[00:01:06]>> Sorry about that. What I wanted to say is that we are heading to the Temple Street Night Market. One of the most viral night markets in all of Hong Kong.

[00:01:15]They got incredible food. And I want to share this with you guys. To be fair, I wasn't planning on coming out and making another video today, but it is too good to pass up. I walked through this market a few nights ago and man, it was so beautiful. You'll see exactly what I mean here in a second. But the other day, I wasn't hungry. Right now, I'm pretty hungry. And it is about 6:25 in the afternoon or in the evening, better yet, here in Hong Kong. There's a lot of movements out and abouts right now. a lot of people getting off of work and that's really when the Temple Street Night Market starts to come to life.

[00:01:57]During the day, there's not much going on in that area of the city, but in the evenings, it comes to life. And you'll see exactly what I mean here in a second. Now, these here are the traditional Hong Kong taxis, but right now, we're in a more modern version that looks almost like a London cab. It's really cool. And honestly, one of the coolest ways to get around in the city, especially when it's very hot and you don't feel like walking from uh one form of public transportation to the other or all the way to the MTR stations, it makes for a very good journey. Plus, looking out the window is always a good time, especially in a new country that you've never been to before. Obviously, I've been here quite a bit of times now, but every street is like a world on its own here in Hong Kong. Anyways, we got about a 5m minute drive, not too far, and I'll catch up with you guys when we make it to Temple Street.

[00:06:38]I want to focus on the street food. I don't really want to shop too much today because we've done a lot of shopping here in Hong Kong. And yeah, I'm not really up for that right now. Wow, guys.

And I'm quite curious to see what we find here in this market. Oh, wow. Look, they got the famous strawberries with sugar.
