This video presents an investigative report on a 2024 Minnesota voting irregularity probe involving Tajir Rage, husband of St. Cloud City Council member Huda Ibraim. The investigation revealed multiple voting irregularities including double voting, false identity usage, and potential vote buying, yet no election charges were filed despite documented evidence. The case highlights concerns about election administration, voter assistance procedures, and the need for stronger election laws like the SAVE Act and voter ID requirements to ensure electoral integrity.

MASSIVE VOTER FRAUD: Minnesota Council Member's Husband Caught In Election ProbeAdded:
Okay, what's going on everybody? We are here. We're live. Thank you all for joining me today. If you haven't already, please make sure you hit the like button, subscribe to the channel if you're new to the channel, share this video on your social media platforms, and please do not forget, most importantly, to follow me where? On Telegram at TD Media Group to help circumvent social media censorship and shadow banning. And with the introduction out of the way, let's get into today's stream. Let's get this show started. Um, this topic right here, this story that we're going to cover today was not originally the focal point of today's stream. I had an entirely different story that I was going to cover. This was supposed to be the teaser story as we t as we tend to do as content creators before we get into the main story. But the more I went through this article, the more apparent it came to me that this is the main story. And as we go through this story, two things are going to be established and understood. By the end of this story, we're going to have an even clearer reason for why we need the SAVE Act passed and voter ID laws. we have to pass the Save Act now, right? That's going to be established.
And secondly, what's going to be established is that it's clear as day now to me and it will be to you that when it comes to a certain population in Minnesota, they indeed are above the law clearly.
And that's what we're going to see by the end of this story here. So, let's get into this. Check this out here. Uh, I want to make sure that I show you this first. I want you to see where I'm going to pull where I'm pulling my information from because I'm going to be doing a lot of offscreen reading because once again, this wasn't supposed to be the main story. But here's what we're going to get into today.
Husband of St. Cloud City Council member identified in multi-city voting irregularity probe. Okay. Now, the people that you're looking at on your screen right now, these are the main characters here, right? Let me uh full screen it for you and let me come down just a little bit so you can see better. These are the main characters in our story.
The man that you're looking at right there, his name is, what is his name again? His name is Tajir Rage.
and he's married to the woman to his right who is Huda Ibraim who at the time that this story originally broke and that in the investigation came underway in 2024 she was a candidate for St. Cloud City Council.
Now, she's in the city council as a member. Just keep that in mind. Remember that as we go through this story. So, now what I'm going to do next, like I said, I'm going to do some offscreen reading. Uh, I want to pull on the screen right now this amazing graphic that I'm not going to let go to waste.
All right. Uh, so let me read off of this great graphic that I had here because once again, this was not supposed to be the main story. Um, and I'm going to read a little bit off this graphic and then we're going to get back into the article uh for some more details. Uh, but let's take a moment to unpack this here. Let's get into the story. Please hit the like button if you haven't already. Thank you very much.
So, as you can see, on October 4th of 2024, election officials discovered two absentee ballots submitted under the name of Honey Farra Guru. Surveillance footage captures a woman casting two ballots. Investigators observe a man assisting with both ballot submissions.
Sherburn County Sheriff's Office assigned Sergeant Austin Turner to investigate. Turner begins reviewing absentee ballot records and surveillance footage. Turner encounters the man. On the surveillance video, the man identified himself as Abdi Mahad.
Investigators later determined his identity as Tajir Rage. Rage allegedly admits he provided a false name because he was nervous. Well, why would he be nervous?
I would say that he's nervous because he's guilty of something. And as we continue to read on, it's going to be more and more apparent that Mr. Tajir Rage is indeed, in my opinion, I think I believe I assume guilty. Okay. But let's carry on and let's get back into the graphic that I have here.
Now, check this out.
On October 17th of 2024, election staff are formally interviewed.
Staff identify Rage as a frequent translator and voter assistant for the Somali community. Concerns are raised regarding voter assistance procedures and large groups of voters brought to election offices.
