immigration status. Can you talk about your experience with this?
>> I beg them to let me go back to other places I used to model before on which they said why you're not going to do well there so stay here. They used my dreams against me, saying that this is just the time and everything's going to be okay. And if I trust them, all my dreams are going to come true.
>> We know that he weaponized people's immigration status, right? And the fact that they were immigrants against them.
There are so many changes that need to come from this investigation. And I think it's important that we also remember immigrant women are disproportionately impacted by sex trafficking in the United States. And in a moment where the same people that are obstructing this investigation, the same people who are engaged in the cover up of this investigation are also the one demonizing immigrants across this country, shows us the real truth that if we spent a modicum of the money and energy that this government is using to go terrorize our communities and round up innocent people to go after the billionaire pedophiles and sex traffickers and people who have exploited this broken immigration system, maybe we'd had some justice here. And so, >> and he's right. He's 100% right. And when we talk about immigration, when we talk about costs, California is at the forefront of it. So, I'm talking to Javier Bera, who's running for governor of California. But before I do, I do want to talk to you about my partner for this video chapter because right now, the cost of living is simply not being talked enough. And right now, Medicare plans change every year. What your options are, what you're paying now, what's covered, it may not be what it was when you signed up. And you'd never know unless someone actually looked.
It's why I work with Chapter. They're independent Medicare adviserss. They're the only ones that compare every plan nationwide. Their adviserss are salary.
They don't get paid to push certain plans. They look at your doctors, your prescriptions, what matters to you, and they just tell you the truth. If you're already on the right plan, they'll say so. If you're not, they'll help you switch. Just last year, seniors who found new plans saved an average of $1,100 on health care costs. That's real money, folks. And it's free help in under 20 minutes. So just call chapter today 864-538-664-864-538664.
Here is my conversation with Javier Bisera. Excited today to be joined again by Javier Bera who's running for governor of California. We are in the home stretch right now. Give us an update. What does the campaign look like? What do California voters need to know in these final few days?
>> Erin, it's kind of crazy. a month and a half and ago, the the race looked totally different. But today, voters are beginning to pay attention. They're starting to crystallize. And uh well, a poll just came out yesterday that showed me up top 23% followed by one of the Republicans. Uh so at this stage, it's one of those things where we've got the momentum. We're going to ride to the finish line and not let it go and hopefully uh be ready for November.
>> I think a big question I still get asked even to this day is what differentiates all the Democrats? So I guess give folks a oneminute primary primer. What differentiates you from say Tommy Styer, Matt Mayan, Katie Porter, any of the other Dems in the race still?
>> Yeah. And you know, most of us will talk about how we're going to try to reduce prices, make it more affordable, build more homes, try to improve education, take care of healthcare. I'd say the difference is I'm not just making promises. Uh I I can actually talk about my record of results. Uh I'm the one with the most experience. I can actually talk about how I balanced a budget the size of the state of California's budget. No one else could say that. I can talk about how I've actually dealt with national emergencies. Uh it dealt with real crises because I dealt with COVID, aven flu, monkey pox. Uh having to deal with a president who's violating the law when I had to sue him over 120 times when I was attorney general. So I think the difference is that when I talk about what I'll do, it's because it's what I've done versus what I promise I'll try to do. Now, this race has gotten a lot of national attention, primarily because of the amount of money that's been spent in this race. Your opponent, Tommy Styer, has self-funded to the tune of over $200 million. Your campaign has also received a lot of money. You've received some scrutiny lately for some of that money that you took from Chevron and others. Do you have a response to folks who say that you shouldn't be taking those special interest dollars?
