Russia's admission that it is 'lagging behind' in drone technology and unable to defend against potential 1,000-drone swarms reveals a critical technological vulnerability in modern warfare. This vulnerability is compounded by Russia's dependence on allies for defense systems, as evidenced by Putin's visit to China to strengthen the strategic partnership and sign agreements on nuclear energy and industry cooperation. The situation demonstrates how technological superiority in drone warfare can fundamentally shift the balance of power, forcing nations to seek external support and reconsider their military strategies.

Ukraine Is Crippling Moscow — Russia Is Hiding the Real StoryAdded:
Greetings everyone and welcome May the 18th 2026 early evening in Kev and Moscow and I can tell you that over the last 24 hours Ukraine has had an incredible success in striking fear into the heart of Moscow. You've seen the videos, you've seen the results, they're striking. People are frantic. They are screaming on social media, but that's not what I want to focus on. There's much more to the story and it's good. In addition, today Ukraine reporting that they have developed the ability for glide bomb 250 kilogram up to 10 20 kilometer range. They will be coming online. All of that great news, but it's not the biggest stories. The biggest stories is what is really unfolding behind the scenes. I have it all for you. Thank you for being here. Thank you for sharing, liking, commenting, and subscribing. We appreciate each and every one of you. Let's start right here. Moscow. Ladies and gentlemen, you may or may not know, but there is an entire closed oil system pipeline surrounding Moscow that's represented by the black pipeline. And now that Moscow is being struck and they are feeling the pain, think about the number of targets that are now available for Ukraine to Moscow. a strike on that pipeline. I'm showing you four things here. This is the infrastructure around Moscow. And Moscow is a huge city. The arrow pointing to the very middle. That is exactly where the Kremlin is located.
Everything branches out in rings from the Kremlin. But I've circled three key airports. At the north, that's Shereativa. To the left is Nukeova. And to the bottom right is Damada. These are the airports that are constantly dealing with delays, closures. The drones are flying over, they can't take off. It's a massive infrastructure situation for Russia. Of course, we're seeing all of the social media crying videos. Why are these drones here? Why did I hear an explosion? All of those. But let's get beyond that noise. The reality is Ukraine is striking deep in the heart of Moscow now. and it will only continue.
Those are the words directly from President Zalinski. Now, this is very interesting right here. If we go to Radio Pravda, now you're looking at the host on the left, his name is Ivon. The guy on the right, he is actually a state advisor of the Russian Federation. His name is um Andre Klenevich. He's actually admitting that Russia is losing the race on technology. And here's the best one.
We need help.
This is the real picture. This is not some person just screaming in their phone looking out their window. Listen to this gentleman speak right here. Main task for us right now is and I'll put it in simple way is to come to par or equalization in technology. We're searching for solutions. Let's talk about drones. as they fly more and more towards us. Unfortunately, I think from midsummer into early autumn, Ukraine will be able to increase the number of daily launches to maybe up to a thousand pieces. Do you mean regularly? No, not every day, but like every other day. And now the big question for us is we do not produce enough anti-aircraft missiles and they're expensive. So that's not a way to defend.
A lot of things are made by hand. And there's technologies that are needed.
Everything's expensive.
It was never designed for artillery shells. And what we're facing now is completely new technology. We need lasers and we are lagging behind. We need help from our allies. Ballistic missiles will be flying more. There's a situation right now that is very serious and difficult. And as we move into 2027, not only will drones be flying through the air, but robots will be rolling across the ground and the mass use of, for example, robotic dogs, it will take the war to a completely different state.
And this is the following uh reality that we must wake up to. And if we think about cities like Donetsk and Logans or other places, they will turn into just a front point line of contact. It will be nothing but drones and artificial intelligence. When you said if we enter 2027, we may not enter.
The 27th refers to a state of war because there's a high probability and I would like to hope we will find a point contact to stop. All right, so there you have it. And this is coming from Andre Kvevich on Prada Tkaru the radio interview video saying, "We need help.
