The video expertly packages dry legal technicalities into sensationalist clickbait to fuel a specific brand of performative outrage. It is a textbook example of how procedural bureaucracy is monetized through the lens of high-stakes drama.

Chud The Builder Breaks Down After Judge Delivers Devastating RulingHinzugefügt:
Whether they like it or not, see you in Clarksville. It gets worse. Okay, every corrupt court, worst nightmare. They're threatening to stay a cool in court.
Now, let's go up. Okay, so he goes, "See you soon, Clarksville."
>> And they put the DA's face on their binoculars. D Robert Nash, these people have lost their mind. And they go, I'm going to flip Tennessee inside out. They think they are prosecuting Chun, but we are going to prosecute them. The family of yours with the most finding Nemo aka you know I need more ammo. Mr. Take a shot from Big Shot ammunitions is in the building. And guess what?
There's been an update. Oh, it's been a lot of updates today regarding Chut the butt plug, Chuck the Builder, Chut the Bottom, and his whole bail bondsman situation. So, what we going to do today? We ain't even going to sit up here and pro on this one cuz y'all know I'm a CL instructor. Y'all already know to certify to everybody. But you know what we going to certify? We going to certify if this mother is actually getting out of jail, if he about to get bailed out. If he about to get binded.
All right. Like I said, a concealed pistol license. Outside of that, we about to go ahead and talk about some real ones. So, let's go ahead and tap into Poetic Flock. The good brother.
Good brother from Poetic Flock. All right. We going to see what bro talking about and see what updates have happened cuz I already know what's pretty much transpired. But dang, there's some more details.
>> Today is the worst day of Charter Builder's life since he been arrested.
And the reason why today is so much worse than any other day they've been arrested is because today there was a glimmer of hope in his eyes. All his racist buddies have told him, "Yo, he's coming home today. Today is the day you get released from jail." And Dave gave him a lot of false hope. And to watch the judge take away that hope. To watch the judge, that good son, take away that twinkle out of Chuer's eyes was amazing to watch, but devastating for Chuer.

Let's grind. Let's make money together.
Oh, you couldn't tell them Ch wasn't coming home. They already knew if you like them telling that Ch was coming home. This racist PR guy is on Twitter already declaring victory that Chud is coming home. So, the racist PR guy, he wrote update 1:00 source for Chud today.
Now they want to call him Dalton all of a sudden.
>> Why call him Dalton, right? To to deviate away from his actions that he did to Chud.
>> That's the name he gave himself in the public. Call him Chud.
>> Don't run away from his actions now. He goes every everything is looking good for Chud. The court will certainly try to kangaroo out install his justice, but Bond should come through and his misdemeanor bond should be dismissed.
Lawyers optimistic and ready to see this through. So he says, you know, the prosecutors will try to do everything in their power, right, to stall this, but the judge will see right through this and grant him bond and grant all the means that we have to pay his bond. He will grant this legal and then also he will dismiss the misdemeanor bond.
Sir, >> sir, what happened?
>> I got some bad news for y'all, man. All right. I got some terrible news.
>> What happened? for the people who thought Chuck was coming home today.
Okay, >> so they come to court and they say, "Yo, Anna, okay, >> this sketchy illegal gambling company out of Armenia wants to wire us a million dollars to pay Chud's bond."
>> They tried to do it through a bank, but the bank they were sending it to flagged it and said, "We not taking this. This this is my bond money."
>> And this actually kind of goes into my other like what I did as a profession before I got into gun instructing. Well, being a concealed pistol license instructor. Remember I told you I worked in private banking and I worked in anti-money laundering.
That literally will be in that realm.
That's what I what you are what he's describing is literally what case I would have came across my desk would have been in my profile. I'm dead serious. Those are the type of cases I would have had where it's a a overseas transaction coming through. They're using us as the middleman to facilitate it and we got to flag it because we see that there's some BS and we got to check we got to measure twice a couple months, sometimes even three times just to be sure before we clear anything. Otherwise, we'll put your stuff on a 21-day hole and then make you come in to the branch just to certify all documentation.
You hear me? Oh, I was I trust me when I say I had a less than 1% error record. I was that good. So then, you know, they're finding other ways to wire over the funds and we want to use this funds to pay each other to build his bond.
