Suspect in murder of Loyola University student back in court

[00:00:00]The man charged in the shooting death of a Loyola student returned to court today. Jose Medina is accused of shooting and killing Sheridan Gorman back in March. The 18-year-old Loyola freshman was walking with a group of friends to see the Northern Lights on a Rogers Park Pier. After court this morning, Gorman's family read a statement outside of the courtroom where they called for changes to immigration policies. Medina has pled not guilty and faces an additional contraband charge.
