ACLU asks judge to end CYFD policy on drug-exposed infants

[00:00:00]The ACLU is asking a judge to end a CYFD directive to take custody of babies born with drugs in their systems. That directive went into effect in July of last year. The changes were made after at least two babies involved with CYFD were born with drugs in their system and then died. But the ACLU argues the policy is against the law and that babies are being taken from their parents without a proper investigation.