>> Not happen. Yeah.
>> And then another guy comes to court, Alex Rosen, right? You know, he's the racist white guy that all the black content creators love to do predator catcher videos with. This racist white boy loves saying the nword so much that he put up $100,000 of his own money that he received, by the way, by pretending to be a 16-year-old and sexing grown men. Like, this is how he makes his money. So, he puts it up. Now, he was asked to take the stand, uh, you know, to explain why he wants to give each other the bill of this 100,000. Uh, you know, his reason is absolutely filthy, bro. These people got no freaking shame at all whatsoever.
>> No, I'm hoping to bond him out. I myself am a free speech absolutist and I just don't think he should be in jail right now.
>> This has nothing not to do about free speech at all. You want to bail out Chud because you are also a racist. You've been victimizing black people online for a while now. You see yourself in Chud.
You realize the reality of Chud is soon to be your reality. You do the exact same thing as Chud. And when you go out saying the N word to the wrong person, something is going to happen to you.
>> You see yourself in Chud. So you want to build out Chud cuz you are a racist who identify with a racist. Say that. Stop hiding behind this free speech stuff.
It's nonsense. Nobody is buying it. Now his 100,000 got approved, but it means nothing. You know why? Cuz even if Alec Rosen puts up the 100,000, which he's approved to do so, they still got to find 10 other Bill Bondsman because the judge said, "Hey, a Bill Bondsman, right, for the longest in this town is only allowed to put up 100,000 each." So if Chud Well, Alex Rosen has 100,000, he's still got to find nine other Bill Bondsmen to put up right 100,000 each.
And here's the thing, just to give even more context off of that, the judge is actually the one, he's the one that actually increased it to the $100,000 mark because beforehand it was only 50,000 and then they increased it to 75,000 and then he increased it from 75,000 to 100,000. They were trying to get some Oh, shoot. Oh, what happened?
I don't know. That was me. Something happened with my camera, but that was me cuz I think it was my hand movement.
I've been noticing that my hand movement. And I got to stop that. But all right. So just for a correction, just to make sure that I actually got that. Make sure that y'all understood and heard me. That's the main reason.
That's the main thing is that they not about to increase it. Where the bail bonds me you they were trying to go up higher. They wanted to go like quarter million because if they were to do that, they could get four of them. And it's more plausible to get four of them if you got quarter million compared to having to get 10 of them just for 100,000 when there's only 20 within that area. Only about 20. And it's only like one or two that's going to be willing to work with it. Let's continue.
>> He's not going to find that cuz the bill bondsman in Chudtown said they not supporting Chud, >> right? Most of them said, "Hey, we don't like this guy. We think he's a nuisance to our society, right?" You know, we think he's they're a terrorist. Yes, >> he's racist. We don't like him. We are not supporting him.
>> So, a lot of bills are striking like they're protesting. They are not touching this chase at all.
>> Not at all.
>> So, this is where this racist gambling company comes into play. They want to put up the entire million dollars for Chud to to find out Chun. These Chadetss, these folks thought they had it all figured out until that judge started talking. When that judge opened his mouth, oh, you see nothing but this there. They really think they above the law. They really think the law do not apply to them. They think they could break the law at every stop and get away with it.
>> You think, >> well, that's not how this works. Okay, that's not how this works. You guys got to follow the law. It's the court of ruins, regulations of order.
>> Yes, it is.
>> SO, THE JUDGE STARTS TALKING AND THE OH, and the judge completely I'm talking about annihilates churnney. I'll be real, bro. They say this dude is like a really good attorney. I couldn't see it.
This dude was stumbling, fumbling, stuttering. Dude had no real arguments.
Dude didn't even bring nothing. Dude was just completely unprepared. The judge completely chewed them up for dinner.
>> Watch how the judge broke the bad news to Chud and his attorney.
>> They all transferred from last about that.
>> I know somewhat some things about that.
There was an attempt from duel to send Mr. Lever a million dollars in funds.
there was some kind of flag that a bank put on those fundings and then the individual owner or one of the owners of Duel. I'm not exactly sure how that's all structured, but one of the owners of Duel is wanting to send him that collateral personally.
>> Flaco funny because this the dude that um is supporting Chud and he actually reacting to his video.
