NonDuality and Spirituality cant fix suffering. Here is what does.

[00:00:45]I love them. Yes, they are great.

[00:00:51]And you felt something for a few minutes, minutes or an hour.

[00:00:57]Afterwards, anxiety reappears.

[00:01:01]Panic attacks reappears.

[00:01:09]You still cannot sleep.

[00:01:12]Listening [music] to your own thoughts eating you alive.

[00:01:19]And nobody is telling you why.

[00:01:24]Well, I'm about to [music] tell you and is not something learned or I don't know something [music] that I've read or heard at others. No, I've spent years exactly where you're at.

[00:01:49]listening, practicing, [music] understanding every word, feeling that [snorts] brief lift and then the noise, the mental noise came straight back even harder.

[00:02:10]Not depression exactly, not just anxiety, [music] but the restless mental commentary that never shuts up. Here is the part nobody tells you. Listening to someone talking about no self, especially when you [music] listen to nonduality.

[00:02:40]It's still just [music] thinking about it. You added one more thought. There is no seeker on top of the same same [music] nois noisy mind.

[00:02:55]The mind didn't stop.

[00:02:58]It just got smarter at talking.

[00:03:05]anxiety, panic, [music] that spiral.

[00:03:09]It was never an attack from nowhere.

[00:03:14]It's thought moving fast, [music] pretending to be a friend. Loop after loop after loop, not metaphor, mechanism.

[00:03:27]So the way out was never understanding nonduality or even spirituality. Even the nondual speaker says there is nothing for you here.

[00:03:44]This will not [music] help you.

[00:03:49]But there is a state underneath [music] all of it.

[00:03:57]not [music] a belief, not a philosophy.

[00:04:01]If you want a stateless state which doesn't involve the need for another state, [music] a lived gap where the noise simply stops.

[00:04:23]I can't hand you that gap in a video here on YouTube yet, but it is possible for that mental noise to stop. That's real nonduality. That's aliveness.

[00:04:39]And that that let's call it silence, although it's not that. that everything you've longed for can be lived in the body.

[00:05:44]The mind starts to get quieter, especially [music] at night when the body wants to go to sleep, to rest.

[00:06:02]But that's not happening because they understand [music] something new, but because the loop of thoughts stopped running even for a few seconds at a time and that's enough to start.

[00:06:25][music] So I work with people one on-one life, walking them directly [music] to that stateless state without any thoughts instead of talking about it for another hour, for one more hour.
