[00:00:17]When I used to do my internship in the kitchen, I had to make this chutney and in order to peel the like cut the coconut open, it was a whole sport of its own. As much as I love the experience of the hotel buffet breakfast, it brings back so much memories cuz when I was doing my internship and I had to do two internships, right? And both times I worked in the breakfast kitchen and it was When I did my internship in Dubai, the first kitchen I worked in was in the breakfast kitchen for a whole month.

[00:00:51]And I had to wake up at 4:00 in the morning, but eventually your body gets used to it cuz you know you you can then sleep earlier [clears throat] as well.

[00:00:59]But then the number of the amount of footsteps I hit in a day would be as opposed to 8 to 10,000 steps a day. I'm like having to run around the restaurant and you're refilling everything and all that.

They are very very beautiful like they have these houses and each house specializes in a particular craft. Like for example, this one there were silver work inside.
