[00:00:00]So, I think there's a there's a level of optimism in the service, and I think there should be externally as well, both inside government of How could we use the this Coast Guard, this unique entity to combat or get involved in some of these geopolitical instance, to push back on a China or to Russia. And then as well, from the Navy side to say, "Hey, you know, if we really think about this war fighting from a much broader perspective, yeah, the Coast Guard may not bring the lethality of some of these Navy ships, but you know what it can do is build partner partnerships with these locals. You know, whether it's island nations or in Africa or in the Medit- And that's things that the Navy either, you know, can't do or maybe just doesn't want to do, we can really fill that void. And I think the senior folks I've seen in Department of War really appreciate that cuz cuz war fighting is not just firing missiles or, you know, defending against drones. It is all the other things, the political side of it, the partnerships. That's That's a critical step to winning in a war fighting scenario.
