This video presents a critical perspective on police anti-racism policies, arguing that the National Police Chief's Council's strategy of achieving 'equality of outcomes' rather than 'equality of treatment' creates a two-tier policing system where minority communities receive special exceptions and white people are disproportionately targeted, potentially leading to systemic injustice and societal division.

“People Have Tolerated THIS!”| Hampshire Police: We’re Sorry For Handcuffing Henry NowakAdded:
Alex Phillips, talk star, entertainer, and generally very wise lady. Hello, Alex.
>> Hello, Alex. Who doesn't get to have a holiday?
>> No. So, listen. Can you tell us where you are?
>> I'm in Florida. I'm in a place called Siesta Key. Um, but it's very cloudy.
There's going to be thunderstorms today.
So, not beaching it up. Sitting in humidity, which is why I've got hair a bit like Brian May.
>> You look fabulous as always. And I know you'd love to be on air at this moment.
Not because you're happy about this story, but because you're angry.
>> Yeah, exactly. So, uh, you know, when Dean messaged me this morning and said, "Would you come and speak with Mark?" I was like, "Absolutely." Because we got to speak about what is going on. We've been trying to for weeks and weeks and weeks, months, years actually. But I think we've now reached a point, this sort of peak crescendo where if things are not dealt with uh effectively, and I don't mean suppressing the British people, I don't mean gaslighting them. I don't mean threatening them. I don't mean blackmailing them by doing televised trials and throwing people into prison for rioting and social media posts. I mean actually that is the division isn't coming from the reaction.
The reaction is a reaction to the division. And all these people are saying that, you know, everyday people looking at what went on with Henry Novak. And you just did, can I just say, an amazing litany there of everything else connected essentially to critical race theory, which in itself is racism.
That is the point. In itself is racism.
If we don't flush this out of our bloodstream, evacuate it from our institutions, I think we really are on the cusp of falling apart. Uh you know you can see now the scenes in Southampton. Um actually you know by and large people are not condoning the throwing of projectiles, es scooters and dust bins at police. But in some respects you know we didn't fall into uh you know mad chaos as you would find in somewhere like France. The Brits are still fairly well put together and restrained but I'm not sure how long that can last. And at the root of all of this, Mark, is critical race theory. And what critical race theory is, it's an extremist, dangerous, toxic left-wing ideology rooted in Marxism where it doesn't want equality.
It wants equity. And this is what we need to understand. And look, in front of me, I have got the National Police Chief's Council's new anti-racism strategy. This is what has killed Henry Novak. Okay, let us be real about this.
That is not to say um that Digram himself didn't, you know, deal the offensive blow. He is a disgusting murderer. He should be imprisoned for life. But the police reaction, we don't know if they had responded better and more professionally whether Henry would still be with us today. Now, the reason they didn't is because of this guidance right here. Our commitment to racial equality means producing equality of policing outcomes for people from different ethnic groups by responding to individuals and communities according to their specific needs, circumstances, and experiences. It does not mean treating everyone the same or being colorblind racial equality. It means equality of outcomes. What does that translate into?
It means that they want crime statistics to be proportionally the same number of black people committing a crime and being arrested for it as the same number of white people. Now, if it so happens that in a particular area, black people are responsible for the majority of the crime, that doesn't matter. They want the results to look the same, which means a complete inequality of treatment. This means regarding everybody through the prism of the color of their skin, not the opposite. This is not Martin Luther King's I have a dream where nobody will be judged upon their race. This is everybody being judged upon their race. This means if you are black, if you are minority, if you're non-Christian, you get special exceptions. So the statistics do not look as though these communities are disproportionately over represented in the crimes that they commit. This means that when a white person is accused of something, you have to assume immediately that they are because it is advantageous to police statistics that more white people are arrested. If a black person, a Muslim, a sik, an Asian does something, actually it is beneficial to the police policy that they are not charged, that they're not arrested, that the circumstances mean that they're given special provisions.
You mix this as well with cultural mores. You mix this as well with the fact that I'm afraid to say certain communities statistically are more violent. Certain communities do have a very different set of values to our own native values and therefore have a higher propensity to commit certain crimes whether those are drug offenses, sexual offenses, violent offenses, uh you know, organized crime offenses. This is what is going on here. And for too long, police men and women have been terrified of being accused of being a racist because what happens is they're suspended from duties. They're not allowed to get any overtime. They might struggle financially. They may see their careers ended, their reputations ended.
