[00:00:00]So, I used to be agnostic, which is basically a spiritual equivalent of saying "Ask me later." After leaving Christianity, no atheism, no religious, just permanently stuck in interesting that I still don't know.

[00:00:22]I heard a lot of things from various sources, but I didn't see myself in any of them.

[00:00:29]But somehow I ended up becoming Sanatana.

[00:00:36]Even my past self would be like, "What?

[00:00:40]Since when do we say namaste unironically?"

[00:00:45]Because it's something crazy. So, today I'm going to tell you how that happened and why it actually makes sense.

[00:00:57]Leaving Christianity to be agnostic sounds interesting.

[00:01:02]You question everything.

[00:01:05]What's true? What's reality? Is there a God?

[00:01:10]Why can't I see any true in anything?

[00:01:15]But after a while, I was exhausted, you know, because I was constantly analyzing, but never experiencing.

[00:01:24]It's like when you read a lot of reviews of a restaurant, but never actually eat.

[00:01:32]I wasn't against religion.

[00:01:35]I just couldn't accept anything that felt like blind belief.

[00:01:41]If someone say it's um, "Just have faith."

[00:01:46]My brain would go like, "No."

[00:01:50]Show me evidence.

[00:01:52]Data, references, experiences, because I want to know everything clearly, like a PowerPoint presentation. The first thing that changed everything for me was this idea.

[00:02:05]What if you got isn't separate from the universe, but is the universe.

[00:02:12]Not a guy in the sky, not a cosmic teacher with a clay board taking notes, but the very fabric of existence itself.

[00:02:24]Nature, energy, consciousness.

[00:02:29]Some may say spirituality.

[00:02:31]It stopped the feeling external.

[00:02:33][clears throat] I didn't have to believe in something far away.

[00:02:39]I could experience in something right here.

[00:02:45]A feeling of the sun on my skin, the rhythm of my breath, the silence in my mind. It's not always, but and I realized if there is something divine, why wouldn't it be expressed through everything?

[00:03:05]This idea is deeply present in Hindu philosophy.

[00:03:09]That the divine existing in all things.

[00:03:13]And honestly, that made a way more sense to me than God that create nature, but lives somewhere else. Like why would you build the highest and then refuse to live here?

[00:03:29]The second thing that made me more interested, it was the freedom, because let's be honest.

[00:03:36]Some belief systems feel like a subscription service.

[00:03:41]Here's what you must believe. Here's what must not question.

[00:03:46]Terms and conditions apply, like but what I found in [clears throat] Hindu philosophy was the opposite.

[00:03:55]It's more like here are many paths explore.

[00:04:00]You can believe in one God, many gods, no God at all.

[00:04:06]Or see everything as divine.

[00:04:09]And no one is chasing or saying, "Excuse me, there's the wrong option." So they can know.

[00:04:18]For someone like me who questions everything, this was incredible refreshing.

[00:04:26]It felt like I was allowed to think, not just obey.

[00:04:31]This was probably the biggest reason I didn't want blind faith. I wanted experience.

[00:04:40]And the practice I'm very focused on that.

[00:04:45]Meditation, yoga, self-awareness, inner exploration.

[00:04:54]Instead of saying, "Believe this and you will understand later."

[00:04:59]It says, "Try this and see for yourself. Experience."

[00:05:05]And that's a huge difference. It's like the difference between read about swimming and jumping to the water.

[00:05:15]At first I was like skeptical, I'm not going to lie.

[00:05:20]I tried the meditation and thought, "Wow, this is so difficult. I can't believe this. How can someone do this if they don't sleep?" My brain was like, "What's happening?

[00:05:35]This is not easy. What I should be doing? Gossiping?" So many things in my mind.

[00:05:42]But with time, things started changing.

[00:05:45]Moments of clarity's insights, calmness, and for the first time spirituality wasn't theoretical.

[00:05:56]It was felt.

[00:05:59]This sur- surprised me the most.

[00:06:03]As I got a deeper into Hindu philosophy, I noticed something. Nature isn't just resources.

[00:06:12]It's sacred. Rivers, mountains, animals, they are respected and revered.

[00:06:22]And that changed how you see the world.

[00:06:26]Cuz if everything is divine, then polluting a river isn't just bad for the environment.

[00:06:33]It's disrespect to something sacred.

[00:06:37]The perspective gave me a new motivation, not fear, not guilt, but respect for nature and everything.

[00:06:47]And honestly, we kind of need this right now as humanity because let's face it, humanity has been treating Earth like um a free free trial that we forgot to cancel.

[00:07:01]So, yeah, this is how I went from I don't know what's going on to Okay, this actually makes sense. I like this. Not because of someone convinced me, but because my experience allowed me allowed me to questions, made me feel more connected to life itself.

[00:07:23]I'm okay. I'm not here to convert anyone.

[00:07:26]If you are agnostic, religious, atheist, whatever, that's your path.

[00:07:33]But if you are someone who questions everything and life's my belief and wants something that you can actually experience, then maybe just maybe explore.

[00:07:49]In the worst case, you're just going to be quiet for some minutes, think about anything that you want.

[00:07:57]In the best case, you can discover something that can change everything.
