Ozone Action Day due to unhealthy air quality that may impact sensitive groups

We do have a KENS 5 weather impact alert because we've got an ozone action day. What does that mean? Well, we're going to have lots of sunshine, light winds, and so we'll have a build-up of ozone. So, air quality is going to be unhealthy for sensitive groups. If If you're sensitive to the air quality, just limit your time outdoors this afternoon. All right, out there this morning, temperatures in the mid-60s, lots of sunshine, and notice the light winds. High temperatures will be in the low 90s. If you do anything this evening, it's going to be very warm in the 80s. All right, winds today, the the winds are going to be really I mean, winds this afternoon may gust to maybe 10 mph if we're lucky. So, with that sunshine, yeah, we're going to accumulate and build up some ozone out there. Okay, so here's what you can expect otherwise. It'll be a nice day today, but a very warm day. Temperatures at noon, 83. High today, 91. Tomorrow morning, going to be about the same with lows in the mid-60s and highs tomorrow in the low 90s.
