[00:01:02]And there are people somewhere who feel Kakasungura has done good and he stands a chance to again lead if such an opportunity exists.

[00:01:15]In our respective areas where we are leading, everyone has his advantages and disadvantages.

[00:01:24]Even Museveni has his own disadvantages in leadership and and advantages.

[00:01:32]But [snorts] allow me to hail him for the austerity decision he has made.

[00:01:40]And I think if we were to recommend a teacher for William Ruto on governance, not on how to stay in power longer, but on how to order austerity measures and work by them. Museveni is a perfect lecturer.

[00:02:04]In 2024, Ruto read for us austerity measures he's taken and none of it is currently in force.

[00:02:16]When there were Gen Z protests, Ruto came in public and said, "My government has come up with a decision on the following austerity measures."

[00:02:40]It never came to pass and instead, Ruto kept on employing advi- he kept on employing advisors up to 20 plus something.

[00:02:54]Ruto announced that he was going to reduce outside the country travels.

[00:03:05]It never worked. Every day, Ruto is travel- Today, he's in South Africa.

[00:04:09]Museveni said, "I want to retire a man who has removed some burden from Ugandans."

[00:04:21]And he has said this time round, the Ugandan government stopped the funding and hosting of large-scale public celebrations.

[00:04:35]The permanent secretary and the secretary of the treasury, Dr. Ramadan Ggoobi, announced that these changes will take effects with the 2026 2027 financial year budget. This is commendable.

[00:04:59]Ruto went to Wajir to celebrate Madaraka Day. Of what benefit is it to the people of the Republic of Kenya?

[00:05:09]That event, of what benefit is it?

[00:05:14]It is only wasting public resources.

[00:05:19]And from Museveni on this one, I agree with him.

[00:05:24]AND I WISH WILLIAM Ruto could borrow, but because he's greedy and he also eats from those functions, he cannot stop funding them. Listen.

[00:05:39]The 14 officially recognized public holidays, such as Independence Day, Labor Day, And NRM Liberation Day.

[00:05:52]Um, they remain non-working days for the public.

[00:05:56]Banks and the government offices.

[00:08:35]So, in event in equal power of a gear just for that particular event that it took only 3 hours.

[00:08:53]So, in 3 hours Ruto I'm a cooler 150 million. In 3 hours.

[00:09:04]3 hours and 35 minutes. So, in those 3 hours and 35 minutes, 150 million is gone.

[00:09:15]And by the way, do you know Museveni gave his government to women? 50% of his government.

[00:09:24]But Museveni achieved exactly 50% of his cabinet women.

[00:09:32]Those are verified facts.

[00:10:07]He didn't even manage even 30% of the cabinet women. He didn't even manage. But then, anyway, Museveni, congratulations. I am proud of you.
