[00:00:00]Like I wasn't a great hockey player growing up. I was like one of the better ones in my city, but like not like a a star. There's way better hockey players than me growing up in our city.

[00:00:07]>> Yeah. So I was always one of the the top players, but like not an All-Star by any means. And so I got to play in the NHL and like the KHL. I got to go to the Olympics and do all sorts of stuff that I never thought I would.

[00:00:17]>> Yeah. So it was uh won a championship in Russia. And yeah, like a lot of it is just from this stuff.

[00:00:22]>> Yeah. Yeah.

[00:00:23]So it's yeah, I'm a I'm a huge believer in it and it's just naturally my passion and stuff that I enjoy learning about and practicing. So yeah, it's I don't know. Nothing nothing crazy.
