The mental health strain comes from academic pressure, economic uncertainty, and constant exposure to social media. Do you feel like that's true? See, I do feel like this is true. Um I feel like social media isn't a bad thing. It's just how much you choose to spend on it.

[00:00:49]>> It's not just It's not just during the day. People do all-nighters constantly back-to-back.
