[00:00:00]It's part of a whole trend where the apparently the conviction now is or the realization now is that um European Commission um and the European countries together because you know Europe can only act through the concept of the council with the member states uh had gone too far um and that they had come up with an agenda that looked like looked nice as a kind of aspiration or almost an ideology but wasn't going to fly on economic terms. Um, and now in the new world reality that we have when that comes on top of that, not only do you not have a viable economic market to make it happen, you also have the geopolitical consequences. Um, so that that's why, you know, the clean industrial deal is just part of this gradual movement um to turn back the clock without ever admitting that you have to turn it back.