Bro, you so petty. Why is you doing that? Stop being petty. And then you giving dude u you giving him lowkey kind of attention too. Well, not even just attention, but you kind of you kind of giving him a little different type of attention. You know what I'm saying?
That they gonna go to his channel. But you never know. Outside of that, this is funny. And if you know anything about Law, he got cooked. He did not look good today. He didn't. He did not look good.
He looked very much unprepared.
We're going, what we're going to do tomorrow, we're going to actually go through a full breakdown. We're going to have a lengthier breakdown. It's probably going to be about an hour, hour and a half, but we going to go through a full breakdown. And I'm going actually drop that later on in the afternoon because I want people to be able to chime in on that one. But we going to go through some detail cuz it's a lot. Boy, I'm talking about whooped. No.
>> So I believe that's in transit as we speak. But again, between the insurance and duel's actual cash money that Mr. Leverson will be holding, there's the million dollars right there in full the court very much. But again, that's more of a security for Mr. Leverson and his company at this juncture. we have the capacity to post the bond. So that would >> make sure >> put any fears to rest from the court that if Mr. show that there wouldn't be funds to come to the county. County county makes a lot of gambling folks. A lot of folks like to gamble.
>> It's actually illegal activity in >> it's not in Armania, which I think is where illegal technically.
>> Oh, we going to break this down.
>> They could have saved themselves the hour if they watched my last video. In our last video, I think we discussed this. We said it.
>> Yo, sweep states casinos are not legal in Tennessee. Nor is it legal in likeity like like 30 something out of the 50 states >> and the other states that it is is kind of legal in is like a gray area legal stuff.
>> So this company is making their money from illegal activity in America. It's not legalized at all.
>> Nope.
>> You not using that money to bond out somebody. Bro, that's not happening.
>> All right. It doesn't matter if it's legal in Armenia. Yo, what type of lawyer is this? That's like me telling you, HEY BRO, SELLING COKE IS LEGAL IN SOME PARTS OF AFRICA. And the judge asks, "Okay, where is the million dollars coming from to buy our chut?"
Hey bro, it's coming from the coke money. We we we are taking to sell coke.
We like Yeah. Like we traffic drugs. We >> Excuse me. Like trafficking drugs ain't legal in like what?
>> Break it down, bro.
>> That yo, that's the equivalent that I can use the money that I'm taking from from a trafficking drugs and black diamonds to bond out somebody in American court. It's not happening, sir.
>> At all. And the fact that yo, a actual lawyer tries to argue this to me. It's like, yo, what type of yo what? They think they're above the law cuz there's no possible way like a actual attorney would think that this is okay. They think they're above the law. They want special privileges. It is not happening.
This judge is holding firm. Firm. You got to do it the right way. NOW, RIGHT NOW, LISTEN. I'm advocating. I don't know about Okay. All right. Y'all can do the whole Oh, it's America freedom sp we don't play fair when it comes to races, homie. All right. I want for every right that has to be violated, bro. Yes. I WANT TO BE VIOLATED, RIGHT?
Rules and regulations. But in this case, the judge is being fair.
>> Yeah.
>> The judge is being the judge is is making sure that Chuck gets a fair case and a fair trial.
>> Yep.
>> Ch wants privileges. The judge is not giving him privileges. He's treating Ch like how he treats every everybody else.
>> Right. Ch lawyer came to court and asked the judge to take dirty money for Ch's bond.
>> And the judge says, "No, I can't take that money." So, and they're saying that's like like, "Yo, like they're persecuting Ch. They're not being fair to Ch. Excuse me."
>> Yes, sir. I hope Tennessee changes that one day cuz I like poker games, but not yet. But I believe even a casino in Tuna or Vegas could come in here and pay bail money and things like that if they wanted to. I don't think we'd consider it to be tainted by criminal activity.
Yes, sir. And what we're doing with that whole statute anyways is we're trying to seize drug funds. We're trying to keep drug money from being in the community.
That's the whole purpose of that chapter.
>> Bonds will stay the same. additional curfew restrictions as to the bond situation. It has been the practice of this court and continues to be so that under our local rules courts have to approve any bond technically any bond 75,000 any one bond tradition my practice to not go over $100,000 it's going to continue to be my practice truck so I'm going to leave the restriction in place any modeling company will be limited to 100,000 translates into rose as appropriate. So, it's correct based on his testimony.
