The Tunisian Craftsman University has called for bold decisions and the revision of Decree 54, arguing that the current decree has deviated from its original purpose of protecting the state and society from corruption and has instead been used as a tool to restrict freedom of expression and target critics, whistleblowers, and journalists, thereby undermining public trust and requiring urgent reform to restore balance between state authority and citizens' rights.
