Mutual care!Added:
Apparently this is the place to be this morning.
Everybody stopped by for breakfast right in this pasture.
Look at how gorgeous they are. My goodness. We're all hanging out in the pasture this morning.
Possibly one of the best ways to start the day. Just enjoying deer.
They'll be out here for a while, I think. This is too much fun to miss out on.
I'm pretty sure that at least some of these members of the herd are yearlings from last year, last year's babies.
Still with their mamas.
Yeah, that's some mutual grooming right there.
You can see some of them are shedding out their winter coats. Some of them have already shed.
That's precious.
I haven't noticed any mutual grooming before today and we're seeing two pairs of deer doing it. Definitely more deer than goats this morning.
Without a doubt.
Oh, and we're giving ourselves a bath, too.
These two are back to mutual grooming.
Amazing how easy it is to see who's already shed out their whole coat and who's still holding on to some of that winter fluff.
Somebody's in a bad mood.
If you're human, you never want to be on the receiving end of those hooves.
That stuff hurts.
This one looks like he's going to go start some trouble. Nope, distracted by grass. Never mind.
Look at the rich red on that friend.
So, have a good day, everybody.
This is how I'll be spending probably the next half hour or so.
While they work their way slowly across the field.
Join us to see the goats fly.
