When I used to do my internship in the kitchen, I had to make this chutney and in order to peel the like cut the coconut open, it was a whole sport of its own. As much as I love the experience of the hotel buffet breakfast, it brings back so much memories cuz when I was doing my internship and I had to do two internships, right? And both times I worked in the breakfast kitchen and it was When I did my internship in Dubai, the first kitchen I worked in was in the breakfast kitchen for a whole month.
And I had to wake up at 4:00 in the morning, but eventually your body gets used to it cuz you know you you can then sleep earlier [clears throat] as well.
But then the number of the amount of footsteps I hit in a day would be as opposed to 8 to 10,000 steps a day. I'm like having to run around the restaurant and you're refilling everything and all that.
One thing that does not leave the system is saying that I find myself saying thank you a lot over here as well.

We're here at this place called the Sun Temple. Believe it or not, this is not even the main temple. Look how big it is, right? But then the main temple it eroded and collapsed over time because of the weather conditions.
However, this one has still remained because the British what they did was I don't know if you can see but inside they jam-packed with sand and concrete so that the temple would have some foundation from within and not just a hollow building standing upright. So that's how the structure in the back still stands. It's actually supposed to have a much bigger one right behind it, but it's collapsed like I said.
Just buying some snacks here from the shop. Look at how perfectly everything is arranged. I mean he's got like so many varieties going on over in just one container alone, so he fits so much.
Look at the amount of chips back there.
No counting. Okay, that's okay.
Thank [snorts] you.
It's just air filled in the packets.
