‘TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE:’ President Trump rejects Iran’s response to U.S. peace proposal

[00:00:12]President Trump posted on social media that Iran's response to the White House's latest proposal was quote totally unacceptable. Iran's response reportedly focused on ending the war on all fronts, including Israel's conflict with Hezbollah. Back and forth strikes were reported between those two in southern Lebanon over the weekend. The White House has focused on restrictions to Iran's nuclear program, which Iran has said that they want to talk about that issue at a later date. A military spokesperson said Iran is prepared to protect its nuclear sites and research centers. Now, this war is expected to be a key talking point for the president's visit to China this week. President Trump is expected to arrive in Beijing on Wednesday and stay through Friday.
