In Christian nationalism, the church should serve as the foundation of society and influence government, rather than the state controlling religious institutions; this is based on the biblical principle that judgment begins at the house of the Lord, meaning divine accountability starts with those who speak and teach on behalf of God.

Christian NationalismAdded:
I think whenever a nation is the focus rather than the church, uh things become unbalanced because the church should be the foundation. There's a scripture that says "Judgment begins at the house of the Lord." Judgment does not begin in the capital building. It begins with those who speak and teach on behalf of God or who are supposed to be.
You know, the government, ideally as a Christian nation, our government should be influenced by the church, not the other way around. When you have churches influenced by the state that's when things get off point from what the intention is and from what works well.