>> He divided up among five bonding companies. I'm not going to let him get in the bonding business. And let's be clear, it wasn't I'm not real clear that Mr. Ro is getting ready to clean out his $500,000 savings account. Write a check to Wendy Davis circuit court.
>> I love this judge, bro. Yo, he's so witty. He's so sarcastic and snarky. So, yo, Josh has Yeah, I approve Alex for his 100,000. Cool. Then they start popping. Well, Alex got 500,000 in his service. Will you approve 500,000? Man, Josh, if if Alex wants to empty out his entire savings accounts to Bill Aud make the check out.
>> But I don't think he's going to do it.
And I don't think either.
>> I think Yo, I think I think the 100,000 is a bluff.
>> Well, that man damn sure ain't putting up $500,000 from his entire to find out Chuck. And even that wouldn't be enough if he did. He still needs another 500,000.
>> Yep.
>> Now, here's the good part. Okay. So, so Chad's lawyer tells the judge, now I guess he was looking for sympathy, right? You your honor, there's 20 bill bondsman in in this like town, but only two want to do business with us, right, sir? Like, so please have mercy, sir.
Now, he says, yo, there's only two who will want to do business with us. So, if you have restrictions in place that a bill bondsman can only put up 100,000, well, we'll need 10 bill Bondsmen minimum to bond out Chud >> facts.
>> And only two wants to work with us. So they asking just you can you allow for us to use a bill bondsman from another state or another city to bind our child. These people just want privileges. I'm tell that's what they want. They want they want for rules to be bent for them. That's all.
>> They want the rules to be bent like how that girl was bending over to the butt plug. That's how they want them rules bent over.
>> Like remember how she was talking about how she had him out there like that?
That's how he want them [ __ ] bent just like that. Nasty. Nasty.
>> Your honor, there might be 20 bonding companies in this county, and it's my understanding that maybe one or two are willing to do business with us. Is there any way the court would consider raising the amount of money that one bonding company could can operate? 10 different bonding companies is honors. It's very difficult for us to get 10 bonding companies to do business with this treasury.
>> That's a Pandora's office that I might not answer. That's a policy that has been followed up for some time. In fact, I think I actually increased the amount for my question.
>> Makes sense.
>> Denied. Man, y'all got some nerves.
These folks are on social media crying about how Ch's being treated unfairly and all they do in court is ask LOOK AT TAKE THAT YOU MALIFACTOR.
>> I do find it somewhat look at the materials. It looks like the million dollars, quite frankly, it's not clear whether the million dollar is being transferred to company to I guess keep LA bonding in good prices and keep their capacity where it needs to be otherwise but for whatever reason I source troubles me. So >> these unmelonated malifactors try to pull a fast on the judge. They asked for the judge to increase the limit that a bill bondsman can use while also asking for an out of town bill bondsman to be used as well. But at the same time, they acknowledge the million dollars that duel wants to use can be used. But Josh, hold on. Y'all are already like transferring that million dollars to a bill bondsman that's out of town. Y'all didn't transfer that money to a billman in town. If y'all had intentions of using a in town bill bondsman, then wouldn't y'all have transfer that money to in town? I don't know. This just worries me to judge that. And I agree.
It looks like they're up to something nefarious, man.
>> Definitely. It looks like Chud though will be getting joined by a couple one of his homies very shortly. It looks like the unmelonated malifactors will be joining Chud in jail shortly. Shortly, right? Because his one homie is is already in jail by the way uh in Fris.
The racist PR guy who speaks for Chud, Chud spokesperson has announced they're about to stage a coup. What?
>> Clarksville. They're damn about to stage another insurrection. These people have said that because Chud didn't have his way in court today, they're about to head to Clarksville to to cause trouble. And you know who they're about to cause trouble to?
They're threatening the DA. Oh no.
>> Ain't no way.
Ain't no way.
A FAST TRACK TO JAIL. OH. OH, WE ABOUT TO HAVE A GREAT SUMMER.
>> Oh yeah.
>> Check this out. So this end wrote, "The fan account is decentralized, privately funded, crowdsourced collective of hyper creative individuals across every field of expertise united to back the most critical political and cultural fights in this country with the cause of our choosing. We operate through conscious driven what BS, right?
