[00:27:41]>> I would point out there are two different affidavits. So, the last three charges on the docket, the bad on Leo resisting without, resisting with are from one different affidavit. So, I didn't I wasn't challenging that one.

[00:27:53]Now, the other the the other affidavit, which there's numerous charges in it, um I did have a simulation with the state that he's charged with and in that other affidavit, I believe, um seven charges are resisting with violence. Yes.

[00:28:14]>> Um so we had again our stipulation is subject to court's approval. um if the court has more challenges, but um stipulations there's no probable cause and he should be released on his own recent on four of those resisting with violence charges and no problem cause found because again only three police officers names were mentioned in the police report. um regarding the first the batch of the seven resisting without in the one affidavit um that we had a stipulation there's no probable cause and he should be released under reconnaissance of six of those seven counts for the seven different resisting without violence charges and and I [clears throat] don't know court may have more but that's the challenges that I had >> well my my concern and and again please correct me if I'm wrong I looked at the second affidavit and in reading it and it appeared to be the exact same set of facts.

[00:29:06]So, it almost looked to me like it was a duplicate where the other officer basically wrote the same charges, but I didn't see any new acts.

[00:29:16]It looked to me like it was like to look at that real quick and certainly if you're seeing something different, please direct my attention to it. If I miss your are found to be duplicate then obviously I would I would ask for another bat on Leo another resisting without another resisting with for no follow to be found. I just [clears throat] defer to you and the state on on that additional affidavit.

I find probable cause for three of the resisting officer with violence charges.

You have a bond of 5,000 on the battery, 1,000 on the resisting officer without violence, 5,000 on depriving officer of means of protection or communication, 5,000 on domestic violence battery prior conviction, 5,000 on each of the three resisting officer with violence charges.

It was an attempt. So that would make it a third degree felony. And and of course, I would weigh all the reading of the special conditions of pre-trial release as well.