It could lead to family breakdown, the loss of a house. And so if all of a sudden the word racism appears, the first thing a policeman or woman does is think, I have got to tread very carefully here. I have to listen primarily to the person saying the word racism and what they say and factor that into my decision making. I am not allowed to look at the facts in front of me. To see someone lying on the floor whimpering saying they have been stabbed when someone else is saying my turban's been snatched off my head. It is essentially reprogramming. It is updating the software in the brains of people in the public services and as you said not just police in teaching in medical care provision. We've just had this announcement that black men only are going to be eligible for screening for prostate cancer. Now indeed, black men are four times more likely to develop prostate cancer. So this has been taken based upon some sort of empirical evidence. But what then of the white men that develop prostate cancer who have been denied this screening? And at the same time, of course, when it's not about color of skin, but about I pretend I'm a a woman all of a sudden, well, you get to go and have a cervical smear even though you don't have a cervix. It is a madness. It is inverting common sense. It is inverting truth. And it is making the world deeply unsafe, deeply divided. It is creating justified resentment, frustration, fear, anxiety, and bitterness from white people. And it's amazing quite frankly because if the treatment of white people in Britain was the treatment happening to black people, to Asian people, of course that is what we're being told is the case. were being told that actually the minority communities are marginalized but actually that is not the case. It is the other way round and we can see this if it was what we were being told the riots, the outpouring, the backlash, the violence would be tremendous. The fact that white people have allowed themselves to be essentially turned into secondclass citizens in their home countries to be overzealously policed, to be demonized, that is incredible. The fact that people have tolerated this for so long and I just don't think the center is going to hold. But what we have as a government, what we have a public institution sitting on top of a mountain of this BS to get to the next rank in the police force, to get to the next rank in the civil service, to become the head of department in the school, whatever it may be to wear the lanyard, the progressive bees, >> you got to do it. And the progressive left, including the prime minister, tell it telling us, Alex, that this isn't happening, which is what the left do.
>> Yeah.
>> Because this is the thing. They have all gone through the conveyor belt to get into those positions of having the brainwashing, of having the reprogramming of the very way that they are forced to think and feel and the prison through which they have to regard reality and covering up the statistics.
By the way, people are brainwashed and covering up the statistics. I think they're trying to protect position.
>> Yeah. Well, of course they are. It's livelihoods, isn't it? It's a shocking thing. Um, Alex, let's take a listen to Nigel Farage on Two-Tier Britain.
>> Following the horrendous circumstances of Henry Novak's death. Can I urge the prime minister to consider this? It is now clear to growing millions in this country that we're living under two tier policing.
>> The instructions that are given to police officers from police bosses are clear and written down in ink. It says you must treat different ethnic groups in different ways.
>> That apart from the apart from the the upset and the anger at the circumstances of his death, the anger that you saw spilling out in Southampton last night and is in danger. condemn the violence >> which is in danger of getting considerably worse >> briefly of course shouted down because they don't like the message Alex with the clock against us your reaction to Nigel Farage's handling of this story >> yeah I think I think when he put out that statement uh when he did the emergency address it was it was I think it was change it was world changing for the west in fact and I know that sounds um hyperbolic but he's the very first European leader I have seen stand up and really call this out for what it is. And of course they were going to shout uh incitement and condemn the violence.
They did this after Southport when they generated a hashtag farage riots. And the man was actually in Hong Kong. Yeah.
>> Because this is the system working as it wants to work. It wants to oppress the people. It wants to flood our land. It wants to deliberately divide and conquer us. Uh because it has drunk so much Kool-Aid. And as we have already said, people who have reached the top of the pile. You know, Starmmer is exactly a product of this. He was director of public prosecutions. Remember, he has had to go through all of these processes, take all the courses, the wear all the lanyards, use all of the language to get to be where he was and now is prime minister. They are making money of this. Their privilege, their power is based upon this stuff. Without it, they collapse. The whole system collapses. But the system needs to collapse because Mark, lanyards kill.
Lanyards kill. This is killing people.
>> It's a very It's a very good way. It's a very good way of putting it. I I totally agree, Alex. Uh jaw-dropping contribution. When are you back?
>> Uh I I land on the 8th of June. So I will be back to do my shows on the 12th, 13th, and 14th. And there's going to be so much to talk about.
>> Uh well, listen, it's been such a treat to have you on the show. Enjoy a welldeserved holiday. Thank you for dropping your truth bombs. Agreed with every word. The fantastic talk star Alex Phillips
