[00:00:14]Look guys, new research has dropped that I found out recently that CP and aging, it's not good news. CP ages your muscles way faster than you actually age scientifically and it's documented recently. So, my reality is marked muscle loss, chronic fatigue, weakness all the time, all happening ahead of schedule. The twist, I'm not 60. You can guess my age in the comments I guess.