Hani Farra Guru is interviewed. Remember this is the woman that cast her ballot twice. She reportedly acknowledged submitting two ballots. She states she believed she could vote a second time after forgetting to vote for the president on her first ballot. She identifies Tajia Rage as the individual who assisted her. Now, this idea that she believed and she thought that she could vote twice because she forgot to vote for the president on the first ballot sounds completely ludicrous and ridiculous, right on the surface, but as we continue on and go through the story, it's going to become more and more clear that Taiir raged once Again, this man here, it's going to become clear that he coerced her and forced her into filling out another ballot. And it appears that this is a pattern of his.
This is something that he does regularly. And that's what I want to unpack now. Okay. And once again, this is where a lot of the offscreen reading is going to occur. So, please let me establish one more time that where I'm getting my information from is not solely um as you can see the article here, husband of St. Cloud City Council member identified in multi-county uh voting irregularity probe, but also from here state of Minnesota, county of Sheerburn, state of Minnesota versus Tajir Rage. Okay, now let's get into some of the information that I originally did not have on the graphic that I just read off to you. So, let me do that right now and jump into this on the side.
Now, check this out.
After the first ballot was cast, the woman sat down on her phone. Mind you, this is what they saw on the surveillance footage. Okay.
The same man reappeared, spoke with her again, and she picked up a second absentee ballot application that had been left nearby and began filling it out. The man assisted her again and she submitted the second ballot. All right.
Now, going back to this graphic here, I want to read one more thing off to you guys.
In late 2024, investigators reviewed campaign, excuse me, investigators review campaign connections involving Rage and Huda Ibraim.
Additional concerns are reviewed involving voter assistance activities in multiple counties. Okay, so now here is where we get off into this man having the same tactic in multiple counties. Let me pull up my notes on the side and we're going to dive into this here. Now, we have witnesses to all this as well and that's what makes everything that we're going through so ludicrous.
Witnesses like elections manager Kenneth Celer Jr. who is familiar with rage said he found it unusual that rage continually brought in groups of people to vote.
Election specialist Carrie Anderson, who was also a witness, told Sergeant Turner that rage had been bringing in large groups of people, sometimes a dozen at once, since the primary election.
From the start, Anderson said the staff grew concerned about whether voters rage brought in truly understood the oath they were required to sign on their ballot application.
An oath only written in English.
Anderson told Turner that when she tried to have Rage fully translate the oath to the voters he was accompanying, get this, surprise, surprise, he became confrontational and accused her of voter suppression and demanded her identification. A verbal argument then followed.
Are you surprised at all that that's where he immediately went?
Do you see how when it comes to any type of verification, liberals are wholeheartedly against it and immediately start screaming voter fraud.
So needing and requiring voter ID, hey, what's your identification? Let's make sure that you are who you say you are.
That's voter suppression.
this man is coming in assisting those in the Somali community, you know, with filling out their absentee ballot application so that they can vote. And when he's asked, "Hey, we just want to make sure that you're actually translating the oath properly from uh the Somi from English to Somali language. Can you please just translate it for us?" Like, what are you actually saying to them like in English? What what are you telling them? He immediately played victim. and said, "Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. I don't have to tell you anything. I don't have to show a proof to you anything." That's voter fraud. That's voter suppression. I mean, that's not voter suppression. It's just you telling on yourself that you're guilty. That's what that is. You're telling on yourself.
Now, let's carry on.
Because he later returned to apologize. That's nice, right? But I don't really care about all that. Why don't I care about that? This is why Anderson estimated that Rage had brought in 100 or more voters and that based on her observation, more than half of them had not been fully advised of their oath before signing.
She also told Sergeant Turner that she had observed campaign materials for Huda. Who is Huda again? Huda is his wife that was running for city council in the same time period in 2024 during this specific election.
Now, once again, she also told Sergeant Turner that she had observed campaign materials for Huda, referring to Ibraim left on the ground outside of the government center. She recalled that during the primary while count while counting ballots she came across a stack of approximately 50 ballots in which nearly every selection was the same name Huda his wife that was running for city council. Oh this corruption runs deep.
It runs deep.
Anderson also raised concerns about the proof of residency documents submitted by voters rage accompanied lease agreements listed many names and had birth dates that often began with January 1. Anderson told Turner. She also occasionally observed that voters brought in by Rage did not appear to match the photo their identification documents. Excuse me. That where am I? I got lost. Anderson told Turner she also occasionally observed that voters brought in by Rage did not appear to match the photos under identification documents appearing older or younger, heavier or lighter. In some cases impossible to compare because voters faces were fully covered. Are you kidding me?
