But, now I'm snore-free. Started out by doing these daily exercises that this app gave me. I signed up, and they gave me a due date of when I was going to be snore-free, and it was right. Here are some of the daily exercises that I would do every day. Pretty simple. It's insane how much quieter I sleep now. I can finally sleep around people and not be embarrassed.