We are lagging behind. There will be a thousand drones coming our way. We can't stop them. We need our allies. Isn't it interesting that this is the same time Putin's on his way to she? Now, ladies and gentlemen, follow the logic here for just one moment and then I'm going to play a a radio clip from Ushakov. They love talking on the telephone and the radio. Uh Russia and China will sign approximately 40 documents on deepening ties in industry, transportation, and nuclear energy, including one major statement on strengthening the strategic partnership. You'll hear about that from a shakoff. May 20th, leaders will discuss current international issues over tea. And following the talks, Putin and she will make joint statements to the media. You see the differences from what happened just a few days ago. And I remind you that prior to the United States delegation going with President Trump to Xi Jinping, the first nation that went to Shei was actually Iran. And even now on this day, Monday, May 18th, we're seeing that there is no headway made in any type of peace in the Middle East. So now it is Putin's turn. He's on the way there. Here is Ushakov talking about it. It's just interesting timing.
Once again, we need help going to shei and then all of the rhetoric about Bellarus. Interesting. It's easy to see.
Here we go. As you know, on May the 19th and the 20th, at the invitation of the Chinese President Xi Jinping, our president will pay an official visit to the People's Republic of China.
This visit is also time to coincide with the 25th anniversary of the treaty of good friendship between our nations.
We also will sign agreements on mutual support in protection, state unity and the choice of one's own path of development for the future and coordinating positions on international views. This document >> is characterized by both sides as a very big agreement.
Okay, you heard it. First of all, Putin was invited by Shei. Got to drop that out there. And by the way, business people will be traveling with Putin. But Putin, when he gets there, they'll be signing documents celebrating a 25th anniversary of a cooperation treaty. But then we're going to sign a big one. And that big treaty is each nation can determine its own pathway for future.
Taiwan, Ukraine, this is what we're talking about here. So, we will wait and see.
We'll be following and monitoring Putin's trip there. And for sure, we will have that um follow-up press conference when they make joint statements. Now, all we can do is wait and be patient. But while that is happening, we also once again have Bellarus in the news today. big and what I mean by big is this now Bellarus closing off the forest regions around its border. This is all written uh but I translated the bottom right. What this allows Barus to do is to move equipment, develop special warehouses, command post, artillery positions because see on these borders it's very foresty. It has a lot of forest belts that can give cover for movement and setup. It's the masking of engineering fortifications in these zones all in the red. Photography video recording strictly forbidden. And once again, they just continue to talk.
They're talking about Ukraine. Now, I will tell you up in that northern region there of Ukraine and let me go here.
there is a nuclear power plant in this area that they're being they're talking about. Now, at this point, it's just rhetoric, but it gives them closer access. It also gets them on the border with Lithuania, Latvia, and then, of course, Ukraine, building this buffer zone for what? It's nothing but just to continue the pressure. It forces Ukraine to pay attention because right now if Ukraine just focuses on Moscow and deep rear strikes, they're going to absolutely continue to melt Russian defenses. This is why though once again I show you these pictures. These are Ukrainian defenses on the border with Bellarus.
It's a big big story and we will see what unfolds now. This nuclear rhetoric continues to get traction. Budanov a couple of days ago, he talks softly. He carries a big stick. He says, "I don't expect it, but they do have them and there are papers and we just need to pay attention. It's a political decision, really, not a military decision." and and think about how wise those words were from Budanov. The use of a nuclear device is not a military decision. It's a political decision. Very wise. But with that said, Russia is now squirming in their seats about the about that. And here actually is Zarubin questioning Pescov raising the pressurefilled atmosphere in Russia. How are we dealing with this? We're the nuclear power. Take a listen here. People have a huge question. And this is the thought. We have these powerful nuclear weapons. So, how can a nuclear power be bitten by this situation?
Well, look, a nuclear power cannot be threatened to its existence.
This allows us to be confident and this is the basis of nucle nuclear deterrence. It's an integral part and the cornerstone of our national security as a whole.
Okay, so that's his answer to the people of Russia. Of course, all of that in Russian and that's Zerubin. That'll be going on the big Sunday show because people are panicking. Hey, we're the one that have all these weapons. Why is Moscow burning? We will continue to follow this. The bottom line is Ukraine has made some significant movements in damaging Russia specifically over the last 72 hours. You know, Zalinski said, "When you struck the building in Kev, you killed all those people, civilians, peaceful, you opened up, I would call it this, Pandora's box, and it's coming to you. Thank you for being here. Thank you for sharing, liking, commenting, and subscribing. So many stories happening, but this really is the foundation behind the scenes of what is going on. You guys be blessed and we'll be back at you.
