[00:00:16]This is huge. Share this. Democratic Party's political philosophy is if you are of a certain background, you must vote Democrat. This is of course not true. President Trump almost won the Latino and Hispanic vote in 2024 after being down over 20 points in 2016 and he's gaining ground among people of color among all demographics. President Trump is gaining ground. You hear that?

[00:00:46]If you have, we can go on forever, but if you have 100% negative media coverage or 99% negative media coverage, then you go ahead and here's a poll. What do you think of Trump? Obviously, they're only going to pull people that either were not really with Trump or, you know, you know, not really on board with what Trump is doing specifically, either on foreign policy or whatever. But when push comes to shove, they look at the Democrats come November or in 2028, they're going to say, "Oh my god, what do these people stand for?" They stand for either nothing or things that that a support of President Trump doesn't stand for. So when push comes to shove, the same people who say, "Oh, we're leaving.

[00:01:25]We're no longer with Trump." Yeah. When you when you see that Democrats would shut down the entire economy in a heartbeat, and when you see that Democrats would work with social media companies and the Federal Bureau of Investigation to stifle speech, and when you see that Democrats would send boots on the ground anywhere at any time, okay, which President Trump is against neverending military conflict. Yes, he's not a pacifist. He's not he's not an a a a an isolationist.

[00:01:56]But in terms of enforcing immigration laws, addressing the scourge of outsourcing with tariffs, um completely altering the geopolitical map, okay, to strengthen the United States of America, you can disagree, agree, but the United States now is in a much better position in terms of controlling the flow of oil throughout the world than it ever was because of what President Trump has been doing. Again, you could say it's moral, immoral, just, unjust. Um, for another country, for the United States of America. The bottom line is President Trump has strengthened the United States of America on the world stage.

But then again, they voted for Harris after voting for Biden after allowing Bernie Sanders to be cheated, after voting for the endless wars that Bush Chain Rumsfeld got us into. So what I mean you'd have to question their definition of victory or national security. They're the ones who created hoaxes that said Trump was a Russian operative that he tried to ferment a rebellion. They tried to imprison him a million times and he only won the popular vote in every swing state. So when push comes to shove and people have to vote Democrat, well now or people are presented with the option of voting Democrat the president Vance or Rubio either one is going to win in 28. [00:04:31]They don't care about the will of the voters. So, when they say, "Oh, the Virginia uh Virginia, it was the will of the voters. The Democrats there did not abide by the state constitution." All these apoplelectic, highly intelligent, morally superior Democrats like AOC and others think that oh the will of the people.

[00:04:59]Biden won his primary and they disenfranchised 14 million Democratic primary voters with one debate performance. Where was uh where are the bylaws or guidelines within the Democratic National Committee that allowed that for to happen that don't exist? Just like when Debbie Wasserman Schultz resigned in 2016, they don't even have functioning primaries.

[00:05:22]Then they're worried about the will of the voters. And so check this out. They lost the Supreme Court case on the Voting Rights Act because just because you're a certain skin color does that does not mean you're going to vote Democrat. It's like when Biden told Charlemagne the God, "Oh, if you don't vote for me, you aren't who you are."

[00:05:41]It's like nothing. Trump has never said anything close to that. Nothing. He's never. And if Trump had said, "Oh my god, I'd be the end of the world." But Democrats says worse or the same type of thing or what Biden said, "Oh, it's no problem."

[00:05:56]The Supreme Court and the Virginia Supreme Court, state Supreme Court, just gave Trump Republicans a huge victory in midterms. They'll keep the Senate. They can very well get the house which would be very good for the country for a number of reasons.

[00:06:14]>> Supreme Court striking down the Democrats proposed House map that would have drastically shifted the balance of power in the midterm elections. The redistricting plan Democrats were proposing would have turned a narrow 65 split into a near sweep for their party 10 to one.

[00:06:34]>> So they didn't mind They didn't mind making a 10 to1 map and then they're going nuts with losing congressional seats.

[00:06:43]>> Here to discuss is former Virginia Attorney General Jason. Great to have you with us. I just want to say this from the very outset. This was really about the process from my understanding uh because it looked like they basically ran through all of the stop signs just to try to rush this to the voters. Is that your understanding and what the court is saying, Jason?

[00:07:03]>> Yes. I mean, there is a right way and a wrong way to amend the Constitution of Virginia. And what the Supreme Court noted is they they didn't follow the right process. The not to get too wonky, but you're supposed to have an intervening election. They had a million people had already voted in Virginia, and they had a special section a week before the election in in October.

[00:07:20]There's a host of problems with this.

[00:07:22]This is a win for the rule of law. I do find it erotic the number of people that are going after the Virginia Supreme Court. The justice that wrote this opinion actually was appointed to the court of appeals by Mark Warner when he was governor, a Democrat, and then was elevated to the Supreme Court of Virginia on a unanimous vote of the general assembly. Every Democrat in the general assembly voted for him, including Luis Lucas. So, uh, they are going after somebody who is a reasonable justice. And I really respect what the Supreme Court did because they showed that this is why they exist. when politicians get out of line and they're not obeying the constitution, our state constitution, to get them back in the line, it's a win for the rule of law and it's a win for common sense.

[00:08:01]>> And so even Democrats on the state supreme court said, yeah, we can't even there's no justification for this. So when they when you hear this, oh my god, it's going to disenfranchise people. Again, they 14 million Americans or Democrat and you know, Americans who are Democrats voted for Biden. They didn't care. He won his primary and one debate performance which basically highlighted or showcased the way he communicated since 2019. Everybody knew what was going on. Democrats have don't believe your lying eyes. That's why really I mean that political party is in complete shambles and it's it's now they've lost the two greatest congressional redistricting battles in modern history. not only lost, they were completely politically obliterated and they can't utilize skin color or race or ethnic background to draw congressional maps. That's how Democrats function. They assume that because you're a certain ethnicity or background that you must vote for them. It's the most bigoted mentality possible.

[00:09:15]Also, in Virginia, they were going to add a whole bunch of seats. No, they can't do that because they did not follow the law. And then they say, "Oh, the people spoke." Well, the people spoke. Well, the people almost spoke for Bernie Sanders before they cheated him and he was part of the whole thing almost certainly in 2016 when Debbie Wasserman Schultz resigned and promptly joined Clinton's campaign. Where was the will of the people then? And then, of course, like I said, with Biden.