>> Yeah, I've never been bought by any one contribution. Just just again, take a look at my record. I I always could speak to my record. I could always fall back to my record because it shows you what I'll do. I always tell young folks who want to go into politics. If you want to know where a leader will take you, know where they've come from. Well, if you look at me, you'll see that I took on the fossil fuel industry, I took them to court. I took on Trump when he tried to uh eliminate our uh clean car standards, which require our emission standards to be for our vehicles to be far higher. Uh, I took on the Trump administration when he tried to get rid of the uh elements of the Clean Air Act and the Clean Water Act, the Endangered Species Act. Uh, I sued oil companies for trying to overconolidate and become monopolistic. I sued them for polluting our waters and and our uh air. I stopped the Trump administration from trying to allow uh oil companies to allow methane gas to be released into the air against the law. And so the the beauty for me is that if you if you see these hit piece commercials, you could just go to my record. You can Google what I've done and and you can see where I've been. And there's nobody with a better environment environmental record who's running for governor than me. But again, just look at the record and what you'll see in that record is I've never been bought by any contribution or by any industry. I >> do got to ask you, you're running for governor. You're going to be going up against Trump every day as governor of California. How do you work with a president who wants to tear down California initiatives and residents? I mean, the latest was the whole debacle over the highspeed rail across the state. How do you work with a president like that?
>> I will tell you, it's tough because at the end of the day, the federal government is our largest partner. And so, Erin, you may you may not want to, but you have to work with the federal government. What you don't do is you don't take a knee. And I proved that when I was attorney general. Uh, and I had to take him to court over 120 times.
Most of the times when we went toe-to-toe, I beat him. Beat him all the way to the Supreme Court. That's why the Affordable Care Act still around because we beat him in the Supreme Court in defending the Affordable Care Act. I beat him when he tried to get rid of the DACA program for dreamers all the way to the Supreme Court. So you you've got to be smart. You know, you have to be strategic, but you also have to know when to work with them because the federal government has more resources, more of our resources, by the way, because nobody nobody sends more money to the federal treasury uh than do California taxpayers. So, you have to be smart and strategic. I >> do got to ask you, you released a new ad this morning called Worst Nightmare. And I found it interesting after watching the ad that it was just you and your Republican opponent, Steve Hilton, no mention of any other Democrat. it really seemed as though it was kind of a pivot to the general. Is that is that what you're looking for right now?
>> We're we're looking at the actual data and the facts and the facts show that right now if if there's going to be a race for governor in November, it's going to be probably between uh one of my Republican opponents uh and me, uh Steve Hilton and me. So, we're getting ready because Mr. Hilton is trying to say some things that aren't true uh about my record and we want to make sure that people understand toe-to-toe who we are.
>> And what do people need to know about Mr. Hilton's record? Why do you believe he is not the right person to be governor? We talked about the Democrats, but let's talk about the Republicans as well.
>> Well, the probably the most important thing to know is there's not much of a record to begin with when it comes to public service. Uh, you're talking about a Fox News talking head who's running to be the next governor of the state of California. Someone who has gotten the endorsement of Donald Trump. I don't know if he's ever said he's against anything Donald Trump is for. And I'm not sure Californians are ready to have as a governor, someone who's a mini me of Donald Trump.
>> Now, we're in the home stretch right now. What do California voters need to know in terms of returning their ballots? Key dates, key times uh between now and election day.
>> Yeah, get that vote in. Uh please vote in record numbers. Let's demonstrate that California recognizes the importance of this election. You can drop off your ballot at a dropbox and your voter pamphlet gives you all the different locations. You can take it to a voting center up to the actual day of election on Tuesday the the 2nd of June or you can put it in the mail. But I would really encourage you if you're going to put it in the mail, drop it today because with Donald Trump trying to tinker with the postal service, you don't want to find that your your ballot got held up for some reason because of the shenanigans by the Trump cronies in in Washington DC. So get it in early.
Let's prove that we're ready and let's have a great 2026 and prove that a great 2026 in California means a sour one for the guy up in Washington DC.
>> Javier Bera, good luck and thanks so much for coming on.
>> Thanks for having me.
>> Hey folks, thanks so much for watching.
