Vermont has a unique cultural tradition where people place stickers on a designated rail at scenic locations like Appalachian Gap on Route 17, supporting local food businesses through collaborative sticker designs. This tradition exemplifies how communities celebrate regional food culture through shared visual expressions, with local businesses like Farmhouse Chocolates, Mini Factory, and Sticky Brand contributing to Vermont's distinctive food scene.

The Fab Spring Vermont CollabAdded:
I'm one of these >> [music] >> hazardous miscreants that uh keeps a mug on the dash. And I've got a biscuit [music] from Mini Factory right here in Bristol, which is one of the best places to get breakfast in town. Today, I'm going to bring you up to a very special place for a very special reason. So, I'll get you there in a second. [music] This, my friends, is App Gap. It's on Route 17 between Waitsfield and Bristol, Starksboro technically. Beautiful, beautiful view.
The morning light shines perfectly.
[music] The sun sets behind me. And there's this wonderful Vermont cultural thing, which is the rail, where everyone [music] puts their stickers. So, I've come here today to put up some Farmhouse Chocolate stickers. These were made by Sticky Brand. I'm going to [music] slap some on the rail. They were designed by Padgett Rathbun. She's a awesome designer at Skida, Vermont's pride. So, if you have any stickers to add to this cultural institution, [music] you can just put it right up over here.
Right next to Doc Ponds. Pretty cool.
Stowe's finest, [music] Doc Ponds. And maybe you know that I keep uh this collection on my hood. This is the Vermont [music] food scene. I've been building this collection for 3 years.
You can see I'm running out of space.
But, I'm going to take one of these stickers.
So, you can see I'm almost out of space.
If you have a small business, a food business in Vermont, and your sticker [music] is not on this hood, please send me a DM, and I will give you my address to mail me one. [music] If you need stickers for yourself, maybe Sticky Brand, Burlington's finest, might be a great place for you to get your own stickers. [music] And uh maybe Padgett, the designer who helped us make these very cute stickers, >> [music] >> uh can help you out with your designs.
So, really cool triple Vermont collab, triple quadruple It's It's a big Vermont collab. And I thought it'd be fun to share [music] this cultural piece I've been building up here at this beautiful view. I mean, this is one of my favorite places to come and chat with friends or just enjoy the view. Thanks for watching.
And remember my friends to eat Vermont.
