In the 2024 Republican primary elections, former President Donald Trump's political influence resulted in the defeat of multiple GOP representatives who had opposed his agenda, including Rep. Thomas Massie (who lost in the most expensive House primary in U.S. history at over $30 million) and Senator Bill Cassidy (who had voted to impeach Trump during his first term). This pattern demonstrates how political leaders can leverage their power to remove dissenters from their party, creating a system where loyalty to leadership becomes essential for political survival.

🚨"Massie Just Got KICKED OUT of Congress" - Thomas Massie CLOBBERED in Primary in HUMILIATING LossAdded:
And we're back. And we're back, y'all.
Thank you for watching today. Go ahead and hit that like button, my people. You know that it helps us out a ton. And of course, it helps you because it helps us keep bringing you these stories every day. Well, late breaking news, y'all.
Late breaking news. The man you see on your screen, he is a member of the United States House of Representatives.
That's Thomas Massie. But not for much longer, y'all. He defied Donald Trump and he just lost his primary, y'all.
Trump pulled out all the stops to get Massie defeated, y'all, in what is being called the most expensive primary in the history of the United States. House primary in the history of the United States, y'all. Apparently, over $30 million, approaching $40 million was spent to get Massie up out of there. And he's gone, y'all. Or he will be gone soon. So y'all, in this video, we're going to take a look. We're just going to do a quick compendium of all of the people who crossed Trump, who are who are on their way out, y'all.
Starting with Tom and Massie. But he's not the only one, y'all. So yeah, y'all, Massie lost and big time.
>> In the end for Raffensburgger. Look, Donald Trump won the presidency twice.
They tried to kill him. They tried to put him in jail. He's just better at politics than these other Republicans.
When will they learn that? Maybe never.
>> But it's not just the members of the House of Representatives, y'all. If this sounds kind of like deja vu, you say Massie lost, didn't didn't Yeah, it sounds like deja vu because over the weekend, Trump Nim took down a senator, y'all. Senator Cassidy. Now, Senator Cassidy is known for having voted to impeach Donald Trump back during his first term as president. And I I don't know if that's the reason why Trump went up against him. Apparently, Cassidy, once Trump got back into the office, Cassidy apparently tried to get back on his his good side, but uh it doesn't look like that worked out very well, y'all. So, you got Massie, you got Cassidy, but you have more people coming up as well. President Trump's campaign of payback against GOP disscent just had its biggest moment of this midterm season with Trump taking down a powerful Senate GOP chairman, Senator Bill Cassidy, who lost in his Saturday primary in Louisiana more than 5 years after voting to convict the president for inciting the January 6th attack at the capital. All despite Cassidy trying to make amends with Trump, including with his pivotal vote to confirm RFK Jr.
to be the Health and Human Services Secretary. Advancing to the June 27th GOP runoff, Congresswoman Julia Lelo, whom Trump recruited into the race, and former Congressman John Fleming. It all underscored Trump's enduring strength with the base despite collapsing support among the general electorate. Now, Cassidy addressing supporters last night did not mention Trump by name, but it was quite apparent who he was talking about.
And when you participate in democracy, sometimes it doesn't turn out the way you want it to. But you don't pout, you don't whine, you don't claim the election was stolen. And let me just set the record straight.
Our country is not about one individual.
>> So you have Massie, so you have Cassidy.
Do y'all remember earlier when Texas started when Texas announced they would be redistricting and then California said that they were going to one up Texas and do the same thing and then it was like okay so these are going to be the redistricting wars and the administration called for Indiana for Indiana to redistrict as well but a group of Republican these were on the state level now not national Republicans but on the state level a group of them came together and said no we don't think That's right for Indiana. So, uh, y'all ever seen that Michael Jordan documentary where he said where he kept saying, "And I took that personally." It looks like Trump took that personally because he was able to knock out of of almost all of them just a few weeks ago as well, y'all. So, yeah, De, we can kind of can see this as a potential preview to the midterms here. Election night, we start in Indiana. A live look right here over Indianapolis, Indiana tonight where President Trump's efforts to oust state GOP senators who defied his calls to redraw the state's congressional map, well, they seem to be paying off. Check it out. The six races called by the AP so far. Five White Housebacked candidates have defeated the incumbent in those races. Votes in the remaining seventh race still being counted tonight with incumbent Spencer Deiri holding a slight lead right now. And now you have another another senator that Donald Trump is targeting. You have Cornin in Texas, y'all. So, all of the races that we have looked at thus far are all but completed. You know, Massie, I I guess the race isn't officially certified, but as of now, he is projected to lose and he's losing badly in the vote anyway.
But with this upcoming Texas vote, Trump has endorsed Paxton, who is the attorney general of the state of Texas. He has endorsed him over Corin, who is the actual current incumbent senator, y'all.
So, this is the same seat that your girl Jasmine Crockett was running for. So, we will see y'all. Trump is on quite the streak. We will see if he can take Cordinet out as well. Big political breaking news. President Trump just announced he is endorsing Ken Paxton in the Texas Republican Senate primary runoff. That is instead of the man he is challenging, the incumbent Republican Senator John Cornin. Here's part of what the president said in a lengthy social media post. I know Ken well. Have seen him tested at the highest and most difficult levels and he is a winner. Ken is a strong supporter of terminating the filibuster and very importantly the Save America Act, something which polls at 87% including Democrats and yet can't seem to get approved. There is a lot more in this post. Uh >> so yeah, y'all people are melting down right now because Donald Trump is able to wield an iron fist over the Republican party. It looks like if you cross Donald Trump, your future political prospects, at least in the near future, not looking so good. Now, what is my opinion of all this, y'all? My opinion is this is politics. Some people will say this is king-like behavior. No, it's not. No, a king would just remove you. A king wouldn't have to campaign against you. A a king would just say you're out of here, right? This is politics. You You make alliances. You work with people who work the way you want to work and you work against people who don't work who don't work the way you want to work.
Frankly, you know, when people sign up to be a a congressman or senator, they know what they're getting themselves into. Nothing here was done illegally.
Everything was all campaigning.
Everything that everything here was all above board as far as we can tell. So, I'm not crying for any of these guys. I just think it's interesting the way all of this is going down because Donald Trump is like, I took that personally. I I didn't know that he was going to be able to pull all of this off, but there's still more to see. Again, the Texas runoff is coming up. Donald Trump just endorsed Paxton over Cornin, who is the incumbent, so we'll see what will happen with that. So, y'all let me know.
Do you feel uncomfortable with Donald Trump wielding his political power like this to knock people out who he feels have crossed him or not done what he wanted? Do you think this is politics as usual like I do or do you think that this is dirty deeds? Let me know what y'all think. Drop a comment down below.