>> Yeah.
>> We cannot be bought. We choose to fight.
We choose the cause. And once we choose, we do not stop. We will make sure the truth comes out whether like it or not.
See you in Clarksville." It gets worse.
Okay. every corrupt court worst nightmare. They're threatening to stay a cool court. Now, let's go up. Okay. So, he goes, "See you soon, Clarksville."
>> And they put the DA's face on their binoculars. Dear Robert Nash, these people have lost their mind. And they go, "I'm going to flip Tennessee inside out. They think they are prosecuting Chun, but we are going to prosecute them."
>> Y'all going to jail, bro. Oh, yo, you got you you have to applaud >> the audacity of white folks, man. The caucassity is caucassity and we we just had to watch. Right? Us Melanated Beans and even my white folks who watch this channel. All right. I know y'all don't rock with Ch. We rock with y'all too, man. I rock with y'all. Fly love y'all, man. Shout out to my BS.
>> Matter of fact, IF YOU ARE CAUCASIAN, COMMENT in the comment section, man.
Flock. I'm Caucasian. I rock with the calls. We don't rock with Ch. But let me know, bro. Let me salute y'all, man. I'm sending a voice note to every white person who comment that I'm white and I'm not rocking with Chuck. But when I say this, please don't be offended. the the the cauacity.
>> This only belongs WITH CERTAIN WHITE FOLK. DOG, THESE FOLKS SAYS THAT BECAUSE THIS man is not being given privileges in court, we are about to go to Clarksville and go after the DA and attack the DA.
Are y'all Are y'all losing your mind?
Are y'all crazy?
>> Crazy.
>> You see, black folks, we know our limits, homie. We know the system ain't ain't never been fair to us. We just watched like an Asian dude hulk down a young black kid and shoot and kill him like LIKE LIKE WE WE WATCH AN ASIAN man leave his store, hunt down a like a 14year-old black child and killed him.
>> So we know for the most part our limits.
We know how far we could go.
>> But these folks know no limits, man.
These folks think there's no such thing as law and order. They think they run this country and they about to go and find out.
>> Yeah.
>> Oh, they about to get a rude awakening, bro. You think you about to go ahead and bully the DA? Oh, good. Oh, good. Good luck.
>> DO IT.
DO IT.
>> OH, MAN. Y'all let me know in the comment section what y'all think about this, bro. I I want to see this, man.
Me, too. Cuz I'm telling you, we about to cash in. You hear me? But outside of all that, man, I'm telling you right now, if you dog doing that, oh, I'm telling you, jail, prison, and I'm talking about good 23 and run. Solitary confinement, three hots in a cot. This mug ain't going to I'm talking about Oh my god. You messing with the DA.
Y'all remember when I said that the police and the DA work together in tandem? You real life think that you going to get bro? You and dog and mission. I'm telling you right now, that's not going to fly out here either.
They find that out, bro. I'm telling you, Dana not going to play with you.
But even outside of that, bro, y'all going this far. Oh man, I can't wait until tomorrow when we breaking this down. You hear me? I'm talking about we watching a whole hour cuz it's about an hour live. We watching the whole thing. We watching everything.
You hear me? We watching that whole thing. And I'mma break it down from a CPL instructor, from a concealed pistol license instructor's perspective. And I wish that I had my home girl that u that was a lawyer. Man, we could do this together. I swear to God, that'd be amazing. I'm going to see if I can try to go live tomorrow. But yo, y'all let me know what y'all think down in the comments section. It's a lot more that's going to be broken down tomorrow. A whole lot more. Like we going to talk about uh the judge's reasoning on a lot of different things. We going to talk about we going to talk about um Alex Rosen, the amount of money that he was able to pull up. We going to talk about collateral. We going to talk about um it's so much out of this that we going to really be able to break down. It's about tomorrow's going to be delicious.
And then on top of that, Carmelo Anthony, they they've gotten u they've gotten a jury for his trial as well.
Yeah, we got some stuff to update y'all.
So you know it's your host with the most finding Nemo aka you know I need more ammo. Y'all let me know. Y'all let me know what you thought he was going to get out today.
He locked up and not letting him out.
Peace of love people. That boy ain't going nowhere.
