[00:00:33]Mentally abusive because I was lying, I was cheating and wasn't telling them. I was cheating and lying. I was lying just to lie. I was lying about the lie that I lied about.

[00:00:42]So, when you dealing with somebody like me, Leon or Leona, cuz Leon and Leona's will look you in your eye and lie to you. They'll go put this behind their back, they'll swear to God, they'll put their hand on a stack of Bibles, they'll cross their toes. I'm telling y'all, I've done it all.

[00:00:57]I just don't want y'all to get caught up with somebody like me the way that I was because it can go on for a very long time. I know I've been I've been in my narcissistic ways since I was probably They say it can happen at 18 months. You know, but anyway, I know for a fact when I was 15, I started liking to hurt girls and I started enjoying being verbally abusive because like I mentioned a while ago, my dad was verbally abusive and my grandfather was.

[00:01:22]And so, I took that on as like it would feel good to to say something nasty to a woman and and watch her cry and watch her, you know, sit down and and tell me not to touch it then I touch it then she let me touch it then I get turned on when I touch her after I said some nasty things to her, made her cry.

[00:01:39]You know, so that's what [clears throat] I want y'all to do with life. Y'all got to do.

[00:01:43]When you have a chance and you're in a good mood with your narcissistic person because this happened to me.

[00:01:51]She said, "Leon, you like verbally abuse me, don't you?"

[00:01:55]And she stared and looked at me.

[00:01:56]I guarantee you 90% 95% of the time when you ask your person that, they going to look at you and they going to smile or laugh.

[00:02:07]And it's going to be a wicked encounter.

[00:02:10]It's going to be scary. They going to turn their head like, "Girl, what you tripping on? No, no, no, no, blah, blah, blah."

[00:02:17]I'm telling you now. She did that to me.

[00:02:19]A couple of my exes did that. "Leon, you just you must like verbally abusing me, huh?" She was shaking her head and I was like shaking my head like, laughing because it was true.

[00:02:33]But then you got to be ready because after that, they know that they're exposed.

[00:02:37]And now they going to try to change it.

[00:02:38]They going to try to stop verbally abusing you then they going to find out that they can't stop because they get a rise out of it. It makes them feel good.

Look at your boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, or wife and and when you're in a But if you feel in a good mood and you say that, you going to set up a I'm shouldn't be telling y'all this. I'm sorry, but it's a way to find out the traits that they have and they going to either deny it and laugh about it or they going to tell you the truth and get mad about it.
