[00:00:09]13 circuits, we need to go to 9 to 13 as the ranking member of the full committee suggested at the start of the hearing.

[00:00:16]What what why wouldn't we just add them now if we're going to add them? What do you think of that? Uh we'll just go maybe go down the line. The first rule of justice is what's good for the goose is good for the gander. Uh I oppose doing that now just as I would oppose doing it under a different president.

[00:00:46]You said if Congress thinks it's the right thing to do, we should we should go for it. So if it's the right thing to do, can we go for it now? Well, I agree with the principle. It's in your prerogative You have the prerogative to determine how the Supreme Court works.

[00:01:05]Look, I disagree with many of the policies that come out of Congress right now, but I really have faith in your ability to live up to your office, and I think that you have the authority to determine what kind of justice we want to see in this country.
