This is their theory that this is going to be some modified version of water that will allow areas that will we would consider would be droughted to blossom by the use of some formula that they created in hopes that it will work. Then all of a sudden you trying to figure out why your food that you've been growing in the yard don't taste the same. Why our food in the grocery stores don't taste the same because it it affects everywhere in agriculture, every side of agriculture because now you putting chaff in the air.

At a time when the federal government granted Native Americans the right to vote, Virginia's elected officials adopted racially [music] hostile laws targeted at those classes of people who did [music] not fit into the dominant white society.
