[00:00:46]You guys, I have a lot of new subscribers. I am so excited. Thank you.

[00:00:51]Thank you for choosing to follow my journey. I have lost over 100 lb with the help of Zepbound. And I am in maintenance. I started off taking my medication every 2 weeks, and I did that 5 months into my journey for several reasons that I talk about in other videos. And so, when I got to maintenance, I decided, "You know what? I'm going to do my injection once a month." And I titrated down to 7.5.

[00:01:27]And 7.5 is a great dose for me because I did not have any side effects. But, I wanted to I was getting when I first did the first monthly injection, I was having a lot of um I gained a little weight, and I was having uh I won't say food noise, but I was kind of freaking out because I was gaining. And I was like, "Okay, maybe I need to go up a dose." And then I wanted to lose 10 more pounds in my maintenance journey. But, my body was kind of staying at that once between 160 and 165.

[00:02:09]So, I said, "You know what? I'm going to accept 160 to 165 as my maintenance weight." Even though I wanted to wanted my maintenance weight to be either between 150 and 160 or 155 and 160, just so I could have some wiggle room to play with. So, anyhow, people were telling me, "Well, maybe you shouldn't take the 10." Because I was having real bad side effects with the 10. So, some people were saying maybe that 10 is just too strong of a dose to do once a month. Maybe you should go back to doing bi-weekly. And I only had one box of the 10. So, that's what I'm going to do. I took my 10 last Thursday, so I'll take it again in another week.

[00:02:56]And so, my side effects were Let's see, what were my side effects? I did feel a little nauseous, but not really bad. I only had to take a Zofran one day last week, and that was it. And then um what else happened? Also, I did not have any appetite. The appetite suppression was pretty strong. My appetite is slowly starting to pick up, but my appetite has been very suppressed uh from taking the 10 last week. And I have been fatigued. It hasn't been so bad, but I I am fatigued, but it's not awful or whatever. I'm still able to get things done. I I'm just not full of energy or whatever. I am back on MIC B12, which is for energy. It's a fat burner and for energy.

[00:03:49]But, I am using it for energy, not as a fat burner.

[00:03:53]So, what else is happening? Um and so, let's get to the big thing of why I'm so excited, okay? So, I am so excited because I got on the scale. Well, actually, I got on the scale, I think it was Saturday or Sunday, and I did a video for my members only. And if you want to check that out, go ahead and check it out. It's very reasonable. Um it's $2.99. I believe it's $2.99 I believe it's $2.99 for just the basic membership, and um you can get video I have like maybe 15 or 16 videos. And then I have a surgery tab if you want to I am going to be getting a brachioplasty this summer, which is a arm lift. And if you want to get more details about that, more like um you know, I'm going to be giving videos after surgery. If you're interested in that, some more personal to see my personal journey, I'll be sharing that in my membership for the surgery. And I think that's like $5.49 a month. And I'm going to give some really good videos for that, too. And if you're not interested in the membership at all, don't worry, because 3 months in when I actually get healed from the surgery, I will do a public video that I will share with everybody else as well. Okay? So, don't feel like you're left out if you're not a member, you will still get a update as well. So, anyhow, Sunday, I checked my weight, and I was 157 lb. And I was so excited. But, I didn't know if that was going to stick, and sure enough, I got on the scale today, which is Wednesday, and your girl is still 157 lb. So, I am happy. I am very, very, very happy. So, I have one more injection of 10.5, so I might get to my 155, and I'll be excited to stay in between 155 and 160 as my final weigh-in and my final maintenance goal. And so, I I will take that shot next week. So, I'm excited about that. And then I will be titrating down to 7.5. I want to go back down to 7.5 because I do want to take monthly injections on my maintenance, and I do not have any side effects on 7.5.