They couldn't identify who was who because I guess it's illegal. You can't have these women essentially unmask themselves, uncover themselves. I would assume it goes against some sort of maybe religious violation. I would assume, right?
So you're bringing in a train and what we're going to see is of specifically women into these government voting centers that cannot be properly identified because they're masked up. They have their coverings on. And on top of that, when they're looking at the documentation on hand, going back to what I was reading earlier, everybody's birth date began with January 1st.
I I mean, if if that doesn't scream fraud, I don't know what does. I don't know what scream voter fraud if that does not scream voter fraud.
But it gets worse. It gets worse.
Now, Grrew, which is the woman that voted two times, right? This is essentially where she snitches on uh Tajia Rage. Grrew described being with her cousin during the voting. She said a guy had been helping her during her first vote, but claimed she did not know his name and had never seen him before.
Later in the conversation, when Sergeant Turner showed her an unmarked photo of Rage, Grrew immediately identified him, saying, "Yeah, that's the guy." She then said he was the person who told her she could vote again. Mind you, this is the guy that's supposed to be assisting uh the men and women of the Somali community to vote properly.
And he's instructing them that it's okay for you to vote twice in the same election. We have all these witnesses here, ladies and gentlemen. Keep that in mind. This is an investigation that was going on uh by Sergeant Turner. Let's carry on.
Now, Gru said that after her first vote, she asked someone whether she could vote again for another candidate, and that person said yes. She confirmed it was the same man who had helped her the first time. She then went back in line and casted a second ballot. And who was that same man, ladies and gentlemen? It was Mr. Tajir Rage. Mind you, this was all caught on video camera, too. So, the surveillance footage is currently matching the testimony of Gru, the woman who voted twice.
Now, when asked whether she felt pressure to vote, Gru at first said no, when Turner pressed further, she admitted someone had told her she had to go vote. When asked when asked if it was the man who had been helping people, she said yes. Once again, who is that man?
It's the man on your screen right there.
Ladies and gentlemen, surveillance video captured Ibraim at the government center on October 4th.
According to Turner's report, now who is Ibraim? Ibraim is the woman on your screen right now. Tajir's wife. Okay, so let's read that again. Follow me now.
Surveillance video captured Ibraim at the government center on October 4th. According to Turner's report, she was seen approaching a coffee shop vendor inside the building at least three times, each time giving purchased coffee to voters who had already casted their ballots.
Is that some sort of reward for voting for her?
That has to be legal in some way, shape, form, or fashion. But I don't know.
Let's let's let's carry on. Ibraim remained in the lobby until all the groups that day, including those with rage, had left the building. This is ludicrous.
Turner confirmed with the coffee shop owner that three purchases totaling more than $40 were made between noon and 1:30 p.m. that day. All charges, excuse me, all charged to the same credit card.
Video surveillance footage also confirmed Ibraim was at the register for two of those purchases.
rage. Her husband made the third. Using the same card, Sergeant Turner learned from Shearborn County staff that rage may have been involved in similar activities at absentee voting locations in Benton and Steins County.
Turner contacted Sterence County Auditor Treasurer's office and learned staff there had been dealing with issues related to voter assistance and translation since July of 2024.
Now get this. Staff knew the individual only as Abdi, one of the names Rage used. And remember, Abdi is not his name. Abdi was the fake name that Rage gave the police officer, Sergeant Turner, but then got caught up lying. Okay, so this man has just been completely busted, just redhanded. It's ridiculous. But ladies and gentlemen, it it gets even more ridiculous and absurd. Before I carry on, please, if you haven't already, make sure you hit that like button. It's extremely important that you do that.
Smash the like button and don't forget to follow me on Telegram at TD Media Group. Let's carry on.
Once again, staff knew the individual only as Abdi, one of the name Rage had used. Sterns County sta, excuse me, Sterns County staff provided Turner with notes from an initial complaint and a video. So, more video surveillance of this guy. Turner reviewed the video and identified rage seen writing on documents that appeared to be ballot booths with multiple women in what? In head and body coverings standing nearby.
So, you're seeing that this is a pattern here. This is something that he's doing consistently with women.
because they cannot be identified even with their identification.
