[00:00:00]With our production mix, [music] um, we have loaded over 200 different models onto this robotic weld system successfully [music] and, uh, welded them. Um, it's important that, uh, we check the parts that they are accurate and correct to the 3D CAD model of the design. Um, this software [music] does that. Multiple parts can be loaded, uh, on the system at the same time, uh, really providing a good mix >> [music] >> and, uh, repeatability and flexibility on the shop floor that is needed. When these, uh, variety of parts are loaded in the robotic weld cell, um, they can just be placed with no fixturing for ease of use and quick, uh, changeovers between product [music] type and style.

[00:00:39]The system also adapts to the real geometry of the parts, building in the tolerances of the design. We have four different weld zones and so we can be welding in one zone while people are preparing and unloading the completed parts in another, keeping, uh, the utilization of the robot up on the production line. The robot is the first piece of equipment that's striking an arc in the morning and the last one to, uh, strike an arc at the end of shift.

[00:01:04]Our part mix is, uh, 50/50 [music] between pre-engineered standard parts and highly custom parts. Multiple parts can be preloaded [music] on the system to run in batch form or continuous production, uh, part [music] by part.

[00:01:18]Typically at the end of a shift, we can load multiple parts, um, at a given time, press go, and the part the robots will weld, uh, lights out, uh, with [music] nobody monitoring the robotic weld cell.
