The 'Zoo Human Syndrome' describes how modern humans have become like zoo animals, living in constant comfort and convenience that ultimately disrupts our biological systems. This syndrome manifests through disrupted circadian rhythms, lack of natural movement, consumption of highly processed foods, and constant chemical exposure through ingestion, inhalation, and skin contact. These factors collectively backfire biologically, causing internal disruption to our natural health mechanisms. The solution is not to change everything overnight, but to find ways to mitigate these negative impacts by understanding and questioning our modern lifestyle choices.

THE "ZOO HUMAN" SYNDROMEAjouté :
I know you talk about this idea around the zoo human syndrome and I just want to know if you could maybe explain it to people who've never heard of this before, but also to explain how and when it's happening to us. It's the idea and it's a little harsh and I think it applies to everyone including me.
Obviously, we live a modern lifestyle.
There's a lot of conveniences in it. We have a lot of comfort. The problem is that comfort is all the time and everywhere that ultimately it becomes very uncomfortable means it also you know backfires at us biologically speaking because it affects our biological health forces the disruption of circadian rhythm to begin with the lack of movement eating food that is extremely processed being surrounded by so many chemicals that we ingest drink [music] inhale put our face put our heads it's always all the time and all these molecules end up disrupting our biology from within. So once we understand [music] this, we start to question all of that. And I needed a metaphor to basically describe in a simple way how bad it is. And the point is not to change everything overnight, but it's to find ways to mitigate the negative impact.
