[00:02:44]in the Tamilaru assembly and uh right now we've just seen EPS of the AIADMK really pose a lot of faith behind all his 47 MLAs claiming that all 47 together despite reports of the 30 MLAs being the rebel faction all of them together are going to be voting against Vijay in the confidence flaw test so that uh uh in fact has been said despite all of that now SPI has been called upon to speak and we do see some amount of chaos in the assembly our colleague Puruma Mulli is with us on the broadcast we'll try and establish that connection with her but right now the speaker is trying to in fact get the house in order and we've just seen EPS make his point inside the assembly despite the 30 AADMK splinter group the rebel MLAs who have gone felicitated. Vijay met with him at Chanmugum's residence last evening. What the EPS uh faction and EPS himself is claiming is that all of them stand together. He does make a mention of how it is natural to have differences and a difference of opinion within the party, but that doesn't mean that uh all of the people are going to be voting together for the TVK. At least that is what he's put on record. We'd have to wait for what Mr. Veini really puts on record in the assembly as well. Harish Padya colleague is also with us on the broadcast. He's joining us now. Harish take us through what really is happening there. Last we heard Mr. Vei was called upon to speak after EPS. What's going on there in the assembly?

[00:04:25]>> Well, there's been a bit of a chaos that we are looking at from the opposition benches. the ch the speaker making it very clear that he has the prerogative to decide who will speak and from which party and the order because remember EPS was allowed to speak where he said all 47 MLAs are together and they will vote against this government or vote against this government in a vote of confidence immediately after that as soon as he concluded his speech span was called upon to speak that's when the chaos started perhaps the indication is that the pro EPS faction might see it as unnecessary because they believe that EPS is the LP leader, the legislature party leader of the AIADMK and when he has spoken there's no necessity to call another leader from AIDMK that that's the argument but that chaos was still going on when I stepped out of the assembly but the speaker was very adamant he was saying that it's his prerogative and that can't be questioned by the MLAs