They're showing up with false identification. Allegedly, they're showing, hey, I got an ID as I'm filling out this application, but because it goes against their religious freedom for you to ask them to uncover themselves, they can't actually identify that they are who they say they are. This is the game that this man was using. That's why he kept showing up to these polling places and government offices where they're filling out these absentee applications. He kept doing it with women only because it's only with women that he can get away with this. He couldn't get away with this with men.
So, he's only doing it with women. But I digress. We're almost bringing this thing to a close.
Turner learned from Sherborn County staff that Rage may have been involved in similar activ Oh, I read all that already. Sorry about that. Uh, I got a little lost. Where are we at?
While I'm catching up with where I'm at, hit the like button once again if you haven't already. Where am I? Uh, Okay, here we go. I found out where I am. All right, I'm ready. And take two to understand. All right, the significance of what Turner found.
Sergeant Turner, some political context is necessary.
St. Cloud's city council has seven members made up of four ward representatives and three at large seats. All three at large seats were on the ballot in 2024.
16 candidates competed in the August 13th primary, which narrowed the field to the top six vote getters.
Ibraim Tajir's wife advanced from the primary to the November general election but lost the atlarge race. She was appointed to war three seat in December after Jake Anderson vacated it following his election as mayor.
In the final pages of his report, Sergeant Turner wrote that he believed violations of Minnesota election statutes had occurred and that they were at least in part the result of an ongoing pattern of activity by individuals connected to Ibraim's campaign.
He specifically identified concerns about double voting, violations of voter assistance rules, and conduct within the polling place.
Turner noted that few, excuse me, Turner noted noted that further investigation was needed to determine whether the violations were made knowingly or or unintentionally or deliberately intended to affect the election outcome.
Turner asked that his report be forwarded to the Sheerborn County Attorney's Office for a charging review of Gru for two felony violations of Minnesota election law. Remember Gr is the woman who voted twice.
One for casting two ballots in the same election under Minnesota statute 2020 200 uh 2004 C14.B B and one for providing two ballots of the same type to an election official under Minnesota statute uh 2000, excuse me, 204 C.14.D.
He noted additional charges for other individuals were pending further investigations, but surprise surprise, ladies and gentlemen, no charges were filed.
And right now we're just talking about the woman who voted twice.
That's not up for debate or anything of that nature. She voted twice.
That is a fact.
And the state of Minnesota filed no charges against her. Sergeant Turner did the right thing and said, "Hey man, these people have to be held accountable." State of Minnesota said, "No, they don't. No, they don't. They don't need to be held accountable at all. Not at all whatsoever.
The Sheerborn County Attorney's Office did not file charges against Gru or anyone else in connection with the investigation despite Turner's report formally recommending a review of charges for felony election law violations.
So now with all the information that we just went through, with everything that we just read, all the video surveillance, the testimony from witnesses, where does that leave our man here?
Tajir rage, let alone his wife, but essentially Tajir rage. Where does that leave us with him?
Did he get charged with anything? Is he serving time? Now, this did happen in 2024, right? And you did see when I pulled this document up that I was referencing.
State of Minnesota, county of Sheerborn, state of Minnesota versus Tajir Rage.
Well, what is this? What is this about?
Right. He clearly must have been charged with, you know, voter fraud and everything of that nature, right? No.
District Court 10 10th Judicial District.
This is what he was uh charged with.
Count one charge give peace officer false name, date of birth, and ID card. In count two, charge driver's license driving without a valid license for a vehicle class type.
That's all he was charged with, ladies and gentlemen.
All that information, all the witnesses, all of the surveillance video across multiple counties, a consistent pattern of showing up with groups of women that are fully covered.
That way, you can never actually identify them. all of this and zero charges.
Zero.
If this doesn't scream that a certain population in Minnesota is above the law, I don't know what does because clearly unless the feds get involved, as we see with defeating our future and stuff like that, unless the feds actually get involved, if it's left to the state, even with all of that evidence, they're just not going to file charges. They're just going to, you know, hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil. We don't know what you're talking about. And Sergeant Turner, you wasted your time before going through all that. You should have known better and you should have just let them go to begin with. We don't even know why you did all that cuz we're not charging anyone.
Unbelievable, ladies and gentlemen.
Unbelievable. And with all that being said, that does it for today's stream.
